Antifreeze protein (AFP) from Ammopiptanthus mongolicus leaves was isolated and purified with DEAE cellulose 52, Sephacryl 300, heat treatment and preparative isotachophoresis. The molecular weight of AFP was 50 ku by SDS-PAGE measurement. The average thermal hysteresis activity (THA) of AFP was 0.35℃ at 5 mg/mL using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). This AFP showed heated stability. From circular dichroism (CD) of AFP spectral data from 195-240 nm, a well-defined secondary structure of 11% a-helix, 34% antiparallel β-sheet and 55% random coil for the plant AFP was deduced.

朊蛋白病是一类慢性致死性神经退行性顽疾,其致病机理主要是正常的朊蛋白PrP^C通过构象变换转化为致病型蛋白PrP^(Sc),并产生淀粉样沉积和神经毒性.PrP115-135是朊蛋白N-端多肽,具有一定的自聚集性和细胞毒性.为比较钌配合物与不同朊蛋白神经肽的作用机制,本文研究了两个钌配合物四氯钌(Ⅲ)-咪唑配合物(KP418)和四氯钌(Ⅲ)-二甲亚砜咪唑配合物(NAMI-A)与Pr P115-135的相互作用.结果表明配合物通过静电作用和疏水作用与多肽结合,配合物与Pr P115-135的解离常数K_d分别为(6.2±1.4)和(6.4±1.1)mmol/L,显示结合性较强.它们对多肽聚集行为也具有良好抑制作用,并有效降低了由该肽引起的细胞毒性,使钌配合物作为多肽聚集抑制剂及潜在的朊蛋白病金属药物成为可能.

不同遮光处理对马铃薯光合作用和产量的影响

为探究遮光处理对马铃薯植株光合作用和产量的影响,以12个马铃薯品种原原种为试验材料,苗齐后设置正常光照(CK)、单层遮光网遮盖处理(Z_(1))、双层遮光网遮盖处理(Z_(2)),间隔取样测量期为14d,分别测定叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)、荧光参数(F_(v)/F_(m))、光合生理指标(蒸腾速率T_(r)、气孔导度G_(s)、净光合速率P_(n)和胞间CO_(2)浓度C_(i))、单株产量、干物质含量和单株块茎干物质质量。结果表明,遮光处理导致叶片的SPAD下降,部分品种在遮光处理下叶片提早枯萎;遮光处理初期Z_(1)和Z_(2)叶片的F_(v)/F_(m)高于CK,而随着处理时间的延长Z_(1)和Z_(2)叶片的F_(v)/F_(m)显著低于CK;除‘大西洋’外,其余品种的T_(r)、G_(s)和P_(n)随遮光程度加重而下降但C_(i)相反,Z_(2)的P_(n)比CK低12.20%-82.69%、C_(i)比CK高11.52%-76.55%;且Z_(1)和Z_(2)的单株产量比CK低38.44%-100.00%,Z_(2)的块茎干物质含量比CK低66.88%-100.00%,Z_(1)和Z_(2)的单株块茎干物质质量比CK低42.06%-100.00%。

Vanadium-based electrode materials are widely investigated,but the low specific capacity and slow electrochemical kinetics in aqueous zinc-ion batteries still limit their commercial ***,the VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)material with the morphology of nanoflower was synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal *** to the blocky structure of pure VS_(2)material,the VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)material is composed of thinner homogeneous *** open structures could provide abundant electrochemical active sites and ion transport channels,and then promote the electrochemical reaction *** addition,they can also buffer the bulk strain during the reaction *** improve the utilization of vanadium elements,an in-situ electrochemical activation strategy is used to explore the storage performance of the VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)material,the different activation voltage range of 0.4–1.6 and 0.4–1.4 V are selected,*** with the longer activation plateau of activated-VS_(2),the VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)cathode could quickly reach the activation state in the range of 1.4–1.6 V and cause the release of additional Zn storage sites *** VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)cathode delivers a higher power density of 37,000 W kg^(-1)and a significant energy density of 423 Wh kg^(-1).At the high current density of 15 A g^(-1),the VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)cathode still has a discharge capacity of 183.9m Ah g^(-1)after 5,000 cycles,and the capacity decay rate per cycle is only 0.0042%.Continuous cyclic voltammetry(CV)curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)measurements,density functional theory(DFT)calculation and galvanostatic intermittent titration technique(GITT)measurements demonstrate that the VS_(2)/Ca V_(4)O_(9)cathode has a faster ion diffusion/charge transfer ***,the assembled flexible device has an excellent mechanical stability.

