In the United States, more than 95,000 breast reconstructions were performed in 2013. Of these, tissue expander- and/or implant-based surgical procedures accounted for nearly 79%. Meanwhile, plastic surgery in developing countries, particularly breast esthetic and reconstructive surgery, is drawing more attention. A literature review indicates that up to 2.9% of women receiving esthetic breast augmentation have postsurgical infection, and the rate of surgical site infection with postmastectomy breast reconstruction is usually higher, ranging from I% to 53%, particularly with expander implants and in developing countries.

The mixed propagator (MP) approach to ρ-ω mixing is discussed. It is found that under the pole-approximation assumption the results of MP approach is not compatible both with the effective Lagrangian theory andwith the experiment measurement criterion. To overcome these inconsistent, we propose a new MP approach in whichthe physical states of ρ and ω are determined by the requirement of experimental measurement to meson resonance. Interms of this new MP approach, the EM pion form factor Fπ and form factors of ρo →π0γ and of ω→πo γ are *** results of Fπ are in good agreement with data. The form factor of ρo →π0γ exhibits a hidden charge-asymmetryenhancement effect which agrees with the prediction of the effective Lagrangian theory.

In order to establish a route supporting multi-constrained quality of service（QoS）, increase network throughput and reduce network energy consumption, an improved ant colony-based multi-constrained QoS energy-saving routing algorithm（IAMQER） is proposed. The ant colony algorithm, as one of the available heuristic algorithms, is used to find the optimal route from source node to destination node. The proposed IAMQER algorithm, which is based on the analysis of local node information such as node queue length, node forwarding number of data packets and node residual energy, balances the relationship between the network throughput and the energy consumption, thus improving the performance of network in multi-constrained QoS routing. Simulation results show that this IAMQER algorithm can find the QoS route that reduce average energy consumption and improves network packet delivery ratio under the end-to-end delay and packet loss ratio constraints.

Climate change has significantly affected hydrological processes and increased the frequency and severity of water shortage,droughts and floods in northeast China.A study has been conducted to quantify the influence of climate change on the hydrologic process in the Tao’er River Basin(TRB),one of the most prominent regions in northeast China for water *** Soil and Water Assessment Tool(SWAT)model was calibrated and validated with observed land use and hydro-climatic data and then employed for runoff simulations at upper,middle and lower reaches of the river basin for different climate change *** results showed that a gradual increase in temperature and decrease in annual precipitation in the basin was projected for the period 2020-2050 for both representative concentration pathways(RCP)4.5 and 8.5 *** climate changes would cause a decrease in annual average runoff at basin outlet by 12 and 23 million m^(3) for RCP4.5 and 8.5,*** future runoff in the upstream and midstream of the basin during 2020-2050 would be-10.8% and-12.1% lower than the observed runoff compared to the base period for RCP4.5,while those would be-5.3% and-10.7%lower for *** future runoff will decrease at three hydrology stations for the assumed future climate *** results can help us understand the future temperature and precipitation trends and the hydrological cycle process under different climate change scenarios,and provide the basis for the rational allocation and management of water resources under the influence of future climate change in the TRB.

The herringbone water-sediment separation structure(HWSSS) was developed to prevent debris flows. This paper mainly focuses on evaluating the sediment separation efficiency of HWSSS in debris flow prevention and determining the grid opening width D, a crucial structure parameter for HWSSS design. Theoretical analysis on the total sediment separation rate Pt reveals that the efficiency of sediment separation is much related with sediment grain size distribution(GSD) and grid opening width. The lower limit of Pt is deduced from the perspective of safety consideration by transforming debris flow into sediment-laden flow. Hydraulic model tests were carried out. Based on the regression analysis of the experimental data, the quantitative relationships between Pt and D and GSD characteristic values were finally established. A procedure for determining optimal grid opening width is proposed based on these analyses. These results are of significance in evaluating sediment separation effect by HWSSS in debris flow prevention and contribute to a more explicit methodology for design of HWSSS.

