Knowledge Graph Enhanced Transformers for Diagnosis Generation of Chinese Medicine

Chinese medicine(CM)diagnosis intellectualization is one of the hotspots in the research of CM *** traditional CM intelligent diagnosis models transform the CM diagnosis issues into classification issues,however,it is difficult to solve the problems such as excessive or similar *** the development of natural language processing techniques,text generation technique has become increasingly *** this study,we aimed to establish the CM diagnosis generation model by transforming the CM diagnosis issues into text generation *** semantic context characteristic learning capacity was enhanced referring to Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(BILSTM)with Transformer as the backbone ***,the CM diagnosis generation model Knowledge Graph Enhanced Transformer(KGET)was established by introducing the knowledge in medical field to enhance the inferential *** KGET model was established based on 566 CM case texts,and was compared with the classic text generation models including Long Short-Term Memory sequence-to-sequence(LSTM-seq2seq),Bidirectional and Auto-Regression Transformer(BART),and Chinese Pre-trained Unbalanced Transformer(CPT),so as to analyze the model ***,the ablation experiments were performed to explore the influence of the optimized part on the KGET *** results of Bilingual Evaluation Understudy(BLEU),Recall-Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation 1(ROUGE1),ROUGE2 and Edit distance of KGET model were 45.85,73.93,54.59 and 7.12,respectively in this *** with LSTM-seq2seq,BART and CPT models,the KGET model was higher in BLEU,ROUGE1 and ROUGE2 by 6.00–17.09,1.65–9.39 and 0.51–17.62,respectively,and lower in Edit distance by 0.47–*** ablation experiment results revealed that introduction of BILSTM model and prior knowledge could significantly increase the model ***,the manual assessment indicated that the CM diagnosis results of the KGET model used

The applications of nanoparticles suffer from their extremely small size and intrinsic trend of *** nanoparticles to form micro-sized nanoaggregates(MNAs)with increased size,ordered structure,as well as controllable size,shape,and morphology is a crucial step in various fields of science and technology to maintain the unique characteristics of nanoparticles while obtaining greatly enhanced or new performance at the *** structure of MNAs prominently affects their functionality,which is determined by the arrangement of nanoparticles and the interaction between primary *** methods have been proposed to prepare the MNAs,in which spray-drying technology stands out considering the feasibility,scalability for industry,cost,and *** assembly of nanoparticles through spray-drying under tunable process parameters yields diverse physical properties and structural arrangements of nanoparticles of the MNAs,they therefore exhibit enormous potential in a wide range of application *** review presents the construction and applications of spray-dried *** factors that influence the size,morphology,and structure of the MNAs are discussed in *** addition,the outstanding application performance resulting from the tightly packed nanoparticles in regular-shaped MNAs obtained by the spray-drying process is illustrated.

The great potentials of massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output(MIMO)in Frequency Division Duplex(FDD)mode can be fully exploited when the downlink Channel State Information(CSI)is available at base ***,the accurate CsI is difficult to obtain due to the large amount of feedback overhead caused by massive *** this paper,we propose a deep learning based joint channel estimation and feedback framework,which comprehensively realizes the estimation,compression,and reconstruction of downlink channels in FDD massive MIMO *** networks are constructed to perform estimation and feedback explicitly and *** explicit network adopts a multi-Signal-to-Noise-Ratios(SNRs)technique to obtain a single trained channel estimation subnet that works well with different SNRs and employs a deep residual network to reconstruct the channels,while the implicit network directly compresses pilots and sends them back to reduce network *** module is also designed to generate data-bearing *** results show that the two proposed networks exhibit excellent performance of reconstruction and are robust to different environments and quantization errors.

