The obligate biotrophic basidiomycete fungus Puccinia striformis ***(Pst)is the causative agent of wheat stripe(yellow)rust,a disease that results in severe damage to global wheat production(Chen and Kang,2017).This pathogen has a mixed reproductive mode encompassing both asexual and sexual *** asexual stage is accomplished by reinfecting wheat with urediniospores,while the sexual cycle involves five different spore types and two phylogenetically unrelated plant hosts wheat,which is the primary host,and barberry,which is the alternate host(Zhao et al.,2016).This extremely complex lifecycle facilitates large genetic variation among Pst populations,which is conducive to the emergence of new virulent races that can overcome wheat resistance genes,resulting in epidemics(Chen and Kang,2017).Secreted effector proteins,the key virulence factors in fungal pathogens,can not only suppress plant immune systems but also trigger host immune responses following recognition by plant receptors(Toruno et al.,2016).

Stripe rust fungus Puccinia striiformis ***(Pst) is a destructive pathogen of wheat *** has a macrocyclic-heteroecious lifecycle,in which one-celled urediniospores are dikaryotic,each nucleus containing one haploid ***,we successfully generated the first fully haplotype-resolved and nearly gap-free chromosome-scale genome assembly of Pst by combining PacBio HiFi sequencing technology and a trio-binning *** genome size of the two haploid assemblies was 75.59 Mb and 75.91 Mb with contig N50 of 4.17 Mb and 4.60 Mb,and both had 18 *** high consensus quality values of 55.57 and 59.02 for both haplotypes confirmed the correctness of the *** the total 18 chromosomes,15 and 16 were gapless while there were only five and two gaps for the remaining chromosomes of the two haplotypes,*** total,15 046 and 15 050 protein-coding genes were predicted for the two haplotypes,and the complete BUSCO scores achieved 97.7% and 97.9%,*** genome will lay the foundation for further research on genetic variations and the evolution of rust fungi.

The wheat stripe rust fungus Puccinia striiformis ***(Pst) is one of the most destructive pathogens of *** this study,a chromosome-scale genome with the size of 76.6 Mb was built for a Chinese Pst isolate fh11 by PacBio and HiC *** performing comparative genome analysis with previously reported nine other Pst isolates,we constructed a pangenome for Pst and identified 49.9 Mb of nonredundant sequences(～65% of the genome) absent from the fh11 genome that were defined as *** pan-sequences were rich in repeats with 60.18%,which was much higher than in the fh 11 assembly(41.82%).Total about 2,788 non-redundant secreted protein clusters(SPCs) have been *** to the gene frequency in a worldwide collection of 42 isolates,2,506 SPCs were defined the core secretome,and 257 SPCs were defined the variable *** variable secretome with high non-synonymous mutation rates may be under diverse *** architecture analysis revealed the preferential association of variable secretome to transposable *** pangenome construction of Pst revealed a highly plastic eukaryotic *** the variable secretome maybe involved in the adaptive evolution of Pst.

Objective Genotypes(G)1,3,and 5 of the Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)have been isolated in China,but the dominant genotype circulating in Chinese coastal areas remains *** searched for G5 JEV-infected cases and attempted to elucidate which JEV genotype was most closely related to human Japanese encephalitis(JE)in the coastal provinces of *** In this study,we collected serum specimens from patients with JE in three coastal provinces of China(Guangdong,Zhejiang,and Shandong)from 2018 to 2020 and conducted JEV cross-neutralization tests against G1,G3,and *** Acute serum specimens from clinically reported JE cases were obtained for laboratory confirmation from hospitals in Shandong(92 patients),Zhejiang(192 patients),and Guangdong(77 patients),China,from 2018 to *** of the 361 serum specimens were laboratory-confirmed to be infected with *** cases were confirmed to be infected with G1 JEV,32 with G3 JEV,and two with G5 *** G3 was the primary infection genotype among JE cases with a definite infection genotype,and the infection caused by G5 JEV was confirmed serologically in China.

Many fungal pathogens possess multiple reproductive modes,but the role of sexual reproduction is often neglected because of its rarity and *** striiformis ***（Pst） is the causal agent of wheat stripe rust that occurs in most wheat-growing areas throughout the world and is a severe threat to wheat *** reproduction of Pst on the alternate host barberry has been found recently,and the near-Himalayan regions are thought as the hotspot of sexual ***,the contribution of sexual recombination to the evolution of Pst,such as the emergence of the Yr26-virulent（V26） races in China,remains largely *** the present study,we resequenced the genomes of 42 worldwide isolates of Pst,including 32 isolates from *** structure and phylogenetic analysis indicated that all Chinese V26 isolates clustered into one population *** significantly low heterozygosity levels,together with the results from the reticulation of the phylogenetic neighbor-net,PHI tests and LD simulations analyses revealed sexual recombination predominantly in P4 and P3,another population from China that was closely related to P4 except for the virulence to *** sweep analysis revealed 24 regions spanning 94 selected *** with association analysis,45 genes,including six genes encoding predicted secreted proteins,were identified as AvYr26 *** results provide new evidence for the important role of sexual reproduction in the variation of Pst virulence and demonstrate how sexual reproduction impacts the coevolution of fungal pathogens and their hosts.

目的:探讨血清转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)在儿童缺铁性贫血(IDA)诊断中的意义.方法:6月～12岁缺铁性贫血儿童50例及正常儿童20例均进行血红蛋白(Hb)、血清转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清铁(SI)、总铁结合力(TIBC)测定,并将受测对象分为正常对照组(C组)、轻度IDA组(IDA1组)、中-重度IDA组(IDA2组),以1989年洛阳会议制定儿童IDA诊断标准为据,以不同浓度sTfR为临界点计算其诊断IDA的敏感度及特异度,以确定最佳的诊断临界点.结果:以sTfR浓度 40 nmol·L-1为缺铁性贫血的诊断标准时,其敏感度和特异度分别为90%和85%,为诊断本组IDA敏感度和特异度之和最大的临界点. 结论:当sTfR为40 nmol·L-1 时诊断IDA准确度最高,即为IDA的最佳临界点.

Metalenses are essential components in terahertz imaging ***,without careful design,they show limited field of view and their practical applications are ***,a wide-angle metalens is proposed whose structure is optimized for focusing within the incident angles of±25°.Simulation and experiment results show that the focusing efficiency,spot size,and modulation transfer function of this lens are not sensitive to the incident *** importantly,this wide-angle metalens follows the ideal Gaussian formula for the object-image relation,which ensures a wider field of view and better contrast in the imaging experiment.

In December 2015,the Central Rural Work Conference put forward the structural reform of agricultural supply side,to ensure the national food security. At present,China's grain production is increasing,the supply and demand structure of grain market is not balanced,and the ineffective supply due to the lack of market supply and demand has caused the problem of structural surplus and structural *** price and quality difference of domestic and international grain is obvious,and the agricultural products in China are overstock,so the reform of agricultural supply side based on food security must be implemented. To adjust structure,reduce stock,reduce cost,increase quality,promote the primary,secondary and tertiary industries convergence will become the focus of China's agricultural supply side structural reform,and we can develop the ecological agriculture,improve the competitiveness of the grain market in price and quality,to ensure food security for the nation.