Monolithic catalysts with excellent O_(3)catalytic decomposition performance were prepared by in situ loading of Co-doped KMn_(8)O_(16)on the surface of nickel *** triple-layer structure with Co-doped KMn_(8)O_(16)/Ni6MnO_(8)/Ni foam was grown spontaneously on the surface of nickel foam by tuning the molar ratio of KMnO_(4)to Co(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O ***,the formed Ni6MnO_(8)structure between KMn_(8)O_(16)and nickel foam during in situ synthesis process effectively protected nickel foam from further etching,which significantly enhanced the reaction stability of *** optimum amount of Co doping in KMn_(8)O_(16)was available when the molar ratio of Mn to Co species in the precursor solution was 2:*** the Mn2Co1 catalyst had abundant oxygen vacancies and excellent hydrophobicity,thus creating outstanding O_(3)decomposition *** O_(3)conversion under dry conditions and relative humidity of 65%,90%over a period of 5 hr was 100%,94%and 80%with the space velocity of 28,000 hr^(−1),*** in situ constructed Co-doped KMn_(8)O_(16)/Ni foam catalyst showed the advantages of low price and gradual applicability of the preparation process,which provided an opportunity for the design of monolithic catalyst for O_(3)catalytic decomposition.

The onset of the big mantle wedge(BMW)structure beneath the North China Craton remains *** on the genesis of Late Mesozoic granites associated with gold deposits in the Jiaodong Peninsula above the BMW could provide fresh insights into this *** monzogranite from the Zhaoxian-Shaling gold district was intruded during 154-148 *** I-type granite has high-K calc-alkaline and metaluminous *** monzogranite formed at medium temperatures(718-770℃)and was generated in a thickened lower crust at depths within the stability field of *** monzogranite’s high zircon Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)and Eu_(N)/Eu_(N)^(*)values and low FeOT/MgO ratios,suggest that it formed in a high oxygen *** variableε_(Hf)(t)values with T_(DM2)of 1.93-2.87 Ga imply that it originated from the melting of ancient crust basement,with contributions from mantle-derived *** granite’s enrichment in LREEs and LILEs,and depletion in HREEs and HFSEs,along with its trace element tectonic discrimination diagrams and medium Sr/Y,indicate an adakite affinity in an active continental margin *** transition from S-type granites to I-type granites and finally to A-type granites observed in the eastern part of North China Craton suggests a shift in the tectonic environment from compression to *** change is also reflected in the transition from flat subduction to steep ***,the monzogranite was formed in a tectonic transition setting triggered by a change in the subduction angle of the PaleoPacific Ocean slab during the Late *** event may have marked the initiation of the BMW above the North China Craton.

The standard model of modern cosmology might be cracked by the recent persistent hot debate on the Hubble-constant(H_(0))tension,which manifests itself as the sound-horizon(r_(s))tension or absolute-magnitude(M_(B))tension if deeming the origin of the Hubble tension from modifying the early or late Universe,*** this study,we achieve a fully model-independent constraint(fitting a model-independent global parameterization to a model-independent inverse distant ladder with a modelindependent high-redshift calibration)on late-time models with strong evidence against homogeneous new physics over theΛ-cold-dark-matter(ΛCDM)*** using this model-independent constraint to calibrate sufficiently local supernovae with corresponding late-time models extrapolated below the homogeneity scale,we find surprisingly that,although both H_(0)tension and MB tension are absent in our local Universe,a combination of H_(0)and M_(B)as the intercept a B of the magnitude-redshift relation exhibits 3~7σtension even for theΛCDM *** aBtension seems to call for local-scale inhomogeneous new physics disguised as local observational systematics.
