Study on the medication rule of wang Xun in the treatment of dysentery based on Data Mining

Objective: Based on data mining, wang Xun's medication rule in the treatment of dysentery was discussed. Methods: the traditional Chinese medicine used in the prescriptions for dysentery in wang Xun's "Tzu hang Ji Sanyuan Puji Fang" was counted, the names of the drugs were standardized, and their properties, taste, efficacy and meridian tropism were investigated respectively. The database was established with the help of Microsoft Excel 2016, SPSS statistic 24.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 computer software, and the frequency analysis and high-frequency drug association rules were carried out Analysis, cluster analysis. Results: 44 prescriptions of wang Xun's dysentery were sorted out and 64 traditional Chinese medicines were used, of which 22 were high-frequency drugs (drugs with frequency ≥ 5%). The top ten drugs were Cheqianzi, Danggui, liquorice, Muxiang, white peony, Fructus aurantii, areca, Poria cocos, radish and rhubarb. The correlation analysis produced "Raphanus seed→Plantago asiatica, Bitter orange→liquorice, tangerine peel→Fructus aurantii, Fructus aurantii→Cheqianzi, areca There are 15 associations of 2 kinds of drugs, such as hammer, Cheqianzi, Fructus aurantii, Muxiang, and so on. Cluster analysis shows that there are 4 cluster formulas: Angelica, Cheqianzi, Raphani, Fructus aurantii, white peony, liquorice, areca, red peony, tangerine peel, rhubarb, Fructus aurantii, Magnolia officinalis and Coptis. Conclusion: the method of data mining is to study the rule of wang's prescription in the treatment of dysentery, so as to summarize the characteristics of wang's prescription in the treatment of dysentery, which has guiding significance for clinical treatment of dysentery.

Mechanism of apoptosis of human osteosarcoma M-G63 induced by arsenic trioxide

Objective To observe the apoptosis of osteosarcoma MG-63 cells induced by As2O3 and to explore its possible mechanisms. Methods The flowcytometric analysis and transmission electronmicroscope were performed to investigate the inducing apoptosis and inhibitative of As2O3 on osteosarcoma MG-63 cells. In order to study mechanism of apoptosis in MG-63 cells treated with As2 O3, microarray was performed. The down-regulated gene was confirmed by RT-PCR, Northern-blotting. Results After treated with As2O3, hypodiploid peak before G0/G1 phase was observed in MG-63 cells through FCM analysis. Loss of microvilli, condensation and fragmentation of nuclear chromatin, condensation of cytoplasmic organelles, dilatation of the endoplasmic reticulum shrinkage of cells and alterations in cell membranes and apoptosis bodies which were observed in MG-63 cells treated with As2O3 by transmission electronmicroscope. The results of microarray show that As2 O3 induced MG-63 cell apoptosis involves down-regulation of IEX-1 and the down-regulated gene is confirmed by RT-PCR and *** The results show that As2 O3 selectively inhibits growth of the solid tumor MG-63 cells by triggering apoptosis and indicates MG-63 induced by As2O3 cell apoptosis may through the IEX-1 pathway.

Th and Treg response induced by Aspergillusfumigatus pulsed dendritic cells in vitro

Background Dendritic cells （DCs） can recognize the pathogen-associated molecular patterns （PAMP） of Aspergillus fumigatus （A. fumigatus）, activating the immune response. During A. fumigatus infection, a Th and Treg response induced in the fungi-pulsed DCs is not yet well understood. Methods In this study, bone marrow-derived dendritic cells （BMDCs） were separated and proliferated from C57BL/6 mice. A. fumigatus pulsed DCs were generated and cultured with CD4~ T cells derived from the spleen of C57BL/6 mice in vitro. CD4~ T cells differentiation after co-culture were analyzed by flow cytometry, EliSA, and real-time PCR analysis. Results The A. fumigatus pulsed DCs exhibited increased Thl and Treg frequency, Thl-related cytokines （IFN-y and IL- l2）, Treg-related cytokines （TGF-13） and T-bet, and Foxp3 mRNA levels compared with the control group. There was no significant difference between A. fumigatus pulsed DCs group and the control group about Th17 and Th2 frequency. Conclusions The inactivated conidia of A. fumigatus were able to activate BMDCs and made them capable of triggering T cell responses in vitro. A. fumigatus loaded DCs was a weak inducer of Th17 and Th2, but induced a strong Thl and Trea resDonse.

