Multifunctional drug delivery systems(DDSs)have show. great prospects in overcoming the heterogeneous barrier of delivery drugs to the complex tumor microenvironment(TME).In this study,multifunctional AS/Ge-pNAB microgels w.th dual-active targeting,triple environment responsiveness,and fluorescence imaging capability w.re prepared through a straightforw.rd *** w.s aimed to improve the antitumor therapeutic application of gambogic acid(GA)based on the biological characteristics of *** microgels have a uniform double-layer structure w.th aptamer in the outer layer w.ich helps in recognizing receptors on the tumor *** GA loaded nano-herb exhibited environment-responsive drug release profiles under acidic pH,reductant and high *** nano-herb significantly improved the accumulation of GA in tumor sites through the synergistic combination of the enhanced permeability and retention effect and dual-ligand mediated ***,it accelerated intracellular drug release and killed tumor ***,the nano-herb had specific therapeutic effects on the tumor in vitro and in vivo as they remarkably inhibited tumor grow.h w.ile depicting optimal biosafety and low.r levels of off-target ***,these findings demonstrate the great potential of the multifunctional AS/Ge-pNAB microgels for precisely targeted GA delivery and open a new.avenue for the facile preparation of multifunctional DDSs.

Background:Minimally invasive surgery is the optimal treatment for *** present study aimed to compare short-and long-term outcomes of laparoscopic and robotic surgery for sporadic benign ***:A retrospective analysis of patients w.o underw.nt laparoscopic or robotic surgery for insulinoma at our center betw.en September 2007 and December 2019 w.s *** demographic,perioperative and postoperative follow.up results w.re compared betw.en the laparoscopic and robotic ***:A total of 85 patients w.re enrolled,including 36 w.th laparoscopic approach and 49 w.th robotic *** w.s the preferred surgical ***-nine patients(69.4%)underw.nt enucleation;among them,26 and 33 patients underw.nt laparoscopic and robotic surgery,*** enucleation had a low.r conversion rate to laparotomy(0 vs.19.2%,P=0.013),shorter operative time(102.0 vs.145.5 min,P=0.008)and shorter postoperative hospital stay(6.0 vs.8.5 d,P=0.002)than laparoscopic *** w.re no differences betw.en the groups in terms of intraoperative blood loss,the rates of postoperative pancreatic fistula and *** a median follow.up of 65 months,tw. patients in the laparoscopic group developed a functional recurrence and none of the patients in the robotic group had a ***:Robotic enucleation can reduce the conversion rate to laparotomy and shorten operative time,w.ich might lead to a reduction in postoperative hospital stay.

Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)is an electron-w.thdraw.ng material that is w.dely used in triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs).How.ver,PDMS has poor mechanical properties after curing and is easily damaged w.en subjected to long-term ***,the long-term stable operation of TENGs under mechanical deformation cannot be *** this w.rk,multiple hydrogen bonds and aromatic disulfide bonds w.re introduced into PDMS *** elastomers exhibited high toughness(a tensile strength of 1.91 MPa and an elongation at break of 340%),good recyclability,and room-temperature self-healing properties(healing efficiency of 96.4%in 24 h).Recyclable sandw.ch-like triboelectric nanogenerators w.th excellent electrical output performance(13.5 V)and room-temperature self-healing performance(24 h,98%recovery of self-generating performance)w.re prepared by utilizing the hydrogen bonding betw.en the PDMS elastomer and *** w.rk reported herein offers theoretical guidance and a compelling strategy for developing high-performance TENG negative friction layers.

Transition metal-catalyzed asymmetric transfer hydrogenation has been proven to be a pow.rful approach for the synthesis of chiral ***,a highly efficient and enantioselective transfer hydrogenation of dibenzoheptaheterocyclic ketones catalyzed by an arene-tethered TsDPEN-based Rh(ll)catalyst has been successfully developed,and a variety of dibenzoheptaheterocyclic ketones w.re reduced by a 1/1 mixture of formic acid and DBU(1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene)w.th high yields and *** this method,the asymmetric reduction of 7,8-difluorodibenzo[b,e]thiepin-11(6H)-one has been realized,providing the key intermediate of baloxavir marboxil w.th>99% yield and>99% ee at a substrate/catalyst molar ratio of 1000.

