Leveraging User-Generated Comments and Fused BiLsTM Models to Detect and Predict Issues with Mobile Apps

In the last decade, technical advancements and faster Internet speeds have also led to an increasing number ofmobile devices and users. Thus, all contributors to society, whether young or old members, can use these mobileapps. The use of these apps eases our daily lives, and all customers who need any type of service can accessit easily, comfortably, and efficiently through mobile apps. Particularly, saudi Arabia greatly depends on digitalservices to assist people and visitors. such mobile devices are used in organizing daily work schedules and services,particularly during two large occasions, Umrah and Hajj. However, pilgrims encounter mobile app issues such asslowness, conflict, unreliability, or user-unfriendliness. Pilgrims comment on these issues on mobile app platformsthrough reviews of their experiences with these digital services. scholars have made several attempts to solve suchmobile issues by reporting bugs or non-functional requirements by utilizing user ***, solving suchissues is a great challenge, and the issues still exist. Therefore, this study aims to propose a hybrid deep learningmodel to classify and predict mobile app software issues encountered by millions of pilgrims during the Hajj andUmrah periods from the user perspective. Firstly, a dataset was constructed using user-generated comments fromrelevant mobile apps using natural language processing methods, including information extraction, the annotationprocess, and pre-processing steps, considering a multi-class classification problem. Then, several experimentswere conducted using common machine learning classifiers, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Long short-TermMemory (LsTM), and Convolutional Neural Network Long short-Term Memory (CNN-LsTM) architectures, toexamine the performance of the proposed model. Results show 96% in F1-score and accuracy, and the proposedmodel outperformed the mentioned models.

Assessment of spermatogenesis in camels via seminiferous tubule staging and testosterone profiling

Potential Benefits and Obstacles of the Use of Internet of Things in saudi Universities: Empirical study

Internet of Things (IoT) among of all the technology revolutions has been considered the next evolution of the internet. IoT has become a far more popular area in the computing world. IoT combined a huge number of things (devices) that can be connected through the internet. The purpose: this paper aims to explore the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) generally and outline the main definitions of IoT. The paper also aims to examine and discuss the obstacles and potential benefits of IoT in saudi universities. Methodology: the researchers reviewed the previous literature and focused on several databases to use the recent studies and research related to the IoT. Then, the researchers also used quantitative methodology to examine the factors affecting the obstacles and potential benefits of IoT. The data were collected by using a questionnaire distributed online among academic staff and a total of 150 participants completed the survey. Finding: the result of this study reveals there are twelve factors that affect the potential benefits of using IoT such as reducing human errors, increasing business income and worker’s productivity. It also shows the eighteen factors which affect obstacles the IoT use, for example sensors’ cost, data privacy, and data security. These factors have the most influence on using IoT in saudi universities.

smartphones and traffic signals:A quantitative assessment for phone usage behavior on performance of signalized intersections

Modern smartphones differ vastly from classic cellphones with enormous capabilities,changing cellphones from making phone calls and short messages to pocket-sized computers with full internet *** downside of modern phone evolution is changing drivers’behavior and phone usage *** researchers have investigated the safety implications of phone usage while driving on accidents ***,the effect of phone usage on the performance of traffic facilities did not receive equal ***,this research aims to study the impact of smartphone usage on traffic signal *** parameters considered in the study were drivers’activity while waiting at the signal,startup lost time,and saturation flow *** study team covered 25 intersections in the study area,observed the activities of over 6800 drivers while waiting at the signal,and recorded their corresponding discharge *** study team then supplemented field data with a behavioral survey questionnaire for drivers living in the study area to interpret field ***,the collected data were processed and analyzed,resulting in mathematical models for the relationship between the reduction in saturation flow rate and the red time *** team found two primary *** study’s first finding was that the traditional concept for estimating startup lost time adopted by the highway capacity manual(HCM)appears *** field results revealed that the lost times caused by other distracted drivers upstream in the queue were comparable to the estimated startup lost time following the HCM method for estimating startup lost *** second finding was that the reduction in saturation flow rate at the traffic signal is an exponential function of the red time interval,reducing the overall capacity for the intersection and increasing the average ***,the authors suggest mitigating the problem and making recommendations for future research.

