Neisseria meningitidis is the leading cause of bacterial meningitis and classified into 13serogroups based on the immunological reactivity of the capsular polysaccharide.1 Serogroups A, B, C, w135 and Y are the most common causes of meningitis.2 Among them, serogroup A and C are the major causes of epidemics in Africa and Asia.2 Most of the epidemic outbreaks of meningococcal meningitis are caused by serogroup A Neisseria meningitidis strain from the 1950s to the 1980s in China.3 During the years 2003 and 2005, a new sequence type （ST-4821） of serogroup C was identified in the Anhui and 11 other provinces of China.4

For city planning and reducing potential earthquake risk,it’s necessary to detect the information of the buried faults in an urban area especially,including the location and *** integrated technique with geophysical and geological methods,including the shallow seismic reflection profile,electrical resistivity measurement,geologic borehole section,and exploration trench,was used to detect the Chengnanhe fault,which is one of the two main faults passing through the weihai urban area in Shandong province,*** results show that it is a normal fault striking with E-w direction,and it is relatively inactive and *** using the thermoluminescence(TL)dating,we found that the Chengnanhe fault initiated in mid-Pleistocene and there was no offset after late *** an integrated technique with multiple geological and geophysical methods provides a significant assessment of earthquake risk for city planning in urban areas.

In the present work, we explore the solar-blind ultraviolet（UV） photodetectors（PDs） with enhanced photoresponse,fabricated on Ga/Ga2O3 nanocomposite films. Through pre-burying metal Ga layers and thermally post-annealing the laminated Ga2 O3/Ga/Ga2O3 structures, Ga/Ga2O3 nanocomposite films incorporated with Ga nanospheres are obtained. For the prototype PD, it is found that the photocurrent and photoresponsivity will first increase and then decrease monotonically with the thickness of the pre-buried Ga layer increasing. Each of all PDs shows a spectrum response peak at 260 nm, demonstrating the ability to detect solar-blind UV light. Adjustable photoresponse enhancement factors are achieved by means of the surface plasmon in the nanocomposite films. The PD with a 20 nm thick Ga interlayer exhibits the best solar-blind UV photoresponse characteristics with an extremely low dark current of 8.52 p A at 10-V bias, a very high light-to-dark ratio of ～ 8 × 10~5, a large photoresponsivity of 2.85 A/w at 15-V bias, and a maximum enhancement factor of ～ 220. Our research provides a simple and practical route to high performance solar-blind UV PDs and potential applications in the field of optoelectronics.

报道了一种利用非线性光学频率变换技术生成深紫外激光的固体激光系统。此系统采用基于CLBO晶体和频的频率变换方案,参与和频过程的两路激光分别是一台全固态声光调Q Nd:YVO4激光器输出的1064 nm近红外激光和一台灯抽运电光调Q倍频Nd:YAG激光器抽运的钛宝石激光器输出的三倍频238.7 nm紫外激光。对系统中的调Q倍频Nd:YAG激光器、钛宝石激光器、BBO三倍频模块、调Q Nd:YVO4激光器以及CLBO和频模块进行了详细描述。最后,在实验中获得了最高功率217μw,重复频率10 Hz的195 nm深紫外激光输出。

目的研究葛根素分别在PEG(NH4)2SO4双水相体系与丙酮K2HPO4双水相体系中的分配特性。方法研究系统总质量为20 g的PEG(NH4)2SO4中和体系总体积为10 mL丙酮K2HPO4中的体积比φ和分配系数K。结果确定了PEG(NH4)2SO4双水相最佳体系:PEG1500质量分数20%,(NH4)2SO4质量分数16%;丙酮K2HPO4双水相最佳体系:V(丙酮)∶V(水)=8∶2,K2HPO4质量为1.5 g。结论分别对这两个双水相最佳体系的分配系数进行了关联,lnK/φ2K2=A*+b*(w″-w′)这个模型适用于这两个双水相体系,关联结果与实验值符合良好。

Background First generation drug-eluting stents （DES） were associated with a high incidence of late stent thrombosis （ST）,mainly due to delayed healing and re-endothelization by the durable polymer *** study sought to assess the safety and efficacy of the Nano polymer-free sirolimus-eluting stent （SES） in the treatment of patients with de novo coronary artery *** The Nano trial is the first randomized trial designed to compare the safety and efficacy of the Nano polymer-free SES and Partner durable-polymer SES （Lepu Medical Technology,Beijing,China） in the treatment of patients with de novo native coronary *** primary endpoint was in-stent late lumen loss （LLL） at 9-month *** secondary endpoint was major adverse cardiac events （MACE）,a composite of cardiac death,myocardial infarction or target lesion *** A total of 291 patients （Nano group：n=143,Partner group：n=148） were enrolled in this trial from 19 Chinese *** Nano polymer-free SES was non-inferior to the Partner durable-polymer DES at the primary endpoint of 9 months （P 〈0.001）.The 9-month in-segment LLL of the polymer-free Nano SES was comparable to the Partner SES （0.34±0.42） mm vs.（0.30±0.48） mm,P=0.21）.The incidence of MACE in the Nano group were 7.6% compared to the Partner group of 5.9% （P=0.75） at 2 years *** frequency of cardiac death and stent thrombosis was low for both Nano and Partner SES （0.8% vs.0.7%,0.8% vs.1.5%,both P=1.00）.Conclusions In this multicenter randomized Nano trial,the Nano polymer-free SES showed similar safety and efficacy compared with the Partner SES in the treatment of patients with de novo coronary artery *** in patients with complex lesions and longer term follow-up are necessary to confirm the clinical performance of this novel Nano polymer-free SES.
