Oxide-metal based nanocomposite thin films have attracted great interests owing to their unique anisotropic structure and physical properties.A wide range of Au-based oxide-metal nanocomposites have been demonstrated,while other metal systems are scarce due to the challenges in the initial nucleation and growth as well as possible interdiffusions of the metallic *** this work,a unique anodic aluminum oxide(AAO)template was used to grow a thin Co seed layer and the following self-assembled metal-oxide(Co-BaTiO_(3))vertically aligned nanocomposite thin film *** AAO template allows the uniform growth of Co-seeds and successfully deposition of highly ordered Co pillars(with diameter<5 nm and interval between pillars<10 nm)inside the oxide *** magnetic anisotropy and strong magneto-optical coupling properties have been observed.A thin Au-BaTiO_(3) template was also later introduced for further enhanced nucleation and ordered growth of the *** the advantage of such a unique nanostructure,a large out-of-plane(OP)coercive field(Hc)of~5000 Oe has been achieved,making the nanocomposite an ideal candidate for high density perpendicular magnetic tunneling junction(p-MTJ).A strong polar magneto-optical Kerr effect(MOKE)has also been observed which inspires a novel optical-based reading method of the MTJ states.

Whispering gallery mode optical microresonators represent a promising avenue for realizing optical analogs of coherent light–atom interactions, circumventing experimental complexities. All-optical analogs of Autler–Townes splitting have been widely demonstrated, harnessing coupled optical microresonators, also known as photonic molecules, wherein the strong coupling between resonant fields enables energy level splitting. Here, we report the characterizations of Autler–Townes splitting in waveguide-coupled microring dimers featuring mismatched *** exploiting backscattering-induced coupling via Rayleigh and Mie scatterers in individual rings, high-order Autler–Townes splitting has been realized, yielding supermode hybridization in a multi-level system. Upon resonance detuning using an integrated phase shifter, intra-cavity coupling-induced splitting becomes almost indistinguishable at the zero-detuning point where the strong inter-cavity coupling counteracts the imbalance of backscattering strengths in individual rings. Through demonstrations on the maturing silicon photonics platform, our findings establish a framework of electrically tunable photonic molecules for coupling-mediated Autler–Townes splitting, offering promising prospects for on-chip signal generation and processing across classical and quantum regimes.

Background: Colorectal cancer is the third most common and the fourth most lethal cancer in the world. In the majority of cases, patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage or even metastatic, thus explaining the high mortality. The standard treatment for patients with locally advanced rectal cancer(LARC) is neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy(nCRT) with 5-fuorouracil(5-FU) followed by surgery. Most patients with LARC present incomplete pathological response to nCRT, the resistance rate to this treatment remains high with approximately 30% of non-responders. Despite the efforts to predict treatment response using tumor-molecular features, as differentially expressed genes, no molecule has been proved to be a strong biomarker. The tumor proteomic analysis is a promising strategy for biomarkers identification, which can be used to identify a predictive model to forecast treatment response outcomes and figured out response relevant proteins in ***: We performed LC-MS/MS-based proteomic analysis to select potentially proteins and then used in silico approach to further validate the differential proteins screened out from our training cohort. 42 patients diagnosed with LARC and treated with 5-FU based nCRT between 2010-2018 at Chinese PLA General Hospital were enrolled in the study. All of these cases had available paired pretreatment formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded(FFPE) biopsies and post-CRT FFPE surgical specimens from the same patients and histologically confirmed adenocarcinoma. According to Tumor Regression Grade(TRG), patients were divided into three treatment response groups: poor-responders(PR, AJCC TRG2+3), moderate responders(MR, AJCC TRG1) and total responders(TR, AJCC TRG0), and to compare the proteomes of these different groups. From 42 paired FFPE biopsies and surgical specimens, we extracted and analysed the tumor proteome of these ***: Comparing TR and PR group, we have identified 91 differentially abundant proteins between biopsies, 165

