Storage of hazardous chemical and radioactive wastes as a consequence of Chernobyl catastrophe has caused a cumulative affect on human health in Ukraine since 1991. Every region is involved in the national environmental cleanup of the Chernobyl legacy. But a question gets to be complicated by the absence of the Waste and Pollutants' Transition Register in Ukraine (Register). Being a means of environmental monitoring and its informative data, the register is the first important step of the problem-solving in Ukraine. In response to this program and the decision of International Seminar held in Kiev, January 2000, and promoted by UNEP, the first Regional Register has to be created on the base of environmental data in Cherkassy, Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions. The working group was established and technology strategy for the next two years was developed. The focus of the program is to take into account the regional geographical peculiarities and industrial situation in the regions, to meet the highest priority substances, qualities of potable water in Kremenchuck reservoir located in the zone of industry, to reduce technological risk at human health, to bridge the gap between technical progress and nature, and to widen public participation in the system of environmental management.

Nanomaterials with high specific surface area and high absorption capacity are attracting increased interest aimed at imparting the desired magnetic *** work is devoted to the study of the effect of heat treatment in a hydrogen atmosphere on the microstructure,adsorption and magnetic properties of heterogeneous FePt/h-BN *** via the polyol process,FePt nanoparticles(NPs)had a size<2 nm and were uniformly distributed over the surface of hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)*** temperature-activated fcc→fct phase transformation in ultrafine FePt NPs has been well *** NPs act as active centers dissociating H2 molecules and transfer adsorbed hydrogen atoms to the *** functional theory(DFT)calculations also indicate that the h-BN substrate can absorb hydrogen adsorbed on the FePt *** hydrogen circulation in the FePt/h-BN system promoted the fcc→fct phase transformation and allowed to control the magnetic ***/h-BN nanomaterials also exhibited a high adsorption capacity with respect to various organic dyes.

The first luminescence thermometer based on coordination compound of samarium and dysprosium is repo *** luminescence intensity and high signal resolution are reached thanks to the concentration quenching reduction due to the use of the trimetallic complexes of *** best thermometric properties in a wide temperature range among the studied systems are demonstrated by(Sm0.2Dy0.15Gd0.65)2(tph)3(H2O)*** sensitivity reaches 0.5%/K in visible range and 1.2%/K in NIR range at low temperatures and 0.5%/K and 0.8%/K in physiological range.

汇率对任何国家的经济产生直接影响。如果没有良好的治理就不可能实现经济的成功运作,这使得有必要研究这个问题。汇率波动取决于市场状况。因此,汇率是由国际收支的影响、在不同国家的利率差、在国际收支,在投机性的外汇交易和在货币市场的活动,在通货膨胀等中使用本币的程度,那在论文中讨论了。指出其对汇率的影响可能产生的后果,也列举了例子。分析了美元汇率,欧元汇率和人民币汇率的卢布价值。了解它们对本国货币的稳定和国民经济的平衡功能的影响。俄罗斯联邦汇率的估计。对俄罗斯汇率发生最大的影响因素如下:浮动汇率、提高再融资利率、下降石油价格、无法再融资外债。研究了俄罗斯经济发展的方式在当前形势下,建议和提案,那将会对卢布汇率和俄罗斯的经济形势的稳定产生积极影响。

Compensation, given by the authority of factories and industries for environmental pollution or damages which is collected in order to take economic responsibility for natural resources, is the most important factor for the expenses for environmental protection in the regularization of ecological equilibrium, The deposition system of compensation for emission of pollutants, thrown out "by-production" waste, and storage of polluted materials should not only be the compensation for environmental damage for time being, but also should be the source of fund for the regularization of the compensation process. Therefore, compensations to the public fund should be adequate and on the other hand the society should have to know that the compensation given by the industrialists and factory owners is enough for the recovery of the damages of the ecosystem. The public fund should be used following multidisciplinary and complex economic and environmental research and analysis. Complex analysis is the continuation of the research toward the next research and analysis that should count present environmental situation of Ukraine. So, this fund can be used for ecological and economical estimations for selected projects.
