In this study,a two-step method was used to synthesize highly luminescent AgGaS/ZnS/ZnS quantum dots(QDs).In the first step,an inner ZnS shell was formed via a one-pot method,which resulted in a smaller lattice mismatch between the AgGaS core and the outer ZnS shell,thereby facilitating the formation of a thick outer *** the two-step shelling process,the synthesized AgGaS/ZnS/ZnS QDs showed an excellent photoluminescence quantum yield(PlQY)of 96.4%with a peak wavelength of 508 nm,repre-senting the highest PlQY reported thus far for AgGaS ***,the effect of halogen ions in Zn precursors on the shelling process was *** was proposed that the capacity of halogen ions to coordinate with the QDs influenced the balance between Zn cation diffusion and ZnS shelling ***,the ZnS shelling reaction was dominant when ZnCl_(2)was employed,while Zn cation diffusion was the dominant process under the I^(−)-rich *** work provides insights into the interfacial restructuring during the ZnS shelling and offers a clear map for the tailored synthesis of core/shell QDs.

The influences of plating bath solution PH and current density on coercivity of electroplating CoNdNiMnP permanent magnetic film arrays were studied. The experiment results show that both for solution PH and current density there were the best depositing parameters. Too high and too low plating bath solution PH or current density both result in decreasing of the film array coercivity. when solution PH is 3.5 and current density is 5mA/cm2, the prepared film array coercivity can reach the maximum.

In order to improve the performances of electroplating permanent magnetic films, neodymium is introduced into the electroplating CoNiMnP permanent magnetic films. The influences of the neodymium content are also investigated by varying NdCl3 plating bath concentration. The neodymium-doped films are analyzed by energy dispersive spectrum (EDS), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and magnetic force microscope (MFM). The experimental results show that high magnetic performances of CoNdNiMnP permanent magnetic films with vertical anisotropy could be fabricated with current density 5mA/cm2 at room temperature. with the increasing of neodymium contents, the magnetic properties of films were improved. However when neodymium contents exceeded 3.5wt%, the magnetic properties of films are not improved any more. The increase of film magnetic properties results from the ferromagnetic-coupling between light rare earth element-neodymium and transition metal element-cobalt.

The hot corrosion behavior of the NiAl coating and the 5Hf-NiAl coating induced by mixed salt at 900℃was *** with the NiAl coating,the 5Hf-NiAl coating exhibited superior hot corrosion resistance because the addition of Hf promoted the formation of protective oxide scale and reduced the growth rate of oxide ***,internal sulfides were not present in the 5Hf-NiAl coating after hot corrosion for 140 *** exhibited different distribution in the two coatings since the addition of Hf changed the hot corrosion process of the *** and Ti in the 5Hf-NiAl coating trapped and captured sulfur,preventing the penetration of sulfur into the *** hot corrosion mechanism of the two coating and the effects of Hf on this process were discussed in this work.

An AlSiY coating and two MCrAlY+AlSiY composite coatings with different thickness of MCrAlY interlayer were prepared by arc ion plating(AIP)and vacuum *** isothermal oxidation behavior of coatings at 1100℃ for 300 h was also investigated to characterize the microstructure evolution of coatings during *** composite coatings exhibited a better high-temperature oxidation resistance at 1100℃ .The reason is that the addition of MCrAlY layer can greatly contribute to prevent the diffusion of refractory elements to the outer *** inhibition of Al inward diffusion can be much stronger,as the Si content increases in the outer layer during annealing.

In this paper, we proposed a way to realize an Er-doped random fiber laser(RFl) with a disordered fiber Bragg grating(FBG) array, as well as to control the lasing mode of the RFl by heating specific locations of the disordered FBG array. The disordered FBG array performs as both the gain medium and random distributed reflectors, which together with a tunable point reflector form the RFl. Coherent multi-mode random lasing is obtained with a threshold of between 7.5 and 10 mw and a power efficiency between 23% and 27% when the reflectivity of the point reflector changes from 4% to 50%. To control the lasing mode of random emission, a specific point of the disordered FBG array is heated so as to shift the wavelength of the FBG(s) at this point away from the other ***, different resonance cavities are formed, and the lasing mode can be controlled by changing the location of the heating point.