西南地区高速公路建设往往受地理条件的限制,采用传统的钢筋混凝土盖板涵和箱涵,往往施工周期长、造价高。近年来,随着新材料技术的不断发展,以及装配式施工理念的推广,金属波纹管作为一种新型环保材料,在施工、安装、造价等方面都具有较好的优势,目前在高速公路建设中进行了较好的推广。对金属波纹管涵的优点进行了分析,研究其在高速公路涵洞设计及施工实践中的运用,并以贵州高速公路涵洞设计为例进行分析论证,结果表明,金属波纹管涵节省投资、缩短工期、安装更便捷、环保。

OBJECTIVE:To investiage the possible mechanism underlying the effect of the Jianpi Qutan Fang(健脾祛痰方,JPQT)on Atherosclerosis(AS)which is the main pathological process of most cardiovascular diseases that affect millions of adults ***:In the present study,rats were fed with a high-fat-diet(HFD)with vitamin D3 for 16 weeks and were orally administered atorvastatin treatment and different doses of *** changes and ultrastructural changes in the aorta were evaluated through hematoxylin-eosin staining and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),*** of cytokine signaling 1(SOCS1)/Janus kinase 1(JAK1)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 1(STAT1)signaling pathways were detected through Western ***:JPQT treatment decreased the lipid levels of triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,and cholesterol,the inflammatory cytokine levels of interleukin 1 beta(IL-1β),IL-6 and IL-8 in rat serum,but increased high-density lipoprotein and IL-10 serum *** treatment ameliorated pathological changes in the aorta of AS model ***,JPQT upregulated SOCS1 protein expression and down-regulated phosphorylated protein expression levels of p-JAK1 and ***:These results suggest that JPQT induces anti-atherosclerosis effects through anti-inflammatory and inhibiting JAK/STAT signaling pathways in HFD fed rats.

软件定义电力物联网支持构建承载不同业务的网络切片(Network Slice,NS),通过部署NS为具有业务需求的物联网设备提供端到端服务。业务NS的部署涉及2个互相耦合的问题,即虚拟网络功能(Virtual Network Function,VNF)部署和业务传输路由确定。在海量业务需求与动态网络场景中,NS部署方案需要根据网络状态,实现智能的动态灵活部署。针对上述问题,研究动态网络场景下的切片策略,基于深度强化学习算法求解VNF部署和业务传输路由确定这一复杂联合优化问题,实验证明所提策略能根据目前的网络状态灵活地改变部署方案,控制业务路由平均能量损耗、平均可靠性和平均剩余带宽占有率,提高了网络整体传输性能。

Straw return is a promising strategy for managing soil organic carbon(SOC)and improving yield ***,the optimal straw return strategy for sustainable crop production in the wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)-cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.)cropping system remains *** objective of this study was to quantify the long-term(10 years)impact of carbon(C)input on SOC sequestration,soil aggregation and crop yields in a wheat-cotton cropping system in the Yangtze River Valley,*** treatments were arranged with a single-factor randomized design as follows:no straw return(Control),return of wheat straw only(Wt),return of cotton straw only(Ct),return of 50%wheat and 50%cotton straw(Wh-Ch)and return of 100%wheat and 100%cotton straw(Wt-Ct).In comparison to the Control,the SOC content increased by 8.4 to 20.2%under straw return.A significant linear positive correlation between SOC sequestration and C input(1.42-7.19 Mg ha^(−1)yr^(−1))(P2 and 1-2 mm at the 0-20 cm soil depth were also significantly elevated under straw return,with the greatest increase of the aggregate stability in the Wt-Ct treatment(28.1%).The average wheat yields increased by 12.4-36.0%and cotton yields increased by 29.4-73.7%,and significantly linear positive correlations were also detected between C input and the yields of wheat and *** average sustainable yield index(SYI)reached a maximum value of 0.69 when the C input was 7.08 Mg ha^(−1)yr^(−1),which was close to the maximum value(SYI of 0.69,C input of 7.19 Mg ha^(−1)yr^(-1))in the Wt-Ct ***,the return of both wheat and cotton straw was the best strategy for improving SOC sequestration,soil aggregation,yields and their sustainability in the wheat-cotton rotation system.

