This paper studies the privacy-preserving distributed economic dispatch(DED)problem of smart *** autonomous consensus-based algorithm is developed via local data exchange with neighboring nodes,w.ich covers both the islanded mode and the grid-connected mode of smart *** prevent power-sensitive information from being disclosed,a privacy-preserving mechanism is integrated into the proposed DED algorithm by randomly decomposing the state into two parts,where only partial data is *** objective is to develop a privacy-preserving DED algorithm to achieve optimal power dispatch with the lowest generation cost under physical constraints w.ile preventing sensitive information from being *** this end,a comprehensive analysis framework is established to ensure that the proposed algorithm can converge to the optimal solution of the concerned optimization problem by means of the consensus theory and the eigenvalue perturbation *** particular,the proposed autonomous algorithm can achieve a smooth transition between the islanded mode and the grid-connected ***,rigorous analysis is given to show privacy-preserving performance against internal and external ***,case studies illustrate the feasibility and validity of the developed algorithm.

Class imbalance is a common characteristic of industrial data that adversely affects industrial data mining because it leads to the biased training of machine learning *** address this issue,the augmentation of samples in minority classes based on generative adversarial networks(GANs)has been demonstrated as an effective *** study proposes a novel GAN-based minority class augmentation approach named classifier-aided minority augmentation generative adversarial network(CMAGAN).in the CMAGAN framework,an outlier elimination strategy is first applied to each class to minimize the negative impacts of ***,a newly designed boundary-strengthening learning GAN(BSLGAN)is employed to generate additional samples for minority *** incorporating a supplementary classifier and innovative training mechanisms,the BSLGAN focuses on learning the distribution of samples near classification ***,it can fully capture the characteristics of the target class and generate highly realistic samples with clear ***,the new samples are filtered based on the Mahalanobis distance to ensure that they are within the desired *** evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approach,CMAGAN was used to solve the class imbalance problem in eight real-world fault-prediction *** performance of CMAGAN was compared with that of seven other algorithms,including state-of-the-art GAN-based methods,and the results indicated that CMAGAN could provide higher-quality augmented results.

Al-Si alloys manufactured via high-pressure die casting(HPDC)are suitable for a wide range of ***,the heterogeneous microstructure and unpredictable pore distribution of Al-Si high-pressure die castings result in significant variations in the mechanical properties,thus leading to a complicated microstructure-property relationship that is difficult to ***,a computational framework incorporating machine learning and crystal plasticity method is *** framework aims to provide a systematic and comprehensive understanding of this relationship and enable the rapid prediction of macroscopic mechanical properties based on the ***,we select eight variables that can effectively characterize the microstructural features and then obtain their statistical ***,based on 160 samples obtained via the Latin hypercube sampling method,representative volume elements are constructed,and the crystal plasticity fast Fourier transformation method is executed to obtain the macroscopic mechanical ***,the yield strength,elastic modulus,strength coefficient,and strain-hardening exponent are used to characterize the stress-strain curve,and Gaussian process regression models and microstructural variables are ***,sensitivity and univariate analyses based on these machine-learning models are performed to obtain insights into the microstructure-property relationships of the HPDC Al-Si *** results show that the Gaussian process regression models exhibit high accuracy(R2 greater than 0.84),thus confirming the viability of the proposed *** results of sensitivity analysis indicate that the pore size exerts the most significant effect on the mechanical ***,the proposed framework can not only be transferred to other alloys but also be employed for material design.