Optimized Deep Learning Approach for Efficient Diabetic Retinopathy Classification Combining VGG16-CNN

Diabetic retinopathy is a critical eye condition that,if not treated,can lead to vision *** methods of diagnosing and treating the disease are time-consuming and ***,machine learning and deep transfer learning(DTL)techniques have shown promise in medical applications,including detecting,classifying,and segmenting diabetic *** advanced techniques offer higher accuracy and *** Diagnosis(CAD)is crucial in speeding up classification and providing accurate disease ***,these technological advancements hold great potential for improving the management of diabetic *** study’s objective was to differentiate between different classes of diabetes and verify the model’s capability to distinguish between these *** robustness of the model was evaluated using other metrics such as accuracy(ACC),precision(PRE),recall(REC),and area under the curve(AUC).In this particular study,the researchers utilized data cleansing techniques,transfer learning(TL),and convolutional neural network(CNN)methods to effectively identify and categorize the various diseases associated with diabetic retinopathy(DR).They employed the VGG-16CNN model,incorporating intelligent parameters that enhanced its *** outcomes surpassed the results obtained by the auto enhancement(AE)filter,which had an ACC of over 98%.The manuscript provides visual aids such as graphs,tables,and techniques and frameworks to enhance *** study highlights the significance of optimized deep TL in improving the metrics of the classification of the four separate classes of *** manuscript emphasizes the importance of using the VGG16CNN classification technique in this context.

Numerical Approach to simulate the Effect of Corrosion Damage on the Natural Frequency of Reinforced Concrete structures

Corrosion of reinforcing steel in concrete elements causes minor to major damage in different *** may lead to spalling of concrete cover,reduction of section’s capacity and can alter the dynamic *** the dynamic properties,natural frequency is to be a reliable indicator of structural integrity that can be utilized in non-destructive corrosion *** the correlation between natural frequency and corrosion damage has been reflected in different experimental programs,few attempts have been made to investigate this relationship in forward modeling and/or structural health monitoring *** can be attributed to the limited available data,the complex nature of corrosion,and the involvement of multidisciplinaryﬁ***,this study presents a numerical attempt to simulate the effect of corrosion damage on the natural frequency of the *** approach relies on simulating the time history response of the structure using a modiﬁed Bouc-Wen model that incorporates the nonlinear effects of ***,modal analysis is utilized to assess the change in dynamic properties in the frequency ***ﬁnish up,regression algorithms are employed toﬁnd optimal relationship between involved parameters,including corrosion damage as input,and natural frequency as *** efﬁciency of the suggested framework is illustrated in thirteen buildings with cantilevered column lateral force-resisting system and different levels of corrosion.

Convenient One Pot synthesis and Antibacterial Evaluation of some New Mannich Bases Carrying 1,2,4-Triazolyl Moiety

A series of Mannich bases were synthesized by a three-component Mannich reaction. The newly synthesized compounds were well characterized by elemental analyses, IR, NMR and mass spectroscopic studies. The potential antibacterial effects of the synthesized compounds were investigated using standard bacterial strains： Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Interestingly, all the synthesized compounds were observed to be promising leads, possessing moderate to significant inhibitory activity as compared to standard.

The Impact of Face Mask Inks and Dyes on the Environment and Human Health

To reduce the impact of the novel sARs-CoV-2 virus, popularly known as the Coronavirus, many public health-related rules have been established around the world. Along with social distancing and lockdowns, most countries have mandatory wearing of face masks in public areas to limit the spread of the virus during the COVid-19 pandemic. However, because people are free to choose any method to make their masks, some are being fabricated from materials that can be toxic to the environment and human health. This paper discusses how inks and dyes used in face masks are causing major environmental degradation and health issues in industry workers and the general mask-wearing public. The goal fixed for the present study is to raise the alarm with authorities and decision-makers regarding the toxic nature of some colors (dyes and inks) and fabrics in the masks being worn every day.
