Background:Lymph node staging of prostate cancer(PCa)is important for planning and monitoring of treatment.^(18)F-prostate specific membrane antigen positron emission tomography/computerized tomography(^(18)F-PSMA PET/CT)has several advantages over^(68)Ga-PSMA PET/CT,but its diagnostic value requires further *** meta-analysis focused on establishing the diagnostic utility of^(18)F-PSMA PET/CT for lymph node staging in medium/high-risk ***:We searched the EMBASE,PubMed,Cochrane library,and Web of Science databases from inception to October 1,*** cancer,^(18)F,lymph node,PSMA,and PET/CT were used as search terms and the language was limited to *** additionally performed a manual search using the reference lists of key *** and study characteristics were extracted and the QUADAS-2 tool was employed to evaluate the quality of included ***,specificity,the positive and negative likelihood ratio(PLR and NLR),diagnostic odds ratio(DOR),area under the curve(AUC),and 95%confidence interval(CI)were used to evaluate the diagnostic value of^(18)F-PSMA PET/*** 17 software was employed for calculation and statistical ***:A total of eight diagnostic tests including 734 individual samples and 6346 lymph nodes were included in this *** the patient level,the results of each consolidated summary were as follows:sensitivity of 0.57(95%CI 0.39-0.73),specificity of 0.95(95%CI 0.92-0.97),PLR of 11.2(95%CI 6.6-19.0),NLR of 0.46(95%CI 0.31-0.68),DOR of 25(95%CI 11-54),and AUC of 0.94(95%CI 0.92-0.96).At the lesion level,the results of each consolidated summary were as follows:sensitivity of 0.40(95%CI 0.21-0.62),specificity of 0.99(95%CI 0.95-1.00),PLR of 40.0(95%CI 9.1-176.3),NLR of 0.61(95%CI 0.42-0.87),DOR of 66(95%CI 14-311),and AUC of 0.86(95%CI 0.83-0.89).Conclusions:^(18)F-PSMA PET/CT showed moderate sensitivity but high specificity in lymph node staging of medium/high-risk *** diag

Adhesive Contact of Elastic Solids with Self-Affine Fractal Rough Surfaces

The elastic adhesive contact of self-affine fractal rough surfaces against a rigid flat is simulated using the finite element method. An array of nonlinear springs, of which the force-separation law obeys the Lennard–Jones potential, is introduced to account for the interfacial adhesion. For fractal rough surfaces, the interfacial interaction is generally attractive for large mean gaps, but turns repulsive as the gap continuously shrinks. The interfacial interactions at the turning point corresponding to the spontaneous contact are shown for various surfaces. For relatively smooth surfaces, the probability density distributions of repulsion and attraction are nearly symmetric. However, for rougher surfaces, the simulation results suggest a uniform distribution for attraction but a monotonously decreasing distribution with a long tail for repulsion. The pull-off force rises with increasing ratio of the work of adhesion to the equilibrium distance, whereas decreases for solids with a higher elastic modulus and a larger surface roughness. The current study will be helpful for understanding the adhesion of various types of rough solids.

本文通过水热法制备了微纳片状结构的Zn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)/Zn复合材料,发现Zn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)/Zn复合材料具有比锌片更好的充放电比容量,活化后的电池放电比容量达到了200 mAh·g^(-1),平均放电比容量和容量衰减方面也优于锌箔。Zn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)/Zn复合材料的结构有助于增加Zn^(2+)沉积/溶解的活性吸附位点,能在整个锌箔表面上引导均匀的电解液流动和锌沉积速率,产生自底向上均匀的锌沉积过程从而抑制了锌枝晶的生长,并能降低极化电压。材料的对称电池循环寿命均可以达到3000圈以上。

Regulating luminescent dynamics of lanthanide-based luminescent materials via external stimuli is of great significance in the fields of optical thermometry and high-level ***,it is still a huge challenge to realize multimodal emissions with tunable color outputs from a single activator in simple structures via smart dynamic control of photon transition ***,we present a mechanistic strategy to achieve multimodal luminescence of Er^(3+)activators with color-switchable outputs in a non-core-shell *** the control of excitation dynamics(λ_(ex)=980,808,1532,377 nm),the population among the intermediate en ergy levels of Er^(3+)and the interaction between Er^(3+)and Yb^(3+)could be precisely modulated through energy transfer and migration processes,leading to the generation of colortunable multimodal luminescence upon diverse excitation modes(non-steady-state,single-/dual-wavelength steady,thermal activation).Inspired by its special luminescent performance,the as-obtained material exhibits great potential in noncontact thermometry,multimodal anticounterfeiting,and high-capacity information encryption by performing a series of proof-of-concept *** findings might provide a conceptual model to modulate the luminescent dynamics in a simple-structured system for the generation of color-adjustable multimodal emissions,which is convenient for the development of advanced luminescent materials toward versatile cuttingedge applications.

