The interfa.es between the inorga.ic meta. oxide a.d orga.ic photoa.tive la.er a.e of outmost importa.ce for efficiency a.d sta.ility in orga.ic sola. cells(OSCs).Tin oxide(SnO_(2))is one of the promising ca.dida.es for the electron tra.sport la.er(ETL)in high-performa.ce inverted *** a.solution-processed SnO_(2)ETL is employed,however,the presence of interfa.ia. defects a.d suboptima. interfa.ia. conta.t ca. lower the power conversion efficiency(PCE)a.d opera.iona. sta.ility of ***,highly efficient a.d sta.le inverted OSCs by modifica.ion of the SnO_(2)surfa.e with ultra.iolet(UV)-cura.le a.ryla.e oligomers(Sa. a.d OCS)a.e *** highest PCEs of 16.6%a.d 17.0%a.e a.hieved in PM6:Y6-BO OSCs with the Sa. a.d OCS,respectively,outperforming a.device with a.ba.e SnO_(2)ETL(PCE 13.8%).The rema.ka.le enha.cement of PCEs is a.tributed to the optimized interfa.ia. conta.t,lea.ing to mitiga.ed surfa.e *** strikingly,improved light-soa.ing a.d therma. sta.ility strongly correla.ed with the interfa.ia. defects a.e demonstra.ed for OSCs ba.ed on SnO_(2)/UV cross-linked resins compa.ed to OSCs utilizing ba.e SnO_(2).We believe tha.
