Objective:To investigate the effects of T-2 toxin on expressions of Fas,p53,Bcl-xL,Bcl-2,Bax and caspase-3 on human ***:Human chondrocytes were treated with T-2 toxin(1～20 ng/ml)for 5 ***,p53 and other apoptosis-related proteins such as Bax,Bcl-2,Bcl-xL,caspase-3 were determined by Western blot analysis and their mRNA expressions were determined by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results:Increases in Fas,p53 and the pro-apoptotic factor Bax protein and mRNA expressions and a decrease of the anti-apoptotic factor Bcl-xL were observed in a dose-dependent manner after exposures to 1～20 ng/ml T-2 toxin,while the expression of the anti-apoptotic factor Bcl-2 was ***,T-2 toxin could also up-regulate the expressions of both pro-caspase-3 and caspase-3 in a dose-dependent ***:These data suggest a possible underlying molecular mechanism for T-2 toxin to induce the apoptosis sig- naling pathway in human chondrocytes by regulation of apoptosis-related proteins.

With the same constituents of quark and antiquark,the p-wave state has a higher mass than the corresponding s-wave state,but the relativistic corrections are much larger in the processes of which p-wave mesons are *** this,the relativistic Bethe–Salpeter method is applied to estimate the branching fractions of semileptonic decays B(s)→D^(*)_(sJ)lν(J=0,2).Our predictions are Br[B^(0)_(s)^(-)→D^(*+)_(s0)(2317)l^(-)ν^(-)]=0.50%,Br[B^(0)_(s)^(-)→D^(*+)_(s2)(2573)l^(-)ν^(-)]=0.40%,Br[B^(-)→D^(*)_(0)^(0)(2400)l^(-)ν^(-)]=0.79%,Br[B^(-)→D^(*)_(0)^(2)(2460)l^(-)ν^(-)]=0.28%,Br[B^(0)^(-)→D^(*)_(0)^(+)(2400)l^(-)ν^(-)]=0.58% and Br[B^(0)^(-)→D^(*)_(2)^(+)(2460)l^(-)ν^(-)]=0.27%.

Warm deformation was investigated for steels containing carbon of 0. 45%,0. 79%, and 1. 26% respeetively with martensite starting structure, using Gleeble 3500 thermomechanical simulator at the temperature ranging from 873 K to 973 K and the strain rate ranging from 0.1 s^-1 to 0. 001 s^-1. The effect of carbon content on the deformation activation energy, Z value and the deformation resistance was analyzed, The results showed that the deformation resistance decreased with increasing carbon content. The peak stress of the steel containing earbon of 1.26% was decreased by 16.2% compared to the steel containing carbon of 0.45% under the same condition. This may be attributed to the weakening effect of solid solution strengthening which outweighs the precipitation strengthening of cementite.

Impact of Mo/Ni alloying on microstructural modulation and low-temperature toughness of high-strength low-alloy steel

The high-strength low-alloy steel plates with varying Ni/Mo contents were manufactured using the thermos-mechanical control *** investigation was conducted to explore the effect of Ni/Mo microalloying on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of the *** results revealed that the increase in Ni content from 1 to 2 wt.%reduced the transition temperature of ferrite and the growth range of ferritic grain was narrowed,which promoted grain *** optimized combination of grain size,high-angle grain boundaries(HAGBs),and martensite-austenite(M-A)islands parameter contributed to the excellent impact toughness of S1 steel at-100℃(impact absorbed energy of 218.2 J at-100℃).As the Mo increases from 0 to 2 wt.%,the matrix structure changes from multiphase structure to granular bainite,which increases the average effective grain size to~4.62 pm and reduces HAGBs proportion to~36.22%.With these changes,the low-temperature impact toughness of S3 steel is *** addition,based on the analysis of the characteristics of crack propagation path,it was found that M-A islands with low content(~2.21%)and small size(~1.76 pm)significantly retarded crack propagation,and the fracture model of M-A islands with different morphologies was further ***,correlation between behaviour of delamination and toughness was further analysed by observing delamination size and impact energy parameters.

Magnesium(Mg)alloys have shown great prospects as both structural and biomedical materials,while poor corrosion resistance limits their further *** this work,to avoid the time-consuming and laborious experiment trial,a high-throughput computational strategy based on first-principles calculations is designed for screening corrosion-resistant binary Mg alloy with intermetallics,from both the thermodynamic and kinetic *** stable binary Mg intermetallics with low equilibrium potential difference with respect to the Mg matrix are firstly ***,the hydrogen adsorption energies on the surfaces of these Mg intermetallics are calculated,and the corrosion exchange current density is further calculated by a hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)kinetic *** intermetallics,e.g.Y_(3)Mg,Y_(2)Mg and La_(5)Mg,are identified to be promising intermetallics which might effectively hinder the cathodic ***,machine learning(ML)models are developed to predict Mg intermetallics with proper hydrogen adsorption energy employing work function(W_(f))and weighted first ionization energy(WFIE).The generalization of the ML models is tested on five new binary Mg intermetallics with the average root mean square error(RMSE)of 0.11 *** study not only predicts some promising binary Mg intermetallics which may suppress the galvanic corrosion,but also provides a high-throughput screening strategy and ML models for the design of corrosion-resistant alloy,which can be extended to ternary Mg alloys or other alloy systems.