Tailoring BaCe0.7Zr0.1(Dy0.1|Yb0.1)0.2O3-δ electrolyte through strategic Cu doping for low temperature proton conducting fuel cells:Envisioned theoretically and experimentally

This study addresses the challenge of high sintering temperatures in proton-conducting fuel cells（PCFCs）with BaCeO3-doped *** demonstrate that 1 mol% copper（Cu） doping at the B-site of BaCe0.7Zr0.1(Dy0.1|Yb0.1)0.2O3-δ（BCZDYb） improves sintering behavior,enabling densification at1400℃.However,Cu doping disrupts stoichiometry,creating barium vacancies and reducing protonaccepting cations,affecting overall *** mechanism is confirmed through density functional theory（DFT） calculations and various experimental techniques,including crystal structure analysis using X-ray diffraction（XRD） and morphology and elemental analysis via field emission scanning electron microscopy（FESEM） and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy（EDS）.Electrochemical measurements are performed using the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy（EIS）.The ionic conductivity of1 mol% Cu-doped BCZDYb（BCZDYb-1） is 1.49×10-2S cm-1at 650℃,which is～3.58 times higher than that of BCZDYb sintered at 1200℃.The BCZDYb-1 exhibits ～16 times higher grain boundary conductivity when sintered at 1400℃,compared to undoped *** single cell employing BCZDYb-1 as the electrolyte achieved a power density of ～606 mW cm-2at 550℃.These results indicate that a controlled amount of Cu doping can enhance densification while maintaining high ionic co nductivity,making it suitable for practical applications in PCFCs operating at lower temperatures.

Nonstationary signal inversion based on shaping regularization for random noise attenuation

Prediction filtering is one of the most commonly used random noise attenuation methods in the industry;however,it has two ***,it assumes that the seismic signals are piecewise stationary and ***,the seismic signal exhibits nonstationary due to the complexity of the underground ***,the method predicts noise from seismic data by convolving with a prediction error filter(PEF),which applies inconsistent noise models before and after ***,the assumptions and model inconsistencies weaken conventional prediction filtering's performance in noise attenuation and signal *** this paper,we propose a nonstationary signal inversion based on shaping regularization for random noise *** main idea of the method is to use the nonstationary prediction operator(NPO)to describe the complex structure and obtain seismic signals using nonstationary signal inversion instead of *** from the convolutional predicting filtering,the proposed method uses NPO as the regularization constraint to directly invert the eff ective signal from the noisy seismic *** NPO varies in time and space,enabling the inversion system to describe complex(nonstationary and nonlinear)underground geological structures in *** synthetic and field data results demonstrate that the method eff ectively suppresses random noise and preserves seismic refl ection signals for nonstationary seismic data.

Cholesterol metabolism: physiological versus pathological aspects in intracerebral hemorrhage

Cholesterol is an important component of plasma membranes and participates in many basic life functions,such as the maintenance of cell membrane stability,the synthesis of steroid hormones,and *** plays a key role in the establishment and maintenance of the central nervous *** brain contains 20%of the whole body’s cholesterol,80%of which is located within myelin.A huge number of processes(e.g.,the sterol regulatory element-binding protein pathway and liver X receptor pathway)participate in the regulation of cholesterol metabolism in the brain via mechanisms that include cholesterol biosynthesis,intracellular transport,and *** brain injuries or diseases involving crosstalk among the processes above can affect normal cholesterol metabolism to induce detrimental ***,we hypothesized that cholesterol-related molecules and pathways can serve as therapeutic targets for central nervous system *** hemorrhage is the most severe hemorrhagic stroke subtype,with high mortality and *** cholesterol levels are associated with the risk of intracerebral ***,secondary pathological changes after intracerebral hemorrhage are associated with cholesterol metabolism dysregulation,such as neuroinflammation,demyelination,and multiple types of programmed cell *** cholesterol accumulation in the brain has been found after intracerebral *** this paper,we review normal cholesterol metabolism in the central nervous system,the mechanisms known to participate in the disturbance of cholesterol metabolism after intracerebral hemorrhage,and the links between cholesterol metabolism and cell *** also review several possible and constructive therapeutic targets identified based on cholesterol metabolism to provide cholesterol-based perspectives and a reference for those interested in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage.

