分立对称性与三代费米子的统一(Ⅰ)

本文提出了一个SU(7)规范群的代大统一模型。它可容纳三代具有V—A型弱作用的通常费米子,实现了现实费米子的统一描述。模型保留了SU(5)大统一模型的部全好的结果,同时给出了夸克轻子间一些质量关系式及第一Cabibbo角。

目的探讨通心络胶囊对不稳定性心绞痛(UA)患者C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法66例UA患者随机分为对照组(n=34)和通心络组(n=32),对照组予阿司匹林、氟伐他汀、美托洛尔或地尔硫卓口服8周,通心络组在上述治疗的基础上联合通心络胶囊,分别在治疗前、治疗2周、4周和8周后,应用速率散射比浊法测定血清CRP浓度。结果2组患者在治疗2周、4周和8周后,血清CRP浓度均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),其中,在治疗4周和8周后,2组患者CRP浓度无差异,但在治疗2周后,通心络组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论UA患者早期联合通心络胶囊有助于降低血清CRP水平,改善预后。

Without any type of su rfactant or dispersing agent,precipitation polymerization has great superiorities in both polymer synthesis and *** the present work,the polymerization of vinyl chloride(VC),n-butyl acrylate(BA),and vinyl acetate(VAc)are conducted in the precipitation polymerization system and series of their random terpolymers poly(vinyl chloride-co-n-butyl acrylate-co-vinyl acetate)(PCBV)are synthesized *** effects of various polymerization conditions,including solvent polarity,temperature,initiator concentration,and monomer feed ratios on the polymerization kinetics,number-average molecular weight(M_(n)),and terpolymer composition are investigated *** solvent and the monomer feed ratio are crucial factors not only for the polymer morphology,but also for the reaction *** the non-polar solvent such as n-hexane,the PCBV displays particle morphology when the composition of BA ratio lower than 10 wt%.Otherwise,the PCBV forms a uniform polymer phase and precipitates out from the *** the polar solvent,e.g.,dimethyl carbonate(DMC)and ethanol,the PCBV polymer maintains a slurry state either in low or in high monomer feed ***,VC based ternary copolymer that obtained in n-hexane has much lower M_(n)(40 wt%)compared with emulsion and suspension ***,the terpolymer can be easily sepa rated by simple centrifugation.

Effect of V and N on Microstructures and Properties of Grade-70 Tire Cord Steel during Cold Drawing

Commercial grade-70 tire cord steel was microalloyed with V and N to explore the possibility of substitu- ting V for C and the effect of V and N on cementite dissolution during cold drawing process. Tensile strength, elon- gation and torsion laps of cold-drawn wires were determined. Microstructures of secondary phases were studied by transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and energy dispersive spectroscopy （EDS）. Saturation magnetization was measured by using a vibrating sample magnetometer （VSM） to evaluate cementite dissolution during cold drawing process. Experimental results showed that with the increase of V content, tensile strength increased, elongation slightly decreased, and the torsion laps of the cold-drawn wires decreased. Results also showed that with the increase of N content, a peak （increasing first and then decreasing） appeared in the tensile strength graph, and an increase of elongation and a decrease of torsion laps of the cold-drawn wires occured. N is soluble in ferrite when its content is low. The increase in the content of N to 82 × 10^-6 will result in the precipitation of the V-containing secondary pha- ses. Also, cementite tended to be stable during cold drawing process with the increase of V and N contents. Grade-80 tire cord steel can be replaced by grade 70 tire cord steel microalloyed with 0. 086 mass% V.

In this work, we provide a comprehensive review on the formation, evolution, properties, and effects of supercritical geofluid. In Earth's interior, enhanced miscibility between H2O and silicate by the addition of special components or by the increase of pressure and temperature gives rise to supercritical geofluid with a significant amount of both H2O and silicate *** formation of supercritical geofluid in magmatic-hydrothermal systems, typified by pegmatite system, is governed by meltfluid critical curve. The formation of supercritical geofluid in metamorphic systems, typified by subducted slab, is governed by the second critical end point. Experimental results suggest that the presence of boron and fluorine in pegmatite system makes it possible to form supercritical geofluid at crustal depths, but the release of supercritical geofluid from subducted slab is withheld until almost 100 km depth. A major presence of both H2O and depolymerized structural units（monomers, dimers, etc.） endows supercritical geofluid with unique physical properties including low density, low elastic moduli, low viscosity, high diffusivity,and high electrical conductivity. Supercritical geofluid can effectively mobilize a variety of elements even including high field strength elements and heavy rare earth elements. The chemical signatures of supercritical geofluid can be inherited by metasomatized mantle and mantle-derived melts, and this could give an explanation of the oxidation of arc magmas. Phase separation of supercritical geofluid through the mechanism of spinodal decomposition leads to formation of a melt network. Multiphase fluid inclusions recovered from subduction zone rocks and pegmatites are possible relics of supercritical geofluid. Supercritical geofluid can cause electrical anomaly and low seismic velocity near the top of subducted slab, and can be linked with intermediate-focus earthquakes. Febrile seizures （FSs） are the most common convulsions in childhood. Studies have demonstrated a significant relationship between a history of prolonged FSs during early childhood and temporal sclerosis, which is responsible for intractable mesial temporal lobe epilepsy. It has been shown that interleukin-1β （IL-1β） is intrinsically involved in the febrile response in children and in the generation of FSs. We summarize the gene polymorphisms, changes of IL-1β levels and the putative role of IL-1β in the generation of FSs. IL-1β could play a role either in enhancing or in reducing neural excitability. If the enhancing and reducing effects are balanced, an FS does not occur. When the enhancing effect plays the leading role, an FS is generated. A mild imbalance can cause simple FSs while a severe imbalance can cause complex FSs and febrile status epilepticus. Therefore, anti-IL-1β therapy may help to treat FSs.

Carotenoids play crucial physiological roles in animals.A comprehensive investigation into the mechanism of carotenoid metabolism in oysters will establish a theoretical foundation for further development of its carotenoid-rich ***,the information on the function of miRNA in β-carotene metabolism in oysters is *** elucidate the mechanisms underlying miRNA regulation of carotenoid metabolism in oysters,we compared the expressions of miRNA in digestive gland tissues of Pacific oyster(Crassostrea gigas)fed with aβ-carotene supplemented diet and a normal diet,respectively.A total of 690 candidate miRNAs in the Pacific oyster digestive gland tissues were identified,including 590 known miRNAs and 111 unknown *** differentially expressed miRNAs were obtained in the carotenoid-fed and normal groups,associated to 137 differentially expressed target ***,the GO enrichment analysis revealed that the differentially expressed target genes were mainly involved in transmembrane transport *** enrichment showed that the differentially expressed target genes were involved in ABC *** of the mRNA-miRNA network revealed that novel0025 played a central role in carotenoid metabolism,and it was negatively correlated with the expression of 46 *** addition,down-regulated expression of novel0025 upregulated the expression of the lipoprotein gene LOC105342186,suggesting a potential regulatory role in carotenoid *** results provide useful information for elucidating the miRNA regulation mechanism during carotenoids metabolism in the Pacific oyster.
