In this.paper, the problem of a crack perpendicular to and terminating at an interface in bimaterial s.ructure with finite boundaries.is.inves.igated. The dis.ocation s.mulation method and boundary collocation approach are us.d to derive and s.lve the bas.c equations. Two kinds.of loading form are cons.dered when the crack lies.in a s.fter or a s.iffer material, one is.an ideal loading and the other one fits.to the practical experiment loading. Complete s.lutions.of the s.res. field including the T s.res. are obtained as.well as.the s.res. intens.ty factors. Influences.of T s.res. on the s.res. field ahead of the crack tip are s.udied.
