Vanadium-based electrode materials are widely investigated,but the low specific capacity and slow electrochemical kinetics in aqueous zinc-ion batteries still limit their commercial ***,the VS2/Ca V4O9material with the morphology of nanoflower was synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal *** to the blocky structure of pure VS2material,the VS2/Ca V4O9material is composed of thinner homogeneous *** open structures could provide abundant electrochemical active sites and ion transport channels,and then promote the electrochemical reaction *** addition,they can also buffer the bulk strain during the reaction *** improve the utilization of vanadium elements,an in-situ electrochemical activation strategy is used to explore the storage performance of the VS2/Ca V4O9material,the different activation voltage range of 0.4–1.6 and 0.4–1.4 V are selected,*** with the longer activation plateau of activated-VS2,the VS2/Ca V4O9cathode could quickly reach the activation state in the range of 1.4–1.6 V and cause the release of additional Zn storage sites *** VS2/Ca V4O9cathode delivers a higher power density of 37,000 W kg-1and a significant energy density of 423 Wh *** the high current density of 15 A g-1,the VS2/Ca V4O9cathode still has a discharge capacity of 183.9m Ah g-1after 5,000 cycles,and the capacity decay rate per cycle is only 0.0042%.Continuous cyclic voltammetry （CV） curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS） measurements,density functional theory （DFT） calculation and galvanostatic intermittent titration technique （GITT） measurements demonstrate that the VS2/Ca V4O9cathode has a faster ion diffusion/charge transfer ***,the assembled flexible device has an excellent mechanical stability.

According to the International Continence Society,stress urinary incontinence(SUI)was defined as involuntary leakage on effort or exertion,or on sneezing or *** prevalence of SUI varies among different age groups and is reportedly 48%(29%-75%).⑴The mid-urethral sling(MUS)procedure is currently considered the gold standard in the surgical treatment of SUL The long-term cure rate of SUI using MUS ranges from 76.9%to 90.0%.11,21 However,incontinence persists in approximately 20%of SUI patients who underwent MUS procedure,and they require further treatment.

Coal direct liquefaction technology is a crucial contemporary coal chemical technology for efficient and clean use of coal resources. The development of direct coal liquefaction technology and the promotion of alternative energy sources are important measures to guarantee energy security and economic security. However, several challenges need to be addressed, including low conversion rate, inadequate oil yield, significant coking, demanding reaction conditions, and high energy consumption. Extensive research has been conducted on these issues, but further exploration is required in certain aspects such as pyrolysis of macromolecules during the liquefaction process, hydrogen activation, catalysts' performance and stability, solvent hydrogenation, as well as interactions between free radicals to understand their mechanisms better. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the design strategy for efficient catalysts in coal liquefaction, encompassing the mechanism of coal liquefaction, catalyst construction,and enhancement of catalytic conversion efficiency. It serves as a comprehensive guide for further research endeavors. Firstly, it systematically summarizes the conversion mechanism of direct coal liquefaction, provides detailed descriptions of various catalyst design strategies, and especially outlines the catalytic mechanism. Furthermore, it addresses the challenges and prospects associated with constructing efficient catalysts for direct coal liquefaction based on an understanding of their action mechanisms.

目的探索痹祺胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效及其对KOA影像学的影响。方法采取随机对照临床试验,试验对象为100例就诊于广东省中医院风湿科门诊就诊的KOA患者。随机分为治疗组(痹祺胶囊治疗)50例和对照组(骨化三醇胶囊+碳酸钙D3片治疗)50例。观察治疗前后两组的骨关节炎指数(The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis,WOMAC评分)、疼痛的视觉模拟(VAS)评分以及磁共振膝关节评分(MRI osteoarthritis knee Score,MOAKS评分)的变化,以及血常规、肝肾功能、心电图等安全性指标及不良事件。结果共纳入患者100例,脱落16例,纳入分析84例。治疗组在治疗24周后WOMAC评分以及24周与0周WOMAC评分差值与对照组比较差异显著(P0.05)。亚组分析结果提示,对于未使用非甾体消炎药(NSAIDs)的患者,在治疗24周后,治疗组MOAKS评分与对照组比较,差异显著(P0.05)。结论痹祺胶囊可以更好地改善KOA患者的关节僵硬和功能状态,可以更好地改善未合并服用止痛药患者膝关节影像学。

The organotypic retinal explant culture has been established for more than a decade and offers a range of unique advantages compared with in vivo experiments and cell ***,the lack of systematic and continuous comparison between in vivo retinal development and the organotypic retinal explant culture makes this model controversial in postnatal retinal development ***,we aimed to verify the feasibility of using this model for postnatal retinal development studies by comparing it with the in vivo *** this study,we showed that postnatal retinal explants undergo normal development,and exhibit a consistent structure and timeline with retinas in ***,we used SOX2 and PAX6 immunostaining to identify retinal progenitor *** then examined cell proliferation and migration by immunostaining with Ki-67 and doublecortin,***-67-and doublecortin-positive cells decreased in both in vivo and explants during postnatal retinogenesis,and exhibited a high degree of similarity in abundance and distribution between ***,we used Ceh-10 homeodomain-containing homolog,glutamate-ammonia ligase(glutamine synthetase),neuronal nuclei,and ionized calcium-binding adapter molecule 1 immunostaining to examine the emergence of bipolar cells,Müller glia,mature neurons,and microglia,*** timing and spatial patterns of the emergence of these cell types were remarkably consistent between in vivo and explant *** study showed that the organotypic retinal explant culture model had a high degree of consistency with the progression of in vivo early postnatal retina *** findings confirm the accuracy and credibility of this model and support its use for long-term,systematic,and continuous observation.

本研究中,以石油焦为造孔剂、Y2O3-Al2O3为烧结助剂,通过注浆成型制备出多孔氮化硅陶瓷。研究石油焦的加入量对多孔氮化硅陶瓷微观结构、力学性能及气体透气性的影响。结果表明:多孔氮化硅陶瓷的微孔是由长棒状的β-Si3N4晶粒互相搭接而成,大孔是由石油焦燃烧而成。随着石油焦加入量的增加,气孔率及达西渗透系数(μ)增大,但试样的抗弯强度降低。在起始α-Si3N4粉末中添加10wt%～50wt%石油焦、5wt%Y2O3-3wt%Al2O31800℃下保温2 h制备出气孔率为37.08%～59.40%、抗弯强度为52.00～154.27 MPa、μ值为(3.04～6.87)×10-13m2的多孔氮化硅陶瓷。
