Crossed beak is a complex mode of inheritance with prevalence ranging from 0.2 to 7.4% in at least 12 chicken strains *** reveal the intrinsic factors causing crossed beaks,genes expression patterns in bilateral mandibular condyle between affected and normal birds were characterized by RNA sequencing analysis in the present *** beak was induced by short length of unilateral mandibular ramus,and a total of 110differentially expressed genes were up-or down-regulated in the affected(short)mandibular condyle side as compared to the normal *** anhydrase 2(CA2)and Carbonic anhydrase 13(CA13)were enriched in the carbonate dehydratase activity,and high-expressed in mandibular condyle and osteoblasts(Pwever,both were low-expressed in short mandibular condyle side of affected birds(Pween the calcification and carbonic anhydrase *** analysis with cetylpyridinium chloride showed a decrease in calcification when the cells were transfected with an anti-CA13 *** research suggested that CA2 and CA13 are down-calcified in shortside mandibular condyle,and caused mandibular ramus to grow ***2 and CA13 have the critical role in crossed beaks by regulating calcification of mandibular condyle.

窠囊理论出自朱震亨所著的《丹溪心法》,是中医痰瘀互结学说的重要内容。慢性肾脏病的发生发展与窠囊痰挟瘀血的病机特点高度契合。从窠囊理论切入,认为脾肾虚衰导致气血津液代谢失常,瘀闭痰结,胶结不解,酿生窠囊,滞于肾络是慢性肾脏病的主要病机。故治疗上强调益肾健脾,正本清源;理气调枢,畅达气机;痰瘀同治,通透窠囊。这为慢性肾脏病的治疗提供了新思路。

A branch of high-frequency Alfvenic modes is observed on the HL-2A *** electromagnetic mode can be driven unstably in the plasma with an off-axis neutral beam *** mode frequency keeps almost unchanged or presents a slow-sweeping behavior,depending on the detail current *** poloidal and toroidal mode numbers are𝑚m/n=1/*** mode has a quite short duration(≤20 ms)and usually appears 5-10 ms after the neutral beam being injected into the *** simulations based on M3D-K have also been carried *** result suggests that co-passing energetic particles are responsible for the mode *** simulated mode structures are localized nearby location of minimum safety factor(q_(min))and agree with the structures obtained through tomography of soft x-ray ***,the modes are localized in the continuum gap and their frequencies increase with variation of𝑞min in a wide *** but not least,the characteristic of unchanged frequency on experiment is also reproduced by the nonlinear simulation with a fixed safety *** those evidences indicate that the𝑛n=1 high-frequency mode may belong to a reversed shear Alfven eigenmode.

we revisit the γ-ray emission above 300 Me V towards the massive star-forming region of Orion B by adopting14 yr observations with the Fermi Large Area Telescope and utilizing the updated software tools. The extended γ-ray emission region around Orion B is resolved into two components(region Ⅰ and region Ⅱ). The γ-ray spectrum of region I agrees with the predicted γ-ray spectrum assuming the cosmic ray(CR) density is the same as that of Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer(AMS-02) measured locally. The γ-ray emissivity of region II appears to be deficit at low energy band(Ewe find that CR densities exhibit a significant deficit below20 Ge V, which may be caused by a slow diffusion inside the dense region. This is probably caused by an increased magnetic field whose strength increases with the gas density.

A transient method with rectangular pulse heating has been developed to measure the thermal conductivity of highly porous materials such as activated carbon, zeolite and silica gel. 海底管道膨胀弯安装是铺设海底管道施工过程中的重要组成部分。由于在生产制造海洋管道过程中存在加工误差,另外施工中对接膨胀弯管与海洋立管或者海底平管也存在偏差,因此安装膨胀弯过程中存在极限尺寸偏差方面的问题。本文运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,按照实际结构尺寸和材料参数建立带有法兰接头的膨胀弯仿真模型,针对实际安装膨胀弯过程中存在的三种类型的偏差工况,在满足实际施工对海管强度要求规范下,计算膨胀弯安装极限尺寸偏差,并得到结构在不同工况下的应力和应变的分布情况。详细讨论和分析膨胀弯在安装对接立管和平管过程的受力与形变情况。得到的相关结论有望为海洋平台中海管实际施工安装提供相应的理论依据,对海上油气田的开发建设具有一定的工程意义。
