Effect of Bi/Si Ratio of BiBSi Glass on Its Structure, Properties and Laser Sealing Shear Strength for Vacuum Glazing

The low-melting glass of Bi2O_(3)-B2O_(3)-SiO_(2)(BiBSi)system was used for the first time for laser sealing of vacuum *** the condition of constant boron content,how the structure and properties vary with Bi/Si ratio in low-melting glass was *** addition,the relationships between laser power,low-melting glass solder with different Bi/Si ratios and laser sealing shear strength were *** results show that a decrease in the Bi/Si ratio can cause a contraction of the glass network of the low-melting glass,leading to an increase of its characteristic temperature and a decrease of its coefficient of thermal *** laser sealing,the copper ions in the low-melting glass play an endothermic role.A change in the Bi/Si ratio will affect the valence state transition of the copper ions in the low-melting *** absorbance of the low-melting glass does not follow the expected correlation with the Bi/Si ratio,but shows a linear correlation with the content of divalent copper *** greater the concentration of divalent copper ions,the greater the absorbance of the low-melting glass,and the lower the laser power required for laser *** shear strength of the low melting glass solder after laser sealing was tested,and it was found that the maximum shear strength of Z1 glass sample was the highest up to 2.67 MPa.

Q-Learning-Based Target Selection for Bearings-Only Autonomous Navigation

This paper presents a Q-learning-based target selection algorithm for spacecraft autonomous navigation using bearing observations of known visible *** the considered navigation system,the position and velocity of the spacecraft are estimated using an extended Kalman filter(EKF)with the measurements of inter-satellite line-of-sight(LOS)vectors obtained via an onboard star *** paper focuses on the selection of the appropriate target at each observation period for the star camera adaptively,such that the performance of the EKF is *** derive an effective algorithm,a Q-function is designed to select a proper observation region,while a U-function is introduced to rank the targets in the selected *** the Q-function and the U-function are constructed based on the sequence of innovations obtained from the *** efficiency of the Q-learning-based target selection algorithm is illustrated via numerical simulations,which show that the presented algorithm outperforms the traditional target selection strategy based on a Cramer-Rao bound(CRB)in the case that the prior knowledge about the target location is inaccurate.

Three-dimensional thermo-rheological structure of the lithosphere in the North China Craton determined by integrating multiple observations: Implications for the formation of rifts

The lithosphere of the North China Craton(NCC)has experienced significant destruction and deformation since the Mesozoic,a notable feature of which is the widespread extensional structure and lithospheric thinning in the eastern *** the thermo-rheological structure of the lithosphere is one of the main factors controlling these dynamic processes,a threedimensional thermo-rheological model of the present lithosphere in the NCC was developed based on a geophysical-petrological method using a variety of data,and its relationship with the extensional structures and the formation of rifts was further *** results show that the western NCC is characterized by thick lithosphere,low Moho temperature(TMohowell as high lithospheric strength and mantle-crust strength ratio(Sm/Sc>1).The deformation of the western narrow rift is consistent with the localized deformation dominated by the strength of lithospheric *** the other hand,the lithosphere in the eastern NCC is characterized by extensive thinning(with lithospheric thickness of about 80–110 km).However,the decrease of lithospheric strength is not uniform,with high strength(10×1012 Pa m)observed in some areas(such as the Bohai Bay Basin and Hehuai Basin).Most of the eastern lithosphere is characterized by high TMoho(600–750°C)and low Sm/Sc(which is inconsistent with the widespread extensional structure in the eastern *** results from palaeo-geothermal and petrological studies,we developed a thermo-rheological structure model of the lithosphere at different evolutionary stages of the NCC,and suggested that the eastern NCC had a significantly thinned and weakened lithosphere in the early stages of the formation of the rift,leading to a regional distributed extension deformation dominated by crustal strength,which eventually evolved into a series of wide ***,the cooling and accretion of the lithosphere in the subsequent stages significantly increased the strength of the

Solar flare forecasting based on a Fusion Model

Solar flare prediction is an important subject in the field of space *** learning technology has greatly promoted the development of this *** this study,we propose a novel solar flare forecasting model integrating Deep Residual Network(ResNet)and Support Vector Machine(SVM)for both≥C-class(C,M,and X classes)and≥M-class(M and X classes)*** collected samples of magnetograms from May 1,2010 to September 13,2018 from Space-weather Helioseismic and Magnetic Imager(HMI)Active Region Patches and then used a cross-validation method to obtain seven independent data *** then utilized five metrics to evaluate our fusion model,based on intermediate-output extracted by ResNet and SVM using the Gaussian kernel *** results show that the primary metric true skill statistics(TSS)achieves a value of 0.708±0.027 for≥C-class prediction,and of 0.758±0.042 for≥M-class prediction;these values indicate that our approach performs significantly better than those of previous *** metrics of our fusion model’s performance on the seven datasets indicate that the model is quite stable and robust,suggesting that fusion models that integrate an excellent baseline network with SVM can achieve improved performance in solar flare ***,we also discuss the performance impact of architectural innovation in our fusion model.

