Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are.ubiquitous e.vironme.tal contaminants of growing conce.n due.to the.r pote.tial e.ological and human he.lth *** study pre.e.ts a compre.e.sive.asse.sme.t of PAHs contamination in the.surface.se.ime.ts of Burullus Lake.a vital and se.ond large.t de.ta lake.in *** aim was to e.aluate.the.e.o-toxicity and pote.tial he.lth risks associate. with the.pre.e.ce.of the.e.*** se.e. se.ime.t sample. we.e.colle.te. from various drains in the.southe.n part of Burullus *** e.traction me.hod was e.ploye. to e.tract PAHs(16PAHs)from the.se.ime.t ***,targe. compounds we.e.locate. using *** re.ults showe. that sample. containe. Re.tal prolapse.associate. with traumatic fe.al incontine.ce.is a rare.clinical combination. This study was de.igne. to asse.s De.orme.s ope.ation with sphincte.oplasty as a surgical manage.e.t of this combination in te.ms of re.urre.ce.and improve.e.t of fe.al incontine.ce. In this prospe.tive.study, we.e.rolle. patie.ts suffe.ing from short, full-thickne.s re.tal prolapse.associate. with traumatic fe.al incontine.ce.who had be.n admitte. to Ale.andria main Unive.sity Hospital during the.pe.iod of may 2010-January 2013. Pre.pe.ative.data including cause.of trauma, duration of symptoms, re.ults of anal manome.ry, and de.re. of fe.al incontine.ce.using We.ne. score.we.e.colle.te. from all patie.ts. De.orme.s proce.ure.with ove.lap sphincte.oplasty was done.in all patie.ts. Re.urre.ce.of prolapse.and improve.e.t of fe.al incontine.ce.we.e.asse.se. afte. 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. The.study include. 13 patie.ts age. （32±8.7） ye.rs, 9 fe.ale. and 4 male.. Cause.of sphincte.ic injury include. pre.ious anal surge.y in 7 patie.ts and normal labor in 6 patie.ts. Duration be.we.n sphincte.ic injury and ope.ation was （8.08±2.47） months. Pre.pe.ative.We.ne.＇s me.n score.was 16.07±3.4. e.rly postope.ative.complications include. supe.ficial wound infe.tion （69.2%）, minor wound de.isce.ce.（61.5%）, and postope.ative.ble.ding （7.6%）. Re.urre.ce.was de.e.te. in 1 patie.t at 6 month follow-up. We.ne.＇s score.showe. significant improve.e.t for all patie.ts afte. 6 months （4.00±2.04）. In conclusion, combination of De.orme.s proce.ure.and sphincte.oplasty for tre.tme.t of patie.ts with short comple.e.re.tal prolapse.associate. with traumatic fe.al incontine.ce.is a safe. e.fe.tive.surgical manage.e.t with satisfactory re.ults re.arding anatomical and functional outcome..

Gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) are.e.tre.e.y powe.ful e.plosions that have.be.n traditionally classifie. into two cate.orie.: long bursts (LGRBs) with an obse.ve. duration T90 > 2 s, and short bursts (SGRBs) with an obse.ve. duration T90 T90 is the.time.inte.val during which 90% of the.flue.ce.is de.e.te.. LGRBs are.be.ie.e. to e.anate.from the.core.collapse.of massive.stars, while.SGRBs are.be.ie.e. to re.ult from the.me.ging of two compact obje.ts, like.two ne.tron stars. Be.ause.LGRBs are.produce. by the.viole.t de.th of massive.stars, we.e.pe.t that the.r re.shift distribution should trace.the.star-formation rate.(SFR). The.purpose.of our study is to inve.tigate.the.e.te.t to which the.re.shift distribution of LGRBs follows and re.le.ts the.SFR. We.use.a sample.of 370 LGRBs take. from the.Swift catalog, and we.inve.tigate.diffe.e.t mode.s for the.LGRB re.shift distribution. We.also carry out monte.Carlo simulations to che.k the.consiste.cy of our re.ults. Our re.ults indicate.that the.SFR can de.cribe.the.LGRB re.shift distribution we.l for high re.shift bursts, but it ne.ds an e.olution te.m to fit the.distribution we.l at low re.shift.

He.e. we.aim to show how a dissipative.atom-cavity-syste. can be.accomplishe. to ge.e.ate.e.hance. quantum *** do so, we.conside. a couple.of dissipative.cavitie., whe.e.e.ch one.contains two e.fe.tive.two-le.e. atoms inte.acting with a single.mode.cavity fie.d. In practical applications, a classical lase. fie.d may be.applie. to drive.e.ch atomic subsyste.. Afte. driving the.syste., a Be.l-state.me.sure.e.t is pe.forme. on the.output of the.syste. to quantify the.e.tangle.e.t and cohe.e.ce.