The aim of this systematic review is to determine the comparative effectiveness and safety of phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors （PDE5-1s） and （x-blockers used alone or combined for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms （LUTS） due to benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. An electronic search of PubMed, Cochrane Library and Embase up to January 2014 was performed to identify randomized controlled trials comparing the efficacy and safety of PDE5-Is and （x-blockers for treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms due to benign prostatic hyperplasia, which assessed IPSS score, maximum flow rate, postvoided residual urine, quality of life and Erectile Function （IIEF） score as outcomes. Data were analyzed by fixed or random effect models using Cochrane Collaboration review manager software. A total of 12 studies were included, Our novel data demonstrated that there was a trend that （x-blockers were more efficacious than PDE5-Is on decreasing IPSS score and increasing maximum flow rate. （x-blockers were significantly more effective than PDE5-Is on reduction of postvoided residual urine with a mean difference of 3.67 （95% CI 1.56 to 5.77, P = 0.0006） and PDE5-Is showed greater effect than （x-blockers on increasing IIEF score with a mean difference of 9.82 （95% CI 3.80 to 15.85, P = 0.001）. In conclusion, our novel data demonstrated that PDE5-Is plus ABs ranked the highest on the improvement of LUTS/BPH. PDE5-Is monotherapy was also effective in this kind of disorder except less reduction of PVR than ABs, In addition, both combined- or mono-therapy were safe.

Analysis of problems in urban green space system planning in China

This paper discusses the major problems in urban green space system （UGSS） planning at both general and special planning levels in China. At general planning level, the problems of the UGSS are mainly from the ignorance in the characteristics of urban nature spaces and the limitation factors of the urban planning system. Great importance is attached to the green spaces in the built area of city, but the green spaces in surrounding areas of the city is unnoticed. Furthermore, because the area of UGSS planning is strictly limited by the administrative zoning, the green space system loses its integrity and rationality in spatial patterns. The schedules of urban development planning mismatched the paces and progresses of the ecological restoration cycles. At special plan level, the problem of the UGSS in China is that the green spaces quantity was over emphasized but the rationality of their layouts is neglected.. Meanwhile, the requirement of the spatial structures and the green spaces layouts to balance between the urban development and the natural ecological environments is often ignored. With regard to the layouts in the UGSS planning practices, the existing problems are the compromising to the existing land-uses, the ＇filling in＇ approach to plan green spaces and an over-emphasis on the layout patterns.

Gordonia sputi causes rare bacterial infections resulting from a contaminated indwelling medical device. We report the case of a postoperative plastic expander abscess in a woman, with G. sputi identification by 16S ribosomal RNA sequencing. This report indicates that Gordonio spp. should be included in the list of organisms causing plastic implant infections.

Fracture seepage and heat transfer in the geothermal reservoir of carbonate rocks after the reinjection of low temperature geothermal return water is a complex coupling process,which is also the frontier of geothermal production and reinjection *** on the research of cascade comprehensive development of geothermal resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(Xian County),the carbonate geothermal reservoir of Wumishan formation in the geothermal field in Xian County is *** the development of the discrete fracture network model and the coupling model of seepage and heat transfer,the numerical solution of seepage field and temperature field with known fracture network is reached using the finite element software COMSOL,and the coupling process of seepage flow and heat in carbonate rocks is *** results show that the distribution of temperature field of fractured rocks in geothermal reservoir of carbonate rocks has strong non-uniformity and *** fracture network is interpenetrated,which constitutes the dominant channel of water conduction,and along which the fissure water moves *** the influence of convective heat transfer and conductive heat transfer,one of the main factors to be considered in the study of thermal breakthrough is to make the cold front move forward *** the reinjection and production process continues for a long time and the temperature of the geothermal reservoir on the pumping side drops to a low level,the temperature of bedrocks is still relatively high and continues to supply heat to the fissure water,so that the temperature of the thermal reservoir on the pumping side will not decrease rapidly to the water temperature at the inlet of reinjection,but will gradually decrease after a long period of time,showing an obvious long tail *** distribution of fractures will affect the process of seepage and heat transfer in carbonate reservoirs,which should be considered in the study of fluid thermal