A new two-step spark plasma sintering(TSS)process with low-temperature pre-sintering and high-temperature final sintering has been successfully applied to prepare the tungsten-particle(Wp)-reinforced bulk metallic glass composites(Wp/BMGCs).Compared to normal spark plasma sintering(NS),the densification rate and relative density of Wp/BMGCs can be improved by selecting TSS with appropriate sintering pressure in the low temperature pre-sintering ***,the compressive strength and plastic strain of 30%Wp/BMGCs prepared by TSS are both higher than those of the samples prepared by *** TSS process can significantly enhance the compressive strength of 30%Wp/BMGCs by 12%and remarkably increase the plastic strain by 50%,while the trend is completely opposite for 50%Wp/***-in situ experiments and finite element simulations reveal that uneven temperature distribution among particles during low-temperature pre-sintering causes local overheating at contact points between particles,accelerating formation of sintering neck between particles and plastic deformation of *** the volume fraction of Wp is low,TSS can improve the interface bonding between particles by increasing the number of sintering *** makes the fracture mode of Wp/BMGCs being predominantly transgranular ***,as the volume fraction of Wp increases,the adverse effects of Wp plastic deformation are becoming more and more *** aggregated Wp tends to form a solid"cage structure"that hinders the bonding between particles at the interface;correspondingly,the fracture behavior of Wp/BMGCs is mainly dominated by intergranular ***,reducing the sintering pressure during the low-temperature pre-sintering stage of TSS has been shown to effectively decrease plastic deformation in Wp,resulting in a higher degree of densification and better mechanical properties.

本文提出了一种基于生成对抗网络的全球海表面温度(sea surface temperature,SST)偏差订正及降尺度整合模型.该模型的生成器使用偏差订正模块将数值模式预测结果进行校正,再用可复用的共享降尺度模块将订正后的数据分辨率逐次提高.该模型的判别器可鉴别偏差订正及降尺度结果的质量,以此为标准进行对抗训练。同时,在对抗损失函数中含有物理引导的动力学惩罚项以提高模型的性能.本研究基于分辨率为1°的GFDL SPEAR模式的SST预测结果,选择遥感系统(Remote Sensing System)的观测资料作为真值,面向月尺度ENSO与IOD事件以及天尺度海洋热浪事件开展了验证试验:模型在将分辨率提高到0.0625°×0.0625°的同时将预测误差减少约90.3%,突破了观测数据分辨率的限制,且与观测结果的结构相似性高达96.46%.

Buildings with large open spaces in which chemicals are handled are often exposed to the risk of *** fluid dynamics is a useful and convenient way to investigate contaminant dispersion in such large *** turbulent Schmidt number(Sc_(t))concept has typically been used in this regard,and most studies have adopted a default *** studied the concentration distribution for sulfur hexafluoride(SF_(6))assuming different emission rates and considering the effect of Sc_(t).Then we examined the same problem for a light gas by assuming hydrogen gas(H_(2))as the *** SF_(6) was considered as the contaminant gas,a variation in the emission rate completely changed the concentration *** the emission rate was low,the gravitational effect did not take *** both low and high emission rates,an increase in S_(ct) accelerated the transport rate of SF_(6).In contrast,for H_(2) as the contaminant gas,a larger S_(ct) could induce a decrease in the H_(2) transport rate.

Dynamic membrane filtration accelerates electroactive biofilms in bioelectrochemical systems

Bioelectrochemical systems(BES)have emerged as a dual-function technology for treating wastewater and recovering energy.A vital element of BES is the rapid formation and maintenance of electroactive biofilms(EABs).Previous attempts to accelerate EAB formation and improve electroactivities focused on enhancing the bacterial adhesion process while neglecting the rate-limiting step of the bacterial transport ***,we introduce membrane filtration into BES,establishing a dynamic membrane filtration system that enhances overall *** observed that optimal membrane flux considerably reduced the startup time for EAB ***,EABs established under a 25 L m^(-2)h^(-1)flux(EAB_(25)LMH)had a formation time of 43.8±1.3 h,notably faster than the 51.4±1.6 h in the static state(EAB_(0)LMH).Additionally,EAB_(25)LMH exhibited a significant increase in maximum current density,approximately 2.2 times higher than EAB_(0)*** correlation analysis indicated a positive relationship between current densities and biomass quantities and an inverse correlation with startup *** analysis revealed two critical findings:(i)variations in maximum current densities across different filtration conditions were associated with redox-active substances and biomass accumulation,and(ii)the incorporation of a filtration process in EAB formation enhanced the proportion of viable cells and encouraged a more diverse range of electroactive ***,the novel electroactive membrane demonstrated sustained current production and effective solid-liquid separation during prolonged operation,indicating its potential as a viable alternative in membrane-based *** approach not only provides a new operational model for BES but also holds promise for expanding its application in future wastewater treatment solutions.