Accurate manipulation of anthropomorphic robotic arm based on 3D human eye gazing with posture error compensation

As humans and robots work closer together than ever, anthropomorphic robotic arms with intuitive human-robot interaction interfaces have drawn massive attention to improving the quality of robot-assisted manipulation. In pursuit of this,we designed a dedicated 7-degrees-of-freedom (DoF) anthropomorphic robotic arm having three compact differential joints and a head-mounted gaze tracker enabling head-pose-tracked 3D gaze estimation. Moreover, two key challenges were addressed to achieve accurate robot-assisted manipulation of the object indicated by the direction of human gaze. First, a novel predictive pupil feature was proposed for 3D gaze estimation. Differing from most existing features subjected to the common paraxial approximation assumption, the proposed novel predictive pupil feature considered the light refraction at two corneal surfaces with a more realistic eye model, significantly improving the 3D gaze estimation accuracy when the eyeball rotates at large angles. Second, a novel optimization-based approach was developed to efficiently compensate for the posture errors of the designed 7-DoF anthropomorphic robotic arm for accurate manipulation. Compared with the existing Jacobian-based or optimization-based approaches with nominal joint values as iteration initial, the proposed approach computed the optimal iteration initial and realized faster convergence for real-time posture error compensation. with the posture error compensation in real time and 3D gaze estimated accurately, the human can command accurate robot-assisted manipulation using his eyes intuitively. The proposed system was successfully tested on five healthy subjects.

Formation and evolution of supercritical geofluid

In this work, we provide a comprehensive review on the formation, evolution, properties, and effects of supercritical geofluid. In Earth's interior, enhanced miscibility between H2O and silicate by the addition of special components or by the increase of pressure and temperature gives rise to supercritical geofluid with a significant amount of both H2O and silicate *** formation of supercritical geofluid in magmatic-hydrothermal systems, typified by pegmatite system, is governed by meltfluid critical curve. The formation of supercritical geofluid in metamorphic systems, typified by subducted slab, is governed by the second critical end point. Experimental results suggest that the presence of boron and fluorine in pegmatite system makes it possible to form supercritical geofluid at crustal depths, but the release of supercritical geofluid from subducted slab is withheld until almost 100 km depth. A major presence of both H2O and depolymerized structural units（monomers, dimers, etc.） endows supercritical geofluid with unique physical properties including low density, low elastic moduli, low viscosity, high diffusivity,and high electrical conductivity. Supercritical geofluid can effectively mobilize a variety of elements even including high field strength elements and heavy rare earth elements. The chemical signatures of supercritical geofluid can be inherited by metasomatized mantle and mantle-derived melts, and this could give an explanation of the oxidation of arc magmas. Phase separation of supercritical geofluid through the mechanism of spinodal decomposition leads to formation of a melt network. Multiphase fluid inclusions recovered from subduction zone rocks and pegmatites are possible relics of supercritical geofluid. Supercritical geofluid can cause electrical anomaly and low seismic velocity near the top of subducted slab, and can be linked with intermediate-focus earthquakes. Autonomous navigation method of satellite constellation based on adaptive forgetting factors

To address the problem that model uncertainty and unknown time-varying system noise hinder the filtering accuracy of the autonomous navigation system of satellite constellation,an autonomous navigation method of satellite constellation based on the Unscented Kalman Filter with Adaptive Forgetting Factors(UKF-AFF)is *** process noise covariance matrix is estimated online with the strategy that combines covariance matching and adaptive adjustment of forgetting *** adaptive adjustment coefficient based on squared Mahalanobis distance of state residual is employed to achieve online regulation of forgetting factors,equipping this method with more *** intersatellite direction vector obtained from photographic observations is introduced to determine the constellation satellite orbit together with the distance measurement to avoid rank deficiency *** that the number of available measurements varies online with intersatellite visibility in practical applications such as time-varying constellation configurations,the smooth covariance matrix of state correction determined by innovation and gain is adopted and constructed *** analysis of the proposed method is also *** effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the Monte Carlo simulation and comparison *** estimation accuracy of constellation position and velocity of UKF-AFF is improved by 30%and 44%respectively compared to those of the extended Kalman filter,and the method proposed is also better than other several adaptive filtering methods in the presence of significant model uncertainty.

All-perovskite tandem solar cells have the potential to surpass the theoretical efficiency limit of single junction solar cells by reducing thermalization ***,the challenges encompass the oxidation of Sn2+to Sn4+and uncontrolled crystallization kinetics in Sn-Pb perovskites,leading to nonradiative recombination and compositional heterogeneity to decrease photovoltaic efficiency and operational ***,we introduced an ionic liquid additive,1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium iodide （EMIMI） into Sn-Pb perovskite precursor to form low-dimensional Sn-rich/pure-Sn perovskites at grain boundaries,which mitigates oxidation of Sn2+to Sn4+and regulates the film-forming dynamics of Sn/Pb-based perovskite *** optimized single-junction Sn-Pb perovskite devices incorporating EMIMI achieved a high efficiency of 22.87%.Furthermore,combined with wide-bandgap perovskite sub-cells in tandem device,we demonstrate 2-terminal all-perovskite tandem solar cells with a power conversion efficiency of 28.34%,achieving improved operational stability.

The low-frequency periodic error of star tracker is one of the most critical problems for high-accuracy satellite attitude *** this paper an approach is proposed to identify and compensate the low-frequency periodic error for star tracker in attitude *** analytical expression between the estimated gyro drift and the low-frequency periodic error of star tracker is derived *** then the low-frequency periodic error,which can be expressed by Fourier series,is identified by the frequency spectrum of the estimated gyro drift according to the solution of the first ***,the compensated model of the low-frequency periodic error is established based on the identified parameters to improve the attitude determination ***,promising simulated experimental results demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed *** periodic error for attitude determination is eliminated basically and the estimation precision is improved greatly.
