1 Introduction The coal, as a special reservoir, has a dual accumulating system of matrix pore and fracture. The pore is the main reservoir space of coalbed methane （CBM） in coal. Generally, pore structure is very complicated and irregularly so that it is hard to be described in the traditional geometry. The fractal theory plays an important role in describing the porous media of the seepage system in recent years. The studies by Pfeifer, Katz and Kroch show the pore distribution in such reservoirs as coal, sandstone, shale and carbonatite is according with the fractal theory.

In network-connected UAV(NCUAV) communication systems, user authentication is replaced by platform identity authentication and integrity check because many NC-UAVs are operated without human intervention. Direct anonymous attestation(DAA) is an attractive cryptographic scheme that provides an elegant balance between platform authentication and anonymity. However, because of the low-level computing capability and limited transmission bandwidth in UAV, the existing DAA schemes are not suitable for NC-UAV communication systems. In this paper, we propose an enhanced DAA scheme with mutual authentication(MA-DAA scheme), which meets the security requirements of NC-UAV communication systems. The proposed MA-DAA scheme, which is based on asymmetric pairings, bundles the identities of trusted platform module(TPM) and Host to solve the malicious module changing attacks. Credential randomization, batch proof and verification, and mutual authentication are realized in the MA-DAA scheme. The computational workload in TPM and Host is reduced in order to meet the low computation and resource requirements in TPM and *** entire scheme and protocols are presented,and the security and efficiency of the proposed MA-DAA scheme are proved and *** experiment results also confirm the high efficiency of the proposed scheme.

Design and Synthesis of Novel Bispecific Molecules for Inducing BRD4 Protein Degradation

Proteolysis targeting chimeras（PROTACs） are bispecific molecules containing a target protein binder and a ubiquitin ligase binder connected by a linker. Recently, some heterobifunctional small molecule bromodomain-containing protein 4（BRD4） degraders based on the concept of PROTACs were designed to induce the degradation of BRD4 protein. Herein, we synthesized a new class of PROTAC BRD4 degraders. One of the most promising compound 22f exhibited robust potency of BRD4 inhibition with IC50 value of （9.4±0.6） nmol/L. Furthermore, com- pound 22f potently inhibited cell proliferation in BRD4-sensitive cell lines RS4;11 with IC50 value of （27.6±1.6） nmol/L and capable of inducing degradation of BRD4 protein at 0.5-1.0 μmol/L in the RS4;11 cells. These data establish that compound 22f is a potent and efficacious BRD4 degrader.

Graphene oxide(GO)has been increasingly utilized in the fields of food,biomedicine,environment and other fields because of its benign *** encapsulated two kinds of GO with different sizes on yeast cells with the assistance of polyelectrolytes poly(styrene sulfonic acid)sodium salt(PSS)and polyglutamic acid(PGA)(termed as Y@GO).The result does not show a significant difference between the properties of the two types of Y@GO(namely Y@GO1 and Y@GO2).The encapsulation layers are optimized as Yeast/PGA/PSS/PGA/GO/PGA/PSS based on the morphology,dispersity,colony-forming unit,and zeta *** encapsulation of GO increases the roughness of the *** is proved that the Y@GO increases the survival time and enhance the activity of yeast *** GO shell improves the resistance of yeast cells against pH and salt stresses and extends the storage time of yeast cells.

In this paper, we synthesized a series of proteolysis targeting chimeras（PROTACs） using VHL E3 ligase ligands for BRD4 protein degradation. One of the most promising compound 19g exhibited robust potency of BRD4 inhibition with IC50 value of （18.6±1.3） nmol/L, respectively. Furthermore, compound 19g potently inhibited cell proliferation in BRIM-sensitive cell lines RS4;11 with IC50 value of （34.2±4.3） nmol/L and capable of inducing de- gradation of BRD4 protein at 0.4-0.6 μmol/L in the RS4;11 leukemia cells. These data show that compound 19g is a highly potent and efficacious BRIM degrader.

1 Introduction The coal bearing basin in the east of Northeast China is many, and the little or middle fault depression of low or middle rank coal bearing basin is the main, including Jixi, Boli, Shuangyashan, Hegang, Hulin and other basins （TANG Shuheng, 2000）. Several coal bearing basins have seen well show of CBM（Tablel）. But the research of the coal bed gas system is not carried out at present.

为研究洒布量、温度与浸水时间对沥青路面黏层抗剪性能的影响,对3种乳化沥青:普通乳化沥青、SBR改性乳化沥青和SBS改性乳化沥青分别在不同洒布量下进行了直接剪切试验,并研究了不同温度和浸水时间对黏层抗剪强度的影响规律,结果表明:3种乳化沥青的最佳洒布范围均在0.6~0.8 kg/m^(2)。在最佳洒布量下,3种黏层在温度高于20℃时,复合试件层间抗剪强度随温度升高而下降的速率加快;常温浸水32 h后,3种乳化沥青的抗剪强度均减小至未浸水前的50%左右。综合对比发现SBS改性乳化沥青对温度和浸水的敏感性较小,建议优先选用SBS改性乳化沥青作为沥青路面黏层。

In order to improve the stability of the slope and prevent the occurrence of landslide disaster,this study took the east slope of the first mining area of Zhundong Open-pit Coal Mine as the engineering background,and used a combination of the two-dimensional limit equilibrium method and three-dimensional numerical simulation to optimize the shape of the east *** selecting a typical calculation profile based on the Bishop method and the residual thrust method in the two-dimensional rigid body limit equilibrium method,this research carried out the stability analysis of the profile slope,and preliminarily designed the slope shape of the profile position meeting the requirements of the safety reserve coefficient and stripping *** on the three-dimensional finite element strength reduction method,this paper investigated the reasonably change of the width of the transport plate to solve the problem of the slope shape that does not meet the requirements of safety reserve coefficient and stripping ratio,and established a three-dimensional numerical simulation model of various *** also studied the influence of different tracking distances and slope angles on slope stability,calculated the threedimensional stability of the slope under different spatial forms,then determined the optimal tracking distance and optimal slope angle,and further optimize the slope stability and stripping *** results show that:when the width of the transport plate of the DBS3 section slope is 8 m,it does not meet the requirement of safety reserve coefficient 1.2;when the width of the transport plate is set to 24 m,it meets the requirement of a safety reserve coefficient of 1.2 and an economic stripping ratio of not more than 8.0 m^(3)/*** three-dimensional numerical simulation results concluded that the optimal tracking distance on the east side is 50 m,and the optimal slope angle is *** the optimization design of a two-dimensional and three-dimensional slope shape,2.4

The three-dimensional model of the wave and pile structure was established by using Ansysworkbench software. The bidirectional fluid-structure interaction between the pile and wave was simulated by using Stokes wave theory and the Volume of Fluid Method. The pressure distribution diagram of the fluid-structure interface and the pile structure were observed and analyzed. The maximum equivalent stress on the pile was studied and its variation range was obtained. Compared with Von Mises yield criterion, it was concluded that the pile was stable under such wave conditions.