Substantial increase of heat-induced labor and economic loss in China under rapid economic and environmental temperature growth

Exposure to heat stress causes diminished work performance and leads to economic *** the last two decades,China has experienced both rapid economic development and environmental warming;however,the spatiotemporal variations of association between environmental heat and labor loss have been rarely investigated behind this double ***,we evaluated the variation in China's heat-induced labor productivity loss and related economic cost from 2001 to 2019 and investigated the effect of economic development and regional *** found that decline in labor productivity because of heat stress increased significantly(p<0.05 for heavy-intensity work),and the corresponding economic loss also exhibited a drastic increase by 6-to *** relative economic loss showed a slight but nonsignificant increase with an average value of 0.54%of the annual total *** the sub-regional and sectoral level,adverse effects were more prominent in the southeast region,and the secondary industry sectors,such as construction and manufacturing,contributed to larger proportions of economic *** transformation of industrial structure made economic sectors more vulnerable to heat exposure,and increasingly preventive effects of air-conditioning use were noted on economic damage due to heat-induced productivity decline(36.0%relative economic benefits in 2019 compared to 9.7%in 2001).Our findings could provide a deep insight into heat burden on occupational health and heat adaptation strategies regionally under climate change,especially in developing areas with higher temperature and humidity environment.

Stability analysis of loose accumulation slopes under rainfall:case study of a high‑speed railway in Southwest China

The high and steep slopes along a high-speed railway in the mountainous area of Southwest China are mostly composed of loose accumulations of debris with large internal pores and poor stability,which can easily induce adverse geological disasters under rainfall *** ensure the smooth construction of the high-speed railway and the subsequent safe operation,it is necessary to master the stability evolution process of the loose accumulation slope under *** article simulates rainfall using the finite element analysis software’s hydromechanical coupling *** slope stability under various rainfall situations is calculated and analysed based on the strength reduction *** validate the simulation results,a field monitoring system is established to study the deformation characteristics of the slope under *** results show that rainfall duration is the key factor affecting slope *** a constant amount of rainfall,the stability of the slope decreases with increasing duration of ***,when the amount and duration of rainfall are constant,continuous rainfall has a greater impact on slope stability than intermittent *** setting of the field retaining structures has a significant role in improving slope *** field monitoring data show that the slope is in the initial deformation stage and has good stability,which verifies the rationality of the numerical simulation *** research results can provide some references for understanding the influence of rainfall on the stability of loose accumulation slopes along high-speed railways and establishing a monitoring system.

High-temperature wetting behavior between slag and refractory

Slag corrosion is one of the main factors of the damage of refractory,and its primary manifestations involve the melting of refractory in slag and the slag penetration into refractory,both of which are highly related to the wetting behavior between slag and *** high-temperature wettability could be characterized by parameters including the surface tension,adhesion work,and spreading coefficient of the slag on refractory surface,and it could be suppressed by altering the slag/refractory interface,thus resulting in an improved anti-corrosion *** this,the key knowledges of the slag corrosion,theory of wetting behavior and test of high-temperature contact angle were firstly ***,the major factors influencing the high-temperature slag wetting behavior were discussed based on the aspects of slag composition,refractory composition,and surface ***,the future research direction was proposed in this field.