板块构造研究中,如何理解在一个构造带中断续出露的古老岩石或古老年龄信息,是确定一个地区的构造属性是“年轻的造山带”,还是“古老陆块”的关键.本文以敦煌造山带为例,针对该地区的中高级变质岩系“敦煌杂岩”,开展了锆石U-Pb定年工作.研究发现,“敦煌杂岩”可分为两类岩石单元:(1)最大沉积年龄为新元古代-古生代(ca.739/565~442 Ma)的变沉积岩单元;(2)原岩年龄为太古宙-古元古代的片麻岩单元.二者都记录了相似的古生代俯冲相关的变质年龄.“敦煌杂岩”是由不同规模的古老大陆碎片与年轻变沉积岩岩片堆叠/混杂而成,形成于古生代俯冲-折返过程.由此认为古老岩石或古老锆石年龄信息的出现不一定指示一个古老大陆地块的存在,它们可以作为古老大陆碎片或陆源碎屑物质被卷入年轻的俯冲造山过程中.

Air-side economizers are increasingly used to take advantage of“free-cooling”in data centers with the intent of reducing the carbon footprint of ***,they can introduce outdoor pollutants to indoor environment of data centers and cause corrosion damage to the information technology *** evaluate the reliability of information technology equipment under various thermal and air-pollution conditions,a mechanistic model based on multi-ion transport and chemical reactions was *** model was used to predict Cu corrosion caused by Cl_(2)-containing pollutant *** also accounted for the effects of temperature(25℃and 28℃),relative humidity(50%,75%,and 95%),and *** also identified higher air temperature as a corrosion barrier and higher relative humidity as a corrosion accelerator,which agreed well with the experimental *** average root mean square error of the prediction was 13.7Å.The model can be used to evaluate the thermal guideline for data centers design and operation when Cl_(2)is present based on pre-established acceptable risk of corrosion in data centers’environment.

Precipitation of multi-type nano-quasicrystals in a Mg-Zn-Y alloy

Mg-6Zn-1Y(at.%)ribbons with strengthening precipitates of multi-type nanoquasicrystals were prepared by melt-spinning followed by aging *** evolution of the rapidly solidified ribbons during isothermal aging was comprehensively studied using various electron microscopy *** new kinds of decagonal quasicrystals were formed in aged ribbons,in addition to precipitation of nanometer icosahedral ***-resolution observations reveal that both decagonal quasicrystals can be modeled by quasiperiodic tiling with decagonal clusters of 2.5 nm in diameter,but overlap of neighboring clusters in both decagonal quasicrystals is different from the Gummelt model observed in other quasicrystals.A shell composed of complex laves Mg-Zn domains was formed surrounding each decagonal quasicrystal precipitate upon prolonged *** addition,all kinds of nanoprecipitates exhibit excellent structure and size stability at 573 *** findings may have implications for not only fundamental studies about quasicrystals,but also microstructural manipulation of high-performance Mg alloys.

Cyanea nozakii,a common jellyfish distributed in offshore China,has a complex trophic relationship with other zooplankton ***,few studies have reported the predation rates and prey selection patterns of *** medusae on different prey *** is also lacking on the intraguild predation of Aurelia coerulea(another common bloom jellyfish in offshore China)by *** address the knowledge gaps,the clearance rates of *** for different prey items,including copepods(smalllarge>1000μm),fish larvae,and gelatinous prey(hydromedusae,*** ephyrae,and chaetognaths),were *** influence of predator size on the clearance rate was also ***,we examined the intraguild predation of *** on *** *** clearance rates of *** varied widely with prey organisms,being independent of prey *** organisms,except for chaetognaths,were captured with considerably high efficiency,followed by fish larvae and copepods,indicating the preferential prey selection of gelatinous organisms by *** clearance rate increased linearly with the cross-sectional area of *** size in medusae may,to some extents,underpin their capacity to capture more prey by increasing the encounter rate and capture success through *** preyed voraciously on *** in high feeding efficiency,but the clearance rate decreased with increasing ***(as prey)*** phenomenon of intraguild predation suggests a speculative hypothesis of potential population regulation of *** by *** information regarding the feeding ecology of *** reported in this study is important for understanding plankton dynamics in marine ecosystems with extensive occurrences of this jellyfish.
