Treatment of RuCl2(PPh3)3 with 6-dimethylaminopentafulvene in THF in the presence of water produced(η5-C5H4CHO) RuCl(PPh3)2, which was reduced by NaBH4 to give the Ru–H···HO dihydrogen bonded complex(η5-C5H4CH2OH) RuH(PPh3)2. The dihydrogen bonded complex(η5-C5H4CH2OH)RuH(PPh3)2 could also be synthesized by the reduction of complex(η5-C5H4CHO)RuH(PPh3)2, which was obtained by the reaction of RuHCl(PPh3)3 with 6-dimethylaminopentafulvene in the presence of water. The analogous dihydrogen bonded osmium complex(η5-C5H4CH2OH)OsH(PPh3)2 was similarly prepared. Single crystal structures and DFT calculations support the presence of intra-molecular H···H interaction, with separations of around 1.9 to 2.0 .

This essay seeks to historicize Lettrist activity in France and to situate Lettrist aesthetic productions and destructions in relation to the memory of German Occupation of France during World War II,and to the violent outbursts and acting out of the Lettrists'*** Isou and others belonged to a rather unique generation in the history of France-a generation that caused adults a great deal of concern as young men and women committed crimes and acts of violence at unprecedented *** to the cultural historical specificities of the Lettrists and other young troublemakers in postwar France,I argue that Lettrism,as an aesthetic idea,could never have gained or sustained momentum without the mid-century fait divers,a specific genre of miscellaneous news *** the years immediately following the end of World War II,the raison d'etre of the young Lettrists in France could perhaps be defined as the construction of situations that would generate banal news items of a very specific *** Lettrist activity as essentially compatible with the raw material for faits divers,as defined by Roland Barthes,helps us to appreciate the somewhat-surprising interest the group generated at a historic moment when France had never been more concerned with the gratuitous misdeeds of young men.

Individuals have increasingly high expectations of return to activity following total hip replacement(THR)*** current literature demonstrates marked improvements in pain following ***,there is limited evidence showing objective improvement in daily *** randomized pilot trial aimed to determine the effect of an intervention where outdoor walking distance is used as a goal to increase daily activity of older adults using a commercial activity monitor at 3 to 6 months post *** suggested that the participants in the intervention group had higher activity levels after THR,compared to those in the control *** Cohen’s effect sizes were larger for the changes in the gait,Hip Disability and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score,and Psychosocial Impact of Assistive Devices Scale data in the intervention group in contrast to the control ***,further research with a larger sample size is required to provide tangible evidence on the significance of the effect of the purposeful walk compared to step count.

Treatment of Ru(CO)(Cl)(H)(PPh3)3 with NaLOEt (LOEt-= [CpCo{P(O)(OEt)2}3]-) afforded the hydride complex (PPh3)(CO)-LOEtRu(H) (1), which has been characterized by X-ray crystallography. Similarly, the tricyclohexylphosphine analogue, (PCy3)(CO)LOEtRu(H) (2), was synthesized from Ru(CO)Cl(H)(PCy3)2 and NaLOEt. Treatment of complex 1 with R'SO2N3 afforded the (arylsulfonyl)amido complexes LOEtRu(CO)(PPh3)(NHSO2R) (R = 2,4,6-i-Pr3C6H2 (3), 4-t-BuC6H4 (4)). The crystal structure of complex 3 has been determined. The Ru-N distance and Ru-N-S angle in 3 are 2.076(3) and 126.14(16)°, respectively. Reactions of complex 1 with acids have been studied.

以溯河洄游为特征的青海湖裸鲤是青海湖鱼类的优势种,但其洄游行为还知之甚少.利用高分辨率SHRIMPⅡ离子探针和激光剥蚀高分辨多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(LA-MC-ICP-MS)分别测定了青海湖裸鲤微耳石轮纹中的氧和锶(O-Sr)同位素组成.结果表明,微耳石成长带中较低的δ^(18)O记录了青海湖裸鲤春夏时期所洄游的河水化学信息;将δ^(18)O与^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr同位素组成相结合,微耳石轮纹的同位素组成明确指示了多数个体可能更倾向于固定的河流洄游产卵.这一结果对于认识青海湖裸鲤的洄游习性以及鱼类保护和管理有重要的意义.

One-carbon compounds,such as methanol,are becoming potential alternatives to sugars as feedstocks for the biological production of chemicals,fuels,foods,and *** biological production often requires extensive genetic manipulation of a microbial host strain,making well-characterised and geneticallytractable model organisms like the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae attractive targets for the engineering of methylotrophic *** strains S288C and *** are the two best-characterised and most widely used hosts for yeast synthetic biology and metabolic engineering,yet they have unpredictable metabolic phenotypes related to their many genomic *** therefore sought to benchmark these two strains as potential hosts for engineered methylotrophic metabolism by comparing their growth and transcriptomic responses to *** had improved growth in the presence of methanol relative to the S288C derivative *** *** transcriptome also had a specific and relevant response to methanol that was either absent or less pronounced in the BY4741 *** response included up-regulation of genes associated with mitochondrial and peroxisomal metabolism,alcohol and formate dehydrogenation,glutathione metabolism,and the global transcriptional regulator of metabolism ***-expression of MIG3 enabled improved growth in the presence of methanol,suggesting that MIG3 is a mediator of the superior *** strain *** was therefore identified as a superior strain for the future development of synthetic methylotrophy in ***.