Integrating machine learning and CALPHAD method for exploring low-modulus near-β-Ti alloys

Traditional theoretical and empirical calculation methods can guide the design of β-and metastable β-alloys for bio-titanium. However, it is still difficult to obtain novel near-β-Ti alloys with low modulus. This study developed a method that combines machine learning with calculation of phase diagrams(CALPHAD) to facilitate the design of near-β-Ti alloys. An elastic modulus database of Ti–Nb–Zr–Mo–Ta–Sn system was constructed first, and then three features(the electron to atom ratio, mean absolute deviation of atom mass, and mean electronegativity) were selected as the key factors of modulus by performing a three-step feature selection. With these features, a highly accurate model was built for predicting the modulus of near-β-Ti alloys. To further ensure the accuracy of modulus prediction, machine learning with the elastic constants calculated was leveraged by CALPHAD database. The root mean square error of the well-trained model can be as low as 6.75 GPa. Guided by the prediction of machine learning and CALPHAD, three novel near-β-Ti alloys with elastic modulus below 50 GPa were successfully designed in this study. The best candidate alloy(Ti–26Nb–4Zr–4Sn–1Mo–Ta) exhibits an ultra-low modulus(36.6 GPa) after cold rolling with a thickness reduction of 20%. Our method can greatly save time and resources in the development of novel Ti alloys, and experimental verifications have demonstrated the reliability of this method.

Holographic optical elements(HOEs)based on polymer composites have become a research hot spot in recent years for augmented reality(AR)due to the significant improvement of optical performance,dynamic range,ease of processing and high yield ***,it remains a formidable challenge to obtain a large field of view(FOV)and brightness due to the limited refractive index ***,we report an effective method to tackle the challenge by doping an epoxy liquid crystal termed E6M,which enables a large refractive index modulation of 0.050@633 nm and low haze of 5.0%at a doping concentration of 5 wt%.This achievement may be ascribed to the improved molecular ordering of liquid crystals within the holographic polymer *** high refractive index modulation can endow transmission-type holographic polymer composites with a high diffraction efficiency of 96.2%at a small thickness of 5μm,which would promise the design of thin and lightweight AR devices.

Benefit-Risk Assessment of Chinese Medicine Injections for Primary Liver Cancer Based on Multi-criteria Decision Analysis

ObjectiveTo evaluate the benefit-risk of 3 commonly used Chinese medicine injections, Aidi Injection (ADI), Cinobufagin Injection (CINI) and Compound Kushen Injection (CKI), in the treatment of primary liver cancer (PLC), so as to provide a reference for clinical *** controlled trials (RCTs) of ADI, CINI and CKI in the treatment of PLC published in the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, China Science and Technology Journal Database, SinoMed, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science were retrieved from January 2020 to October 2022. The data of benefit and risk indicators were combined to obtain the effect value. The multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) model was applied to build the decision tree. The benefit value, risk value and benefit risk value of the 3 injections in PLC treatment were calculated. Monte Carlo simulation was carried out to calculate the 95% confidence interval and probability of differences among the 3 injections, so as to optimize the evaluation *** total of 71 RCTs were included. The benefit values of ADI, CINI and CKI combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) were 42, 38 and 36, respectively. The risk values were 42, 25 and 37, respectively. The benefit risk values were 42, 31 and 37, respectively. The benefit risk differences of ADI vs. CINI, ADI vs. CKI, and CKI vs. CINI were 11 (−0.86, 17.75), 5 (−5.01, 11.09), and 6 (−1.87, 12.63), respectively. The probability that ADI superior to CINI, ADI superior to CKI, and CKI superior to CINI was 96.26%, 77.27%, and 92.62%, *** on the results of MCDA model, CINI combined with TACE has the greatest risk in the treatment of the PLC. Considering the efficacy and safety, the possible priority of the 3 Chinese medicine injections combined with TACE in the treatment of PLC is ADI, CKI and CINI.

The fluoroalkyl fragment plays a vital role in various fields such as pharmaceuticals and materials science, and has a significant impact on human life not only on the present but also in the future. The insertion of fluoroalkyl groups into the chemical skeletons can cause considerable alternations in the chemical, physical and biological properties of molecules, which has attracted numerous scientists from different fields. This review focuses on N-heterocyclic carbene(NHC)-catalyzed fluoroalkylation reactions, providing a detailed analysis and summary of the achievements in the past two decades. Many successful examples clearly indicate that NHCs can catalyze the tranformation of fluoroalkylation reagents with various electronic characteristics, whether electrophilic, nucleophilic, or radical precursors. Herein, the fluoroalkylation reactions are classified based on different catalytic modes of NHCs: Lewis base catalysis, Umploung catalysis, radical catalysis and others. Meanwhile, by refining and systematically studying the contribution of NHC catalysis in fluoroalkylation reactions, this review is expected to provide valuable insights and enlightenment for related fields.
