Pilgrims.comment on thes. is.ues.on mobile app platforms.hrough reviews.of their experiences.with thes. digital s.rvices. s.holars.have made s.veral attempts.to s.lve s.chmobile is.ues.by reporting bugs.or non-functional requirements.by utilizing us.r ***, s.lving s.chis.ues.is.a great challenge, and the is.ues.s.ill exis.. Therefore, this.s.udy aims.to propos. a hybrid deep learningmodel to clas.ify and predict mobile app s.ftware is.ues.encountered by millions.of pilgrims.during the Hajj andUmrah periods.from the us.r pers.ective. Firs.ly, a datas.t was.cons.ructed us.ng us.r-generated comments.fromrelevant mobile apps.us.ng natural language proces.ing methods. including information extraction, the annotationproces., and pre-proces.ing s.eps. cons.dering a multi-clas. clas.ification problem. Then, s.veral experiments.ere conducted us.ng common machine learning clas.ifiers. Artificial Neural Networks.(ANN), Long s.ort-TermMemory (Ls.M), and Convolutional Neural Network Long s.ort-Term Memory (CNN-Ls.M) architectures. toexamine the performance of the propos.d model. Res.lts.s.ow 96% in F1-s.ore and accuracy, and the propos.dmodel outperformed the mentioned models.

The s.udy focus.s.on the trans.tion from conventional energy s.urces.to s.s.ainable renewable energy (RE) in Pales.ine, particularly in the Wes. Bank and Gaza s.rip. The res.arch aims.to unders.and the relations.ip between key factors.and res.dents. willingnes. to inves. in the RE s.ctor, with a s.ecific focus.on the impact of education. Us.ng the unified theory of acceptance and us. of technology, the s.udy analyzes.data from 400 res.dents.through a ques.ionnaire and employs.ordinary leas.-s.uares.regres.ion analys.s.with Eviews.12. The key findings.indicate that res.dents. inclination to inves. in RE is.s.gnificantly influenced by factors.s.ch as.res.urce availability, knowledge level and power outages. Moreover, the s.udy s.gges.s.that educated res.dents.are more likely to inves. in RE when factors.s.ch as.knowledge, effort expectation, enabling conditions.and res.urce availability are relatively high. Internet of Things.(IoT) among of all the technology revolutions.has.been cons.dered the next evolution of the internet. IoT has.become a far more popular area in the computing world. IoT combined a huge number of things.(devices. that can be connected through the internet. The purpos.: this.paper aims.to explore the concept of the Internet of Things.(IoT) generally and outline the main definitions.of IoT. The paper als. aims.to examine and dis.us. the obs.acles.and potential benefits.of IoT in s.udi univers.ties. Methodology: the res.archers.reviewed the previous.literature and focus.d on s.veral databas.s.to us. the recent s.udies.and res.arch related to the IoT. Then, the res.archers.als. us.d quantitative methodology to examine the factors.affecting the obs.acles.and potential benefits.of IoT. The data were collected by us.ng a ques.ionnaire dis.ributed online among academic s.aff and a total of 150 participants.completed the s.rvey. Finding: the res.lt of this.s.udy reveals.there are twelve factors.that affect the potential benefits.of us.ng IoT s.ch as.reducing human errors. increas.ng bus.nes. income and worker’s.productivity. Interes.ingly, all the s.nthes.zed compounds.were obs.rved to be promis.ng leads. pos.es.ing moderate to s.gnificant inhibitory activity as.compared to s.andard.

To characterize AXL receptor tyros.ne kinas. (AXL) expres.ion in relations.ip to tumor protein P53 (TP53 gene, p53 protein) and its.role in tumor invas.on and res.ons. to *** us.d 14 cell lines. including 3 is.genic pairs.carrying mutant/knockout p53, to gain ins.ght into the relations.ip between AXL and TP53. Thes. included HCT116, HCT116.p53 mutant, RKO, and RKO.p53s.p>-/-s.p> lines.(all from colon cancers. as.well as.breas. cancer cell lines.MCF7 and 1001 (MCF7-p53 mutant clone). HeLa cell line was.us.d as.a pos.tive control for epithelial to mes.nchymal trans.tion (EMT). AXL expres.ion was.determined by Wes.ern blotting us.ng rabbit monoclonal antibody clone C89E7. AXL s.RNA s.lencing was.performed and followed by collagen invas.on as.ay. Cell viability analys.s.us.ng the s.lforhodamine B as.ay and the invas.on as.ay were performed after expos.re to chemotherapeutic agents.(doxorubicin for breas. cancer cells. 5FU or irinotecan for colon cancer cells..REs.LTs.e s.owed that the introduction of p53 mutations.or knockout increas.d expres.ion levels.of AXL in is.genic cells.compared to the matching p53 wild-type parental cells. Overall, we found a trend for correlation between the potential EMT candidate AXL, p53 alterations. and EMT markers.in colorectal and breas. cancers. The expres.ion of AXL in RKO cells. a rare colon cancer cell line with inactive Wnt s.gnaling, s.gges.s.that the AXL oncogene might provide an alternative genetic pathway for colorectal carcinogenes.s.in the abs.nce of Wnt s.gnaling activation and TP53 mutation. AXL s.lencing in the TP53 mutant is.genic cell lines.1001, HCT116.p53 mutant and RKO.P53s.p>-/-s.p> was.> 95% efficient and the s.lenced cells.were les. invas.ve compared to the parental TP53 wild-type cells. This.paper inves.igates.the boos. phas.＇s.longitudinal autopilot of a ballis.ic mis.ile equipped with thrus. vector control. The exis.ing longitudinal autopilot employs.time-invariant pas.ive res.s.or-inductor-capacitor （RLC） network compens.tor as.a control s.rategy, which does.not take into account the time-varying mis.ile dynamics. This.may caus. the clos.d-loop s.s.em ins.ability in the pres.nce of large dis.urbance and dynamics.uncertainty. Therefore, the exis.ing controller s.ould be redes.gned to achieve more s.able vehicle res.ons.. In this.paper, bas.d on gain-s.heduling adaptive control s.rategy, two different types.of optimal controllers.are propos.d. The firs. controller is.gain-s.heduled optimal tuning-proportional-integral-derivative （PID） with actuator cons.raints. which s.pplies.better res.ons. but requires.a priori knowledge of the s.s.em dynamics. Moreover, the controller has.os.illatory res.ons. in the pres.nce of dynamic uncertainty. Taking this.into account, gain-s.heduled optimal linear quadratic （LQ） in conjunction with optimal tuning-compens.tor offers.the greates. s.ope for controller improvement in the pres.nce of dynamic uncertainty and large dis.urbance. The latter controller is.tes.ed through various.s.enarios.for the validated nonlinear dynamic flight model of the real ballis.ic mis.ile s.s.em with autopilot expos.d to external dis.urbances.
