“双减”政策下的青少年校外体育培训治理,需要多方利益相关者的协同。基于行动者网络理论分析框架,本文对校外体育培训政策监管行动者网络中政府、体育培训机构、中小学校及教师、中小学生及家长、体育社会组织和非人行动者等的角色定位进行梳理,同时在阐述该行动者网络运行困境的基础上从行动者自身和行动者间2个方面探讨了网络运行困境的成因。据此,提出优化策略:理念聚焦,达成行动者政策共识;利益赋予,转变行动者价值取向;网络联结,形成行动者共治联盟。

Adopting the autocorrelation method in the ionospheric short-term forecasting, we put for- ward a simple and practical forecasting method― the sectional autocorrelation method, that is, for pre- dictions of one hour to four hours ahead the auto- correlation coefficient of RDF with the “iteration” method is selected, for prediction of more than four hours ahead, the autocorrelation coefficient of f0F2 with the “at once” method is used. The prediction precisions have been quantitatively estimated based on the data from Chongqing and Guangzhou Ionos- onde Stations. It is shown that the method is much improved for the predictions of one hour to four hours ahead. For the predictions of more than four hours ahead the prediction error reaches a saturation value, which is still lower than that of the “median” method. This new method could also be applied to the short-term forecasting of other ionospheric parame- ters.

在充分调研国内深部煤层气勘探研究成果的基础上,依据鄂尔多斯盆地南部旬-宜探区钻井、地震和煤心实验分析资料,分析深部石炭系太原组煤层分布、煤岩煤质、储层条件、保存条件及含气性等关键成藏要素,系统评价了旬-宜探区太原组煤层气成藏条件与勘探潜力。结果表明,旬-宜探区太原组煤层厚度大、横向分布稳定、煤阶高、灰分中等、含气性较好,具备良好的煤层气成藏条件;太原组煤层气资源量1754×10^(8) m^(3),具备良好的勘探潜力;旬-宜探区中东部煤层发育、含气量高、断裂不发育、煤层埋深相对较浅,为煤层气勘探有利区带;在有利区优选基础上,开展了煤层气老井复查,优选了PZ2井实施太原组煤层压裂试气,压后取得了较好效果,对该区下一步煤层气勘探具有参考意义。

The Global Navigation Satellite System Reflectometry(GNSS-R) has been proven to be a powerful technique for retrieving geophysical parameters of ocean and land. Airborne GNSS-R is an important experimental platform, because it is not only needed as validation for spaceborne application, but also possesses the advantages to be capable of remote sensing of small and medium scale targets, such as rivers and lakes. This paper presents an overview of China's airborne GNSS-R campaign conducted on May 30, 2014, in Henan. The campaign has two objectives, i.e.:(1) to examine the capability of a GNSS-R payload developed by National Space Science Center,Chinese Academy of Sciences(NSSC, CAS) for airborneobservations and(2) to study the algorithms for soil moisture and river remote sensing, including altimetry and flow velocity measurement. A previous paper has presented results of soil moisture retrieval as part I, and in this paper,initial results of the Yellow River remote sensing are presented as part II. This paper presents the river altimetry results and explores a new potential application of GNSS-R technology, which is used to detect the flow velocity of the river. The river surface height results observed by code delay altimetry method were consistent with the height results of GPS dual-frequency differential positioning altimetry. The GNSS-R altimetry results showed that decimeter level heights were achieved in 1-min sliding average. Comparing with in situ measurements, the GNSSR flow velocity result was reasonable; the error was about0.027 m/s, which indicated the validity and feasibility of using GNSS-R technique to detect river flow velocity.

针对机场水泥混凝土道面板角脱空问题,把道面板划分为弹性地基上的梁,得出道面板板中及板角的弯沉公式.根据接缝的传荷性能,提出了应用板角弯沉值与板中弯沉值之比判定板角脱空的方法;通过某机场水泥混凝土道面实测弯沉数据及现场钻芯取样验证了该法的正确性;详细讨论了影响板角脱空的几个主要因素,为实际工程中板角脱空的判断及防止提出了一些有益的建议.

In a cloud environment,outsourced graph data is widely used in companies,enterprises,medical institutions,and so *** owners and users can save costs and improve efficiency by storing large amounts of graph data on cloud *** on cloud platforms usually have some subjective or objective attacks,which make the outsourced graph data in an insecure *** issue of privacy data protection has become an important obstacle to data sharing and *** to query outsourcing graph data safely and effectively has become the focus of *** query is a basic and frequently used operation in graph,and it will effectively promote the query range and query ability if multi-keyword fuzzy search can be supported at the same *** work proposes to protect the privacy information of outsourcing graph data by encryption,mainly studies the problem of multi-keyword fuzzy adjacency query,and puts forward a *** our scheme,we use the Bloom filter and encryption mechanism to build a secure index and query token,and adjacency queries are implemented through indexes and query tokens on the cloud *** proposed scheme is proved by formal analysis,and the performance and effectiveness of the scheme are illustrated by experimental *** research results of this work will provide solid theoretical and technical support for the further popularization and application of encrypted graph data processing technology.