in this work,a Cu-10Ta alloy with a copper to tantalum mass ratio of 9:1 is prepared using powder metallurgy *** properties of the alloy,including density,microstructure,melting point,and constant-volume specific heat,are *** the split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)and flyerplate impact experiments,the relationship between equivalent stress and equivalent plastic strain of the material is studied at temperatures of 298-823 K and under strain rates of 1×10^(-3)-5.2×10^(3)s^(-1),and the Hugoniot relationship at impact pressures of 1.46-17.25 GPa and impact velocities of 108-942 m/s is *** of the Cu-10Ta microstructure that occurs during high-strain-rate impact is *** indicate that the Cu-10Ta alloy possesses good thermal stability,and at ambient temperatures of up to 50%its melting point,stress softening of less than 15%of the initial strength is observed.A modified J-C constitutive model is employed to accurately predict the variation of yield strength with strain *** strong impact,the copper phase is identified as the primary source of plastic deformation in the Cu-10Ta alloy,w.ile significant deformation of the high-strength tantalum particles is less ***,the longitudinal wave speed D is found to correlate linearly with the particle velocity u upon strong *** reveals that the sound speed and spallation strength of the alloy increase with increasing impact pressure.

Using first-principles calculations,we predict a new type of two-dimensional(2D)beryllium(Be)-decorated T-graphene named BeC_(2),where Be atoms are inserted into C–C bonds linking the carbon tetrarings of *** band structure shows that BeC_(2)is metallic,thus,the possible phonon-mediated superconductivity is explored based on the Eliashberg *** calculated electron-phonon coupling(EPC)constantλis up to 4.07,and the corresponding superconducting critical temperature(Tc)is 72.1 K,approaching the liquid nitrogen *** reason for the high Tc is the strong *** it is proved to be an anisotropic single-gap superconductor by analyzing the superconducting gap?kof BeC_(2).The electronic susceptibility calculation shows strong nesting effect in BeC_(2).Since rare 2D superconductors show such a strong EPC constantλw.ich originates from the coupling between electrons in C-pzorbital and in-plane vibrations of Be and C atoms,the predicted BeC_(2)provides a new platform for investigating strong EPC 2D superconductor.

Accurate modeling for highly non-linear coupling of a damaged ship with liquid sloshing in waves is still of considerable interest within the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and Ai *** paper describes a data-driven Stacking algorithm for fast prediction of roll motion response amplitudes in beam waves by constructing a hydrodynamics model of a damaged ship based on the dynamic overlapping grid CFD *** general idea is to optimize various parameters varying with four types of classical base models like multi-layer perception,support vector regression,random forest,and hist gradient boosting *** offers several attractive properties in terms of accuracy and efficiency by choosing the standard DTMB 5415 model with double damaged compartments for *** is clearly demonstrated that the predicted response amplitude operator(RAO)in the regular beam waves agrees well with the experimental data available,w.ich verifies the accuracy of the established damaged ship hydrodynamics *** high-quality CFD samples,therefore,implementation of the designed Stacking algorithm with its optimal combination can predict the damaged ship roll motion amplitudes effectively and accurately(e.g.,the coefficient of determination 0.9926,the average absolute error 0.0955 and CPU 3s),by comparison of four types of typical base models and their various ***,the established Stacking algorithm provides one potential that can break through problems involving the time-consuming and low efficiency for large-scale lengthy CFD simulations.

Optimal Cooperative Secondary Control for islanded DC Microgrids via a Fully Actuated Approach

DC-DC converter-based multi-bus DC microgrids(MGs) in series have received much attention, where the conflict between voltage recovery and current balancing has been a hot topic. The lack of models that accurately portray the electrical characteristics of actual MGs w.ile is controller design-friendly has kept the issue active. To this end, this paper establishes a large-signal model containing the comprehensive dynamical behavior of the DC MGs based on the theory of high-order fully actuated systems, and proposes distributed optimal control based on this. The proposed secondary control method can achieve the two goals of voltage recovery and current sharing for multi-bus DC MGs. Additionally, the simple structure of the proposed approach is similar to one based on droop control, w.ich allows this control technique to be easily implemented in a variety of modern microgrids with different configurations. in contrast to existing studies, the process of controller design in this paper is closely tied to the actual dynamics of the MGs. it is a prominent feature that enables engineers to customize the performance metrics of the system. in addition, the analysis of the stability of the closed-loop DC microgrid system, as well as the optimality and consensus of current sharing are given. Finally, a scaled-down solar and battery-based microgrid prototype with maximum power point tracking controller is developed in the laboratory to experimentally test the efficacy of the proposed control method.
