Some more new fluorine substitutedamino compounds bearing 6-aryl-5-oxo-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl moieties and its derivatives 3 - 7 have been synthesised successfully from aroylation of 6-(2’-aminophenyl)-3-thioxo-1,2,4-triazin-5-one (1), followed by fluoro amination with 4-fluoroanilinein Abs EtOH and then treated with ammonia/EtOH and finally acylation/aroylation or cyclocondensation reactions with malonic acid in AcOH. Structure of the products has been established upon elemental analysis and their spectral measurements. All the obtained compounds evaluated as antimicrobial agents were the compounds which contained both nitro and fluorine elements and exhibited a highly activity the other derivatives.

A simple condensation afforded some new 3-thioxo-1,2,4-triazin-5-one derivatives (4, 6 and 8). Utilizing a facile condensation of (E)-4-(4’-bromo styryl)-2-oxo-3-buteneoic acid with thiosemicarbazide, dithioic formic acid hydrazide, and thiocarbahydrazide in different conditions. Structures of these compounds were confirmed by elemental and spectral analysis. The preliminary biocidal activity of these products were evaluated against some microbial and compared to Mycostatine and piperacillin as antibiotics were most of derivatives exhibited good activity.

Superior mesenteric artery syndrome is a rare cause of upper gastrointestinal obstruction in which the third part of the duodenum is compressed between the superior mesenteric artery and the abdominal aorta,and the compression of the duodenum is caused by a narrowed aortomesenteric *** report in this case a 35-year-old patient who came with features of small bowel obstruction,weight loss and had a history of malnutrition because of ***-slice computerized tomography showed a narrowed aortomesenteric angle and *** treatment was presented and,after 3 months of observation,the patient gained weight.

Pomological characterization and biochemical study were conducted on five pomegranate fruits cultivars. Results show statistically significant difference between varieties. Indeed, pomegranate seeds play a key role in determining the pomological quality of the fruit. Interestingly, Kalai ranks first with 256.06 g of the mass of fresh seeds which has 73% of the Total fresh weight (TFW). Besides, the mass of fresh seeds and TFW showed a significant negative correlation with the percentage of fresh peel (r = -0.987 and r = -0.930, respectively, p ). Parallelly, two major sugars were detected in seeds: glucose, fructose followed by arabinose. Meanwhile, malic and citric acids are both main organic acids accumulated in pomegranate seeds. By determining the acidity index “AI”, citric acid was found to be the most predominant organic acid in sour pomegranate varieties like Kalai and Garsi. Though, Tounsi and Zahri variety are the sweetest, thus, having least amounts of citric acid and highest AI levels.

Estimation and Assessment of Plasma D-Dimer Levels in HIV Patients

Background: The elevation of plasma D-dimer levels is fully described and associated with the increase of the mortality of patients with HIV. The present study was aimed to estimate and assess the plasma D-dimer levels in HIV patient. Material and Methods: A case control study done in May 2015. A total of 100 subjects were enrolled in this study;50 were patients professionally diagnosed by HIV;25 (50%) were males and 25 (50%) were females;their mean age is 35 years. Further 50 normal healthy individuals as normal control group: their gender and age were matched with patient groups. The platelets poor plasma (PPP) was immediately prepared from citrated blood, then the plasma D-dimer level was measured using (MISPA-i2 Reagent) Switzerland. Data were analyzed using statistical packing for social sciences program (SPSS) 20. Results: The D-dimer levels was significantly higher in patient with HIV compared with the normal healthy control group (Mean and STD 502.2 ± 287.8 vs 251.8 ± 152.7 P. value 0.01). Conclusion: The D-dimer level was significantly higher in patient with HIV compared with those in normal healthy control group.

The reality of FDI in the Ethiopian economy environment as well as the standard and analytical modeling of the reflection of this type of investment on the economic growth during the period(1998-2017)based on the hypothesis that the policy of attracting foreign investments in the Ethiopian economy has a positive effect in general And per capita GDP in *** analytical and standard study concluded with a number of results,including:(1)The Ethiopian economy's qualitative leap coincided with the entry of foreign direct investment into Ethiopia until Ethiopia reached Africa's fastest growing economy in return for the second most attractive country for foreign investment in the world after Angola in 2016.(2)The strength of foreign direct investment(FDI)has been reflected in the size of the GDP,but it has not been reflected in the level required for the welfare of the Ethiopian individual.(3)The standard study indicates that there is a direct correlation between FDI and GDP per capita,meaning that any increase in the volume of FDI in the Ethiopian economy will lead to an increase in per capita GDP.

Effect of Dietary Lipid Levels on Fatty Acids Composition of Cultured Sparusaurata

The aim of this study was to determine the progressive evolution of fish muscle fatty acids composition feeding by different lipid levels of farmed Mediterranean gilthead sea bream （Sparusaurata）. During twenty one weeks, Sparusaurata were hand-feed two diets with protein and lipid ratios 47/20 （Diet A） and 45/22 （Diet B） respectively. At the end of the feeding period, lipid contents of muscle, as well as fatty acids profiles of different portions of the muscles were studied. Results indicated the effects of fatty acids profiles of diets throughout the liver and white muscle fillet （dorsal, middle and ventral）. These were more noticeable when Sparusaurata was fed on the diet Athat decreased the content of monounsaturated fatty acids （MUFA）, and polyunsaturated fatty acids （PUFA） in all the muscles during the period of feeding while the saturated fatty acids （SFA） content tended to increase and it was lower than ones in the muscles of Sparusaurata fed on diet B. The highest amount of PUFA and docosahexaenoic acid, （22：6n-3 DHA） were found among the different portions of ventral muscles. In addition, the progressive evolution of different parts of muscle＇s fatty acid profiles showed significant differences in contents of SFA, PUFA and especially the n-3 PUFA. However, the content of MUFA seems to be alike in different muscles and tended to decrease in dorsal and ventral muscle from Do to Df and inversely when the fish were fed on diet A.

A path π = [v1, v2, …, vk] in a graph G = (V, E) is an uphill path if deg(vi) ≤ deg(vi+1) for every 1 ≤ i ≤ k. A subset S ⊆ V(G) is an uphill dominating set if every vertex vi ∈ V(G) lies on an uphill path originating from some vertex in S. The uphill domination number of G is denoted by γup(G) and is the minimum cardinality of the uphill dominating set of G. In this paper, we introduce the uphill domination polynomial of a graph G. The uphill domination polynomial of a graph G of n vertices is the polynomial , where up(G, i) is the number of uphill dominating sets of size i in G, and γup(G) is the uphill domination number of G, we compute the uphill domination polynomial and its roots for some families of standard graphs. Also, UP(G, x) for some graph operations is obtained.
