The fraudulent website image is a vital information carrier for telecom *** efficient and precise recognition of fraudulent website images is critical to combating and dealing with fraudulent *** research on image recognition of fraudulent websites is mainly carried out at the level of image feature extraction and similarity study,which have such disadvantages as difficulty in obtaining image data,insufficient image analysis,and single identification *** study develops a model based on the entropy method for image leader decision and Inception-v3 transfer learning to address these *** data processing part of the model uses a breadth search crawler to capture the image ***,the information in the images is evaluated with the entropy method,image weights are assigned,and the image leader is *** model training and prediction,the transfer learning of the Inception-v3 model is introduced into image recognition of fraudulent *** selected image leaders to train the model,multiple types of fraudulent websites are identified with high *** experiment proves that this model has a superior accuracy in recognizing images on fraudulent websites compared to other current models.

In this study,we revisit the previous mass relations of mirror nuclei by considering 1/N-and 1/Z-dependent terms and the shell effect across a *** root-mean-squared deviation is 66 keV for 116 nuclei with neutron number N≥10,as com-pared with experimental data compiled in the AME2020 *** predicted mass excesses of 173 proton-rich nuclei,including 98 unknown nuclei,are tabulated in the Supplemental Material herein with competitive accuracy.

Spinal cord injury(SCI)is one of the most devastating traumas,and the aberrant proliferation of astrocytes usually causes neurological ***,the mechanism underlying astrocyte over-proliferation after SCI is ***2c(glutamate ionotropic receptor type 2c)plays an essential role in cell *** bioinformatic analysis indicated that Grin2c and Ca^(2+)transport functions were inhibited in astrocytes after *** of Grin2c stimulated astrocyte proliferation by inhibiting the Ca^(2+)/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 2b(CaMK2b)pathway in *** screening different inflammatory factors,interleukin 1α(IL1α)was further found to inhibit Grin2c/Ca^(2+)/CaMK2b and enhance astrocyte proliferation in an oxidative damage *** of IL1αusing neutralizing antibody resulted in increased Grin2c expression and the inhibition of astrocyte proliferation ***,this study suggests that IL1αpromotes astrocyte proliferation by suppressing the Grin2c/Ca^(2+)/CaMK2b pathway after SCI,revealing a novel pathological mechanism of astrocyte proliferation,and may provide potential targets for SCI repair.

In a deregulated Var market, market power issue is more serious than in an energy market since reactive power cannot be transmitted over long distances. This letter designs a multi-timescale Var market framework, where market power that may arise in the hourly-ahead Var support service market due to system configuration deficiency and market structure flaws can be eliminated by day-ahead contract-based Var reserve service market. Settlement of day-ahead Var reserve contract is formulated as a two-stage robust optimization (TSRO) model considering worst case of uncertainty realization and potential market power that may arise in hourly-ahead market. TSRO with integer recourses is then solved by a new column and constraint generation algorithm. Results show a robust Var reserve contract can fully eliminate market power, and prevent suppliers from manipulating market prices.

Room temperature sodium-sulfur(Na-S)batteries,known for their high energy density and low cost,are one of the most promising next-generation energy storage ***,the polysulfide shuttling and uncontrollable Na dendrite growth as well as safety issues caused by the use of organic liquid electrolytes in Na-S cells,have severely hindered their ***-state electrolytes instead of liquid electrolytes are considered to be the most direct and effective solution to solve the above ***,its practical application is still greatly challenged due to the poor interfacial compatibility between the all-solid-state electrolytes and the anode/cathode,ionic conductivity,and the shuttle effect caused by the presence of liquid phase in the quasi-solid-state *** paper presents a comprehensive review of solid-state Na-S batteries from the perspective of regulating interfacial compatibility and improving ionic conductivity as well as suppressing polysulfide *** to different components,solid-state electrolytes were divided into five categories:solid inorganic electrolytes,solid polymer electrolytes,polymer/inorganic solid hybrid electrolytes,gel polymer electrolytes,and liquid–solid inorganic hybrid ***,the prospect of developing high performance solid-state electrolytes to improve the cycling stability of room temperature Na-S cells is envisaged.

Hydrologic Response to Future Climate Change in the Dulong-Irra-waddy River Basin Based on Coupled Model Intercomparison Project 6

within the context of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)and the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor(CMEC),the Dulong-Ir-rawaddy(Ayeyarwady)River,an international river among China,India and Myanmar,plays a significant role as both a valuable hydro-power resource and an essential ecological ***,the water resources and security exhibit a high degree of vulnerabil-ity to climate change *** research evaluates climate impacts on the hydrology of the Dulong-Irrawaddy River Basin(DIRB)by using a physical-based hydrologic *** crafted future climate scenarios using the three latest global climate models(GCMs)from Coupled Model Intercomparison Project 6(CMIP6)under two shared socioeconomic pathways(SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5)for the near(2025-2049),mid(2050-2074),and far future(2075-2099).The regional model using MIKE SHE based on historical hydrologic processes was developed to further project future streamflow,demonstrating reliable performance in streamflow simulations with a val-idation Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency(NSE)of *** showed that climate change projections showed increases in the annual precip-itation and potential evapotranspiration(PET),with precipitation increasing by 11.3%and 26.1%,and PET increasing by 3.2%and 4.9%,respectively,by the end of the century under SSP2-4.5 and *** changes are projected to result in increased annual streamflow at all stations,notably at the basin’s outlet(Pyay station)compared to the baseline period(with an increase of 16.1%and 37.0%at the end of the 21st century under SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5,respectively).Seasonal analysis for Pyay station forecasts an in-crease in dry-season streamflow by 31.3%-48.9%and 22.5%-76.3%under SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5,respectively,and an increase in wet-season streamflow by 5.8%-12.6%and 2.8%-33.3%,***,the magnitude and frequency of flood events are pre-dicted to escalate,potentially impacting hydropower production and food security *** res

In this paper, we solve the output feedback control problem of stochastic high-order planar nonlinear systems with output constraint and stochastic integral input-to-state stability(SiISS) inverse dynamics. By employing a key coordinate transformation, a stochastic nonlinear system with output constraint and SiISS inverse dynamics is converted into an unconstrained system. By skillfully constructing an observer and adopting SiISS small-gain conditions, we develop a new output feedback control design and analysis method, and prove that all the closed-system signals are bounded almost surely, the output constraint is not violated almost surely, and the equilibrium point of the closed-loop system is stochastically asymptotically stable.

DCVAE-adv:A Universal Adversarial Example Generation Method for white and Black Box Attacks

Deep neural network(DNN)has strong representation learning ability,but it is vulnerable and easy to be fooled by adversarial *** order to handle the vulnerability of DNN,many methods have been *** general idea of existing methods is to reduce the chance of DNN models being fooled by observing some designed adversarial examples,which are generated by adding perturbations to the original *** this paper,we propose a novel adversarial example generation method,called *** from the existing methods,DCVAE-adv constructs adversarial examples by mixing both explicit and implicit perturbations without using original ***,the proposed method can be applied to both white box and black box *** addition,in the inference stage,the adversarial examples can be generated without loading the original images into memory,which greatly reduces the memory *** compared DCVAE-adv with three most advanced adversarial attack algorithms:FGSM,AdvGAN,and AdvGAN++.The experimental results demonstrate that DCVAE-adv is superior to these state-of-the-art methods in terms of attack success rate and transfer ability for targeted *** code is available at https://***/xzforeverlove/DCVAE-adv.
