Intelligent representation method of image flatness for cold rolled strip

Real flatness images are the bases for flatness detection based on machine vision of cold rolled *** characteristics of a real flatness image are analyzed,and a lightweight strip location detection(SLD)model with deep semantic segmentation networks is *** interference areas in the real flatness image can be eliminated by the SLD model,and valid information can be *** this basis,the concept of image flatness is proposed for the first *** image flatness representation(IFAR)model is established on the basis of an autoencoder with a new *** optimal structure of the bottleneck layer is 16×16×4,and the IFAR model exhibits a good representation ***,interpretability analysis of the representation factors is carried out,and the difference and physical meaning of the representation factors for image flatness with different categories are *** flatness with new defect morphologies(bilateral quarter waves and large middle waves)that are not present in the original dataset are generated by modifying the representation factors of the no wave ***,the SLD and IFAR models are used to detect and represent all the real flatness images on the test *** average processing time for a single image is 11.42 ms,which is suitable for industrial *** research results provide effective methods and ideas for intelligent flatness detection technology based on machine vision.

Recent advancements in two-dimensional materials have shown huge potential for optoelectronic *** is challenging to achieve highly effective and sensitive broadband photodetection based on MoS_(2)*** engineering,such as introducing vacancies,can narrow the bandgap and boost the separation of photogenerated carriers by defect states but leads to a slow response ***,we propose a nickel nanoparticle-induced gateless photogating effect with a unique energy band structure to enable the application of defect engineering and achieve high optoelectronic *** device based on Ni nanoparticle-decorated MoS_(2)with S vacancies exhibited high responsivities of 106.21 and 1.38 A w^(-1)and detectivities of 1.9×10^(12)and 8.9×10^(9)Jones under 532 and 980 nm illumination(visible to near infrared),respectively,with highly accelerated response *** strategy provides new insight into optimizing defect engineering to design high-performance optoelectronic devices capable of broadband photodetection.

Detection in high fidelity of tipping points,the emergence of which is often induced by invisible changes in internal structures or/and external interferences,is paramountly beneficial to understanding and predicting complex dynamical systems(CDSs).Detection approaches,which have been fruitfully developed from several perspectives(e.g.,statistics,dynamics,and machine learning),have their own advantages but still encounter difficulties in the face of high-dimensional,fluctuating ***,using the reservoir computing(RC),a recently notable,resource-conserving machine learning method for reconstructing and predicting CDSs,we articulate a model-free framework to accomplish the detection only using the time series observationally recorded from the underlying unknown CDSs.

In combination with theoretical calculations,experiments were conducted to investigate the evolution behavior of nonmetallic inclusions(NMIs)during the manufacture of large-scale heat-resistant steel ingots using 9CrMoCoB heat-resistant steel and CaF_(2)–CaO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)–B_(2)O_(3)electroslag remelting(ESR)-type slag in an 80-t industrial ESR *** main types of NMI in the consumable electrode comprised pure alumina,a multiphase oxide consisting of an Al_(2)O_(3)core and liquid CaO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)–MnO shell,and M_(23)C_(6)carbides with an MnS *** Al_(2)O_(3)and MnS inclusions had higher precipitation temperatures than the M_(23)C_(6)-type carbide under equilibrium and nonequilibrium solidification ***,inclusions can act as nucleation sites for carbide layer *** ESR process completely removed the liquid CaO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)–MnO oxide and MnS inclusion with a carbide shell,and only the Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions and Al_(2)O_(3)core with a carbide shell occupied the remelted *** M_(23)C_(6)-type carbides in steel were determined as Cr_(23)C_(6)based on the analysis of transmission electron microscopy *** substitution of Cr with w,Fe,or/and Mo in the Cr_(23)C_(6)lattice caused slight changes in the lattice parameter of the Cr_(23)C_(6)***,Cr_(21.34)Fe_(1.66)C_(6),(Cr_(19)w_(4)C_(6),Cr_(18.4)Mo_(4.6)C_(6),and Cr_(16)Fe_(5)Mo_(2)C_(6)can match the fraction pattern of Cr_(23)C_(6)*** Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions in the remelted ingot formed due to the reduction of CaO,SiO_(2),and MnO components in the liquid *** increased Al content in liquid steel or the higher supersaturation degree of Al_(2)O_(3)precipitation in the remelted ingot than that in the electrode can be attributed to the evaporation of CaF_(2)and the increase in CaO content in the ESR-type slag.

Evaluation of the Relative Tectonic Activity from the Faults in the Gengma-Lancang-Menghai Seismic Belt(Southwestern China)

The Gengma-Lancang-Menghai seismic belt,the southernmost part of the North-South seismic belt,is controlled by four active faults:the Nantinghe fault(NTHF),the Sanjianshan fault(SJSF),the Hanmuba-Lancang fault(HMB-LCF),and the Heihe fault(HHF),from northwest to ***,the tectonic activity of the faults in the Gengma-Lancang-Menghai seismic belt has not been fully studied *** the present work,we conducted tectonic geomorphic indices to analyze the relative tectonic activity along the faults in the seismic belt based on the digital elevation *** interpreted asymmetric factor,index of drainage basin shape,hypsometric integral,normalized streamlength gradient,valley floor-to-width to height ratio,and longitudinal profiles to show that the relative tectonic activity is higher in the north and lower in the south,and is strong in the region from Shanjia to Huimin in the center of the seismic belt.

