Based on literature review and five focus groups, a model was analyzed describing individual, social environmental and physical environmental (perceived) determinants of walking by older people. Aim was to test whether these determinants were significantly associated with the duration of walking by older people (N = 567, 50 - 80 years) in a middle-sized Dutch town. Walking time was best predicted by attit.de towards walking (partial correlation in model (partial r) 0.18;p r 0.12, p r 0.21 p r - 0.14, p r 0.28 p the model explained 20% of the total variance in walking time. Conclusion is that individual and social determinants predicted the most variance in walking time and that perceived environmental determinants played only a minor role. Health promotion actions may benefit from these insights.

Objective:to determine the level of agreement among experienced operators of candidacy for upper airway stimulation (UAS) based on evaluation of drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE).Methods:the trial was designed as a single-blinded cross-sectional *** otolaryngologists with extensive DISE experience were given 63 video clips from the StAR trial video *** videos were graded using the VOtE *** agreement and Cohen's k (for inter-rater reliability) were calculated between pairs of reviewers,assessing palatal complete concentric collapse (CCC) and determining UAS *** were also grouped based on collapse severity for each ***:the reviewers had excellent (approximately 90％) agreement on findings at the level of the soft palate and tongue *** inter-rater reliability for palatal CCC ranged from mod erate to substantial the agreement on determining the criteria for UAS implantation ranged from poor to *** 4 upper airway structures as classified by the criteria of the VOtE were graded by all the reviewers as contributing to obstruction in a majority of subjects who were performed via application of ***:Application of DISE remains a subjective examination,even among those experienced operators,therefore more studies need to be performed for evaluation of improvement in inter-rater reliability after implantation of training videos.

In this paper,the higher dimensional generalized Korteweg-de-Varies-Zakharov-Kuznetsov(gKdV-ZK)equation is under *** model is used in the field of plasma physics which describes the effects of magnetic field on the weak ion-acoustic *** have applied two techniques,called asφ^(6)-model expansion method and the Hirota bilinear method(HBM)to explore the diversity of wave *** solutions are expressed in the form of hyperbolic,periodic and Jacobi elliptic function(JEF)***,the solitary wave solutions are also extracted.A comparison of our results to well-known results is made,and the study concludes that the solutions achieved here are ***,3-dimensional and contour profiles of achieved outcomes are drawn in order to study their dynamics as a function of parameter *** the basis of the obtained results,we can assert that the pro-posed computational methods are straightforward,dynamic,and well-organized,and will be useful for solving more complicated nonlinear problems in a variety of fields,particularly in nonlinear sciences,in conjunction with symbolic ***,our discoveries provide an important milestone in comprehending the structure and physical behavior of complex *** hope that our findings will contribute significantly to our understanding of ocean *** study,we hope,is appropriate and will be of significance to a broad range of experts involved in ocean engineering models.

在过去20年中,分权被作为一项提高公民参与的战略提出来。像世界银行这样的援助组织都激发和推动了若干国家的分权过程,希望籍此提倡对公民赋权、减少腐败、提高效率并改善公共服务的提供。在此假设基础上,本文从比较的角度分析了巴西、日本、俄罗斯和瑞典在地方层次上的分权和公民参与之间的关系。为了测试"普适性模式"和"多元化发展"两个假说,本文运用多层回归分析处理了在"民主和地方治理项目"中获得的数据。数据分析的结果支持了第二个假说:官员所意识到的自治需要对于公民参与的开放程度,在不同国家具有不同的影响。