BACKGROUND Anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)-positive large B-cell lymphoma(LBCL)is an aggressive and rare variant of diffuse ***,w. report an uncommon case of stage IE extranodal ALK-positive LBCL initially originating in the bulbar *** SUMMARY A 63-year-old w.man presented w.th a mass in the left bulbar conjunctiva that had persisted for six months,accompanied by sw.lling and pain that had per-sisted for 3 *** examination revealed an 8 mm slightly elevated pink mass in the low.r conjunctival sac of the left ***,the tumor w.s com-posed of large immunoblastic and plasmablastic large lymphoid cells w.th scattered anaplastic or multinucleated large ***,the neoplastic cells w.re positive for ALK,CD10,CD138,Kappa,MUM1,BOB.1,OCT-2,CD4,CD45,EMA,CD79a,CD38,and AE1/AE3,and negative for CD20,PAX5,Lambda,BCL6,CD30 and all other T-cell *** results of gene rearrangement tests show.d monoclonal IGH/IGK/IGL and TCRD *** in situ hybridization studies did not reveal any BCL2,BCL6 or MYC ***,Epstein-Barr virus w.s not detected by in situ hybridization in the *** on the histopathological and imaging examinations,the neoplasm w.s classified as stage IE ALK-positive *** further treatments w.re *** the 6,15,and 21 mo postoperative follow.up visits,the patient w.s in good condition,w.thout obvious *** case represents the first example of primary extranodal ALK-positive LBCL presenting as a bulbar conjunctival mass,w.ich is extremely rare and shares morphological and immunohistochemical features w.th a variety of other neo-plasms that can result in *** Aw.reness of the condition presented in this case report is necessary for early and accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

The balancing of the electrochemical performance,mechanical stability,and processing technology for applying supercapacitors to flexible and w.arable electronics continues to encounter severe ***,w. prepare Ni-Co-Mn hydroxide electrodes w.th a threedimensional multichannel structure via a simple hydrothermal *** are constructed using vertically contiguous nano sheets w.th a uniform thickness and rough *** electrodes can provide numerous electroactive sites and accelerate the transmission of electrolyte *** relationship betw.en the structure and electrochemical performances is verified by experiments and theoretical ***-dimensional(2D)planar and one-dimensional(1D)fiber electrodes are prepared using a flexible carbon cloth(CC)and carbon fiber(CF),respectively,as *** assembled quasi-solid-state flexible asymmetric supercapacitor(FASC)w.th a tw.dimensional sandw.ch structure using NiCoMn-OH/CC as the electrode achieves a remarkable energy density of73.8 w.·kg^(-1)at a pow.r density of 1.03 kw.kg^(-1).The quasi-solid-state FASC w.th a 1D linear structure using NiCoMn-OH/CF as the electrode also attains a high energy density(12.9 w.·kg^(-1)at a pow.r density of0.75 w.kg^(-1)).Moreover,the electrochemical performances of the NiCoMn/CC//AC/CC and NiCoMn/CF//AC/CF FASCs are not disturbed at different bending angles(0°,45°,90°,135°and 180°),This indicates the superior flexibility of the *** also assemble a self-pow.red energy-harvesting storage system by integrating FASCs and commercial solar cells to verify its *** displays sustainable development potential for energy storage.

BACKGROUND w.en an anorectal foreign body is found,its composition and shape should be evaluated,and a timely and effective treatment plan should be developed based on the patient's symptoms to avoid serious complications such as intestinal perforation caused by displacement of the foreign *** SUMMARY A 54-year-old male w.s admitted to our outpatient clinic on June 3,2023,due to a rectal foreign body that had been embedded for more than 24 *** patient reported using a glass electrode tube to assist in the recovery of prolapsed hemorrhoids,how.ver,the electrode tube w.s inadvertently inserted into the anus and could not be removed by the *** hospitalization,the patient underw.nt surgery,and the foreign body w.s dragged into the rectum w.th the aid of *** anus w.s dilated w.th a comb-type pulling hook and an anal fistula pulling hook to w.den the anus and remove the foreign body,and the local anal symptoms w.re then relieved w.th topical *** patient w.s allow.d to eat and drink,and an entire abdominal Computed tomography(CT)and colonoscopy w.re review.d 3 d after *** revealed no foreign body residue and colonoscopy show.d no metal or other residues in the colon and rectum,and no apparent intestinal tract *** The timeliness and rationality of the surgical and therapeutic options for this patient w.re based on a literature review.of the clinical signs and conceivable conditions in such *** type,material and the potential risks of rectal foreign bodies should be considered.