Mutual regulation of microglia and astrocytes after Gas6 inhibits spinal cord injury

Invasive inflammation and excessive scar formation are the main reasons for the difficulty in repairing nervous tissue after spinal cord *** and astrocytes play key roles in the spinal cord injury micro-environment and share a close ***,the mechanisms involved remain *** this study,we found that after spinal cord injury,resting microglia(M0)were polarized into pro-inflammatory phenotypes(MG1 and MG3),while resting astrocytes were polarized into reactive and scar-forming *** expression of growth arrest-specific 6(Gas6)and its receptor Axl were significantly down-regulated in microglia and astrocytes after spinal cord *** vitro experiments showed that Gas6 had negative effects on the polarization of reactive astrocytes and pro-inflammatory microglia,and even inhibited the cross-regulation between *** further demonstrated that Gas6 can inhibit the polarization of reactive astrocytes by suppressing the activation of the Yes-associated protein signaling ***,in turn,inhibited the polarization of pro-inflammatory microglia by suppressing the activation of the nuclear factor-κB/p65 and Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription signaling *** vivo experiments showed that Gas6 inhibited the polarization of pro-inflammatory microglia and reactive astrocytes in the injured spinal cord,thereby promoting tissue repair and motor function ***,Gas6 may play a role in the treatment of spinal cord *** can inhibit the inflammatory pathway of microglia and polarization of astrocytes,attenuate the interaction between microglia and astrocytes in the inflammatory microenvironment,and thereby alleviate local inflammation and reduce scar formation in the spinal cord.

In this work,we provide a comprehensive review on the formation,evolution,properties,and effects of supercritical *** Earth's interior,enhanced miscibility between H_(2)O and silicate by the addition of special components or by the increase of pressure and temperature gives rise to supercritical geofluid with a significant amount of both H_(2)O and silicate *** formation of supercritical geofluid in magmatic-hydrothermal systems,typified by pegmatite system,is governed by meltfluid critical *** formation of supercritical geofluid in metamorphic systems,typified by subducted slab,is governed by the second critical end *** results suggest that the presence of boron and fluorine in pegmatite system makes it possible to form supercritical geofluid at crustal depths,but the release of supercritical geofluid from subducted slab is withheld until almost 100 km depth.A major presence of both H_(2)O and depolymerized structural units(monomers,dimers,etc.)endows supercritical geofluid with unique physical properties including low density,low elastic moduli,low viscosity,high diffusivity,and high electrical *** geofluid can effectively mobilize a variety of elements even including high field strength elements and heavy rare earth *** chemical signatures of supercritical geofluid can be inherited by metasomatized mantle and mantle-derived melts,and this could give an explanation of the oxidation of arc *** separation of supercritical geofluid through the mechanism of spinodal decomposition leads to formation of a melt *** fluid inclusions recovered from subduction zone rocks and pegmatites are possible relics of supercritical *** geofluid can cause electrical anomaly and low seismic velocity near the top of subducted slab,and can be linked with intermediate-focus *** geofluid may have played a crucial role in the formation of pegmatites and associ

The isospin asymmetry and quadrupole deformation value of drip-line nuclei are investigated using the Weizsäcker-Skyrme nuclear mass *** observe that for heavy nuclei at the neutron drip line,the Coulomb energy heightened by an aug-mented charge could not be mitigated completely by symmetry energy because of isospin asymmetry saturation but is resisted complementally by strong nuclear *** positions of saltation for the difference in proton numbers between two neighboring nuclei at the neutron drip line,and the isospin asymmetry of the neutron drip-line nucleus as a function of the neutron number distinctly correspond to the known magic numbers,which can serve as a reference to verify the undeter-mined neutron magic *** fitting of the binding energy difference between mirror nuclei(BEDbMN),a set of Coulomb energy coefficients with greater accuracy is obtained.A high-precision description of the BEDbMN is useful for accurately determining the experimentally unknown mass of the nucleus close to the proton drip line if the mass of its mirror nucleus is measured experimentally.

The underlying physics of QCD phase transition in the early Universe remains largely unknown due to its strong-coupling nature during the quark-gluon plasma/hadron gas transition,yet a holographic model has been proposed to quantitatively fit the lattice QCD data while with its duration of the first-order phase transition(FoPT)left *** specific baryon chemical poten-tial,the first-order QCD phase transition agrees with the observational constraint of baryon ***,therefore,provides a scenario for phase transition gravitational waves(GWs)within the standard model of particle *** these background GWs could contribute dominantly to the recently claimed common-spectrum red noise from pulsar timing array(PTA)observations,the duration of this FoPT can be well constrained,and the associated primordial black holes are still allowed by current observations.