目的探究程序性细胞死亡因子4(PDCD4)在缓解脓毒症血管内皮细胞损伤中的作用机制。方法通过体外分别培养人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)和小鼠血管内皮细胞(C166)并给予脂多糖(LPS)处理,建立脓毒症血管内皮损伤细胞模型。分别设立对照组(NC)、LPS诱导组(NC+LPS)、si-PDCD4转染组(si-PDCD4)、si-PDCD4转染后LPS诱导组(si-PDCD4+LPS)、si-PDCD4转染后LPS诱导加线粒体分裂激动剂(FCCP)组(si-PDCD4+LPS+FCCP)。通过LC-MS/MS技术,分析PDCD4敲低前后蛋白组学变化。通过RT-PCR检测对照组和LPS组转染前后PDCD4、细胞炎症、凋亡以及线粒体分裂融合相关基因的mRNA表达量的变化;蛋白质印迹法检测线粒体分裂融合关键蛋白FIS1、DRP1和OPA1的表达水平;通过激光共聚焦技术观察JC-1、MitoSOX探针荧光强度以检测线粒体膜电位和线粒体活性氧变化。结果与对照组相比,LPS组炎症相关指标白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP1)基因的mRNA表达升高(P<0.05);PDCD4在脓毒症血管内皮细胞损伤中高表达(P<0.05);蛋白组学分析结果表明,PDCD4敲低与线粒体动力学存在相关性;Westernblot结果表明与对照组相比,LPS组诱导线粒体分裂蛋白FIS1、DRP1表达增加,融合蛋白OPA1减低(P<0.05);MitoSOX和JC-1荧光探针结果提示LPS诱导下内皮细胞线粒体发生氧化应激,膜电位显著降低(P<0.05),敲减组的氧化应激和线粒体膜电位有所缓解。PDCD4敲减后的保护效应可被线粒体分裂激动剂FCCP逆转。敲减PDCD4后能够抑制LPS所引起的炎症和氧化应激水平,线粒体分裂和融合指标恢复平衡。结论沉默PDCD4基因通过调控线粒体的动力学维持线粒体功能正常,减轻氧化应激,从而有利于缓解脓毒症血管内皮细胞损伤。

Using inorganic fibrous membranes as protective layers has yielded success in suppressing dendrite ***,conventional fibrous membranes usually have large voids and low affinity for Li,promoting inhomogeneous charge distribution and allowing some dendrites to ***,we introduce a highly aligned TiO_(2)/SiO_(2)(A-TS)electrospun nanofiber membrane as a protective layer for the Li metal *** A-TS membrane is fabricated by a custom-made electrospinning system with an automatic fiber alignment collector that allows control of the fibers’*** the scale of the individual fibers,their high binding energies with Li can attract more“dead”Li by reacting with the SiO_(2) component of the composite,avoiding uncontrollable deposition on the metal *** the membrane scale,these highly ordered structures achieve homogeneous contact and charge distribution on the Li metal surface,leaving no vulnerable areas to nucleate dendrite ***,the excellent mechanical and thermal stability properties of the A-TS membrane prevent any potential puncturing by dendrites or thermal runaway in a ***,an A-TS@Li anode exhibits stable cycling performance when used in both Li-S and Li-NCM811 batteries,highlighting significant reference values for the future design and development of high-energy-density metal-based battery systems.

Dear Editor,Bladder cancer is the most common type of genitourinary cancer in China,with an estimated 80,500 new cases and 32,900 related deaths in 2015 alone(Chen et al.,2016).Unlike many other cancers,there has been no significant improvement in survival rates for bladder cancer over the last three *** treatment regimens for bladder cancer and their efficacy vary depending not only on clinical stages,but also on associated risk factors and other personal clinical *** with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC)have a high 5-year recurrence rate of 60%-70%(Berdik,2017)and those with muscle invasive bladder cancer(MIBC)has a relatively poor prognosis with approximately 65%risk of death within 5-year follow-up(Kamat et al.,2016).Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop models for bladder cancer to screen for rational treatment strategies by personalized medicine to improve the clinical assessment and treatment of bladder cancer.