Robust tantalum tuned perovskite oxygen electrode for reversible protonic ceramic electrochemical cells

Perovskite oxides with diverse composition and structure have exhibited grand advances in boosting the oxygen reduction and evolution reaction(ORR/OER),which are essential for the reversible protonic ceramic electrochemical cell(R-PCEC)toward the sustainable hydrogen production and ***,enhancement of their activity and stability remains ***,we develop the Ta-regulated BaCo_(0.7)Fe_(0.3)O_(3-δ)perovskite oxygen electrode(Ba(Co_(0.7)Fe_(0.3))_(1-x)Ta_xO_(3-δ))with abundant oxygen defects and achieve the simultaneous enhancement in the electrocatalytic activity and stability toward ORR and ***-fabricated R-PCEC with(Ba(Co_(0.7)Fe_(0.3))_(0.9)Ta_(0.1)O_(3-δ))(BCFT10)oxygen electrode performs high power density of 1.47 w·cm^(-2)at 650℃in fuel cell mode,and the current density is up to-2.11 A·cm^(-2)at 1.4 V at 650℃in electrolysis mode,as well as the good stability in both the fuel cell and electrolysis ***,the cell also demonstrates a stable cycling operation between fuel cell and electrolysis mode,suggesting a great potential of BCFT10 as oxygen electrode material for R-PCECs.

In this study,the structural characters,antioxidant activities and bile acid-binding ability of sea buckthorn polysaccharides(HRPs)obtained by the commonly used hot water(HRP-w),pressurized hot water(HRP-H),ultrasonic(HRP-U),acid(HRP-C)and alkali(HRP-A)assisted extraction methods were *** results demonstrated that extraction methods had significant effects on extraction yield,monosaccharide composition,molecular weight,particle size,triple-helical structure,and surface morphology of HRPs except for the major linkage *** analysis showed that HRP-U with filamentous reticular microstructure exhibited better thermal *** HRP-A with the lowest molecular weight and highest arabinose content possessed the best antioxidant ***,the rheological analysis indicated that HRPs with higher galacturonic acid content and molecular weight showed higher viscosity and stronger crosslinking network(HRP-C,HRP-w and HRP-U),which exhibited stronger bile acid binding *** present findings provide scientific evidence in the preparation technology of sea buckthorn polysaccharides with good antioxidant and bile acid binding capacity which are related to the structure affected by the extraction methods.

Multi-omics analysis reveals the molecular regulatory network underlying the prevention of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum against LPS-induced salpingitis in laying hens

Background Salpingitis is one of the common diseases in laying hen production, which greatly decreases the economic outcome of laying hen farming. Lactiplantibacillus plantarum was effective in preventing local or systemic inflammation, however rare studies were reported on its prevention against salpingitis. This study aimed to investigate the preventive molecular regulatory network of microencapsulated Lactiplantibacillus plantarum(MLP) against salpingitis through multi-omics analysis, including microbiome, transcriptome and metabolome *** The results revealed that supplementation of MLP in diet significantly alleviated the inflammation and atrophy of uterus caused by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in hens(P were higher than those in hens of LPS-stimulation group(CN-LPS group)(P were significantly decreased in the hens fed diet supplemented with MLP and suffered with LPS stimulation(MLP-LPS group) compared with those in the hens of CN-LPS group(P were involved in inflammation, reproduction, and calcium ion transport. At the genus level, the MLP supplementation significantly increased the abundance of Phascolarctobacterium, whereas decreased the abundance of Candidatus_Saccharimonas in LPS challenged hens(P with MLP were mainly involved in galactose, uronic acid, histidine, pyruvate and primary bile acid metabolism. Dietary supplementation with MLP inversely regulates LPSinduced differential metabolites such as Lyso PA(24:0/0:0)(P with microencapsulated Lactiplantibacillus plantarum prevented salpingitis by modulating the abundances of Candidatus_Saccharimonas, Phascolarctobacterium, Ruminococcus_torques_group and Eubacterium_hallii_group w

Spray pyrolysis feasibility of tungsten substitution for cobalt in nickel-rich cathode materials

Cobalt(Co)serves as a stabilizer in the lattice structure of high-capacity nickel(Ni)-rich cathode ***,its high cost and toxicity still limit its *** general,it is possible to perform transition metal substitution to reduce the Co ***,the traditional coprecipitation method cannot satisfy the requirements of multielement coprecipitation and uniform distribution of elements due to the differences between element concentration and deposition *** this work,spray pyrolysis was used to prepare LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.1-x)w_(x)O_(2)(LNCw).In this regard,the pyrolysis behavior of ammonium metatungstate was analyzed,together with the substitu-tion of w for *** the possibility of spray pyrolysis,the Ni-Co-w-containing oxide precursor presents a homogeneous distribution of metal elements,which is beneficial for the uniform substitution of w in the final *** was observed that with w substitution,the size of primary particles decreased from 338.06 to 71.76 nm,and cation disordering was as low as 3.34%.As a consequence,the pre-pared LNCw exhibited significantly improved electrochemical *** optimal conditions,the lithium-ion battery assembled with LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.0925)w_(0.0075)O_(2)(LNCw-0.75mol%)had an improved capacity retention of 82.7%after 200 cycles,which provides insight in-to the development of Ni-rich low-Co *** work presents that w can compensate for the loss caused by Co deficiency to a cer-tain extent.
