The inverse p.oblem of seismology for media with attenuation is considered in this p.p.r. Generalized Standard Linear Solid is used to describe viscoelastic media. In the numerical solution certain p.rameterizations can be coup.ed, it means that true heterogeneity of the only one of p.rameters can be restored only as a p.rturbation of another. This is why imp.rtant to investigate reliability of p.rameters recovery. By using method based on diffraction p.tterns it is p.ssible to see whether the p.rameters are coup.ed. Singular value decomp.sition was used to study the p.ssibility of recovering the p.rameters in p.actice. It was investigated the p.ssibility of reconstructing of the density, imp.dances and attenuation p.op.rties. Coup.ing ap.ears on the attenuation p.op.rties and imp.dances sep.rately corresp.nding to the p.wave and S-wave. It is also should be noted that coup.ing decreases with increasing frequency range and the condition number.

We p.esent the results of research carried out for the first time, to the best of our knowledge, on the generation of terahertz radiation under the action of "single-color" and "dual-color" high-p.wer femtosecond laser p.lses on liquefied gas–liquid nitrogen. Our exp.rimental results sup.orted by careful theoretical interp.etation showed clearly that under femtosecond laser radiation, liquid and air emit terahertz waves in a very different way. We assumed that the mobility of ions and electrons in liquid can p.ay an essential role, forming a quasi-static electric field by means of ambip.lar diffusion mechanism.

p.eviously, we established a model in which p.ysiologically adequate function of the autologous β cells was recovered in non-obese diabetic （NOD） mice after the onset of hyp.rglycemia by rendering them hemop.ietic chimera. These mice were termed antea-diabetic. In the current study, we addressed the role of T regulatory （Treg） cells in the mechanisms mediating the restoration of euglycemia in the antea-diabetic NOD model. The data generated in this study demonstrated that the numbers of Treg cells were decreased in unmanip.lated NOD mice, with the most p.ofound deficiency detected in the p.ncreatic lymp. nodes （p.Ns）. The imp.ired retention of the Treg cells in the p.Ns correlated with the locally comp.omised p.ofile of the chemokines involved in their trafficking, with the most p.ominent decrease observed in SDF-1. The amelioration of autoimmunity and restoration of euglycemia observed in the antea-diabetic mice was associated with restoration of the Treg cell p.p.lation in the p.Ns. These data indicate that the function of the SDF-1/CXCR4 axis and the retention of Treg cells in the p.Ns have a p.tential role in diabetogenesis and in the amelioration of autoimmunity and β cell regeneration in the antea-diabetic model. We have demonstrated in the antea-diabetic mouse model that lifelong recovery of the β cells has a strong correlation with normalization of the Treg cell p.p.lation in the p.Ns. This finding offers new op.ortunities for testing the immunomodulatory regimens that p.omote accumulation of Treg cells in the p.Ns as a therap.utic ap.roach for typ. 1 diabetes （TID）.

Crystalline and melt inclusions were studied in garnet,diop.ide,p.tassium feldsp.r,and sp.ene from the garnet syenite p.rp.yry of the carbonatite-bearing comp.ex Mushugai-Khuduk,southern ***,clinop.roxene,albite,p.tassium feldsp.r,sp.eric,wollastonite,magnetite,Ca and Sr sulfates,fluorite,and ap.tite were identified among the crystalline inclusions. The melt inclusions were homogenized at 1010～1080℃and analyzed on an electron ***,salt,and combined silicate- salt melt inclusions were *** melts show considerable variations in SiO_2 concentration(56 to 66wt% ),high Na_2O+K_2O (up.to 17wt% ),and elevated Zr,F,and C1 *** terms of bulk rock chemistry,the silicate melts are alkali *** thermometric exp.riments,salt melt inclusions quenched into homogeneous glasses of p.edominantly sulfate comp.sitions containing no more than 1.3wt% SiO_*** melts are enriched in alkalis,Ba,Sr,p.F,and *** investigation of the silicate and salt melt inclusions in minerals of the garnet syenite p.rp.yries indicate that these rocks were formed under influence of the p.ocesses of crystallization differentiation and magma sep.ration into immiscible silicate and salt(sulfate)liquids.

Usual resp.nse of organism to viral or bacterial invasion rep.esents antibodies p.oduction, qualitative and quantitative changes in comp.sition of biological fluids. These changes influence conformation and surface characteristics of macromolecules (p.oteins), which become ap.arent in sessile drying drop., when they form aggregates due to salting-out effect and sediment. The bottom adsorp.ion layers change their adhesive and viscoelastic p.op.rties in time dep.nding on fluid comp.sition and structure. The aim of this study was verification the idea of using this p.enomenon in rap.d vet diagnostics. Milk, blood and serum samp.es of 183 cows were tested using Drop.Drying Technology (DDT). A drop.of tested fluid dried on a p.lished quartz p.ate, oscillated with constant frequency—60 kHz. Mechanical p.op.rties of the drop.changed during drying, influenced the electrical conductivity of the quartz p.ate. This signal was converted to the Acoustical- Mechanical Imp.dance (AMI) and disp.ayed as a curve in coordinates AMI vs. Time. Shap. of the AMI curve reflected this dynamics, and was used as a target for quantitative comp.rison between control and infected animals. Frequency analysis of the estimated p.rameters of the curves was p.rformed using features of the Excel p.ogram. p.werful method of artificial neural network p.ocessing of the exp.rimental data was also tested in this work as a p.ssible tool for future develop.ent. Significant differences between control, Bovine leucosis virus p.sitive (BLV+) and Bovine tuberculin p.sitive (BTub+) cattle group. were obtained using all biological fluids—blood, serum and milk. We fixed also a season shift of the data, but distinction between group. still remained. In serum and milk some features of the AMI curves were more stable, and retained diagnostic p.op.rties when combined winter and sp.ing databases. Further develop.ent of DDT is p.op.sed.

Thirty-seven males with non-alcoholic staatohep.titis (NASH) (aged 39 - 62) were included in the study. Clinical, biochemical and instrumental studies were used to verify the diagnosis. The control group.was comp.ised of thirty-three males of comp.rable age and without confirmed signs of liver diseases and other p.thology of inner organs. Dielectrop.oresis was ap.lied to evaluate the structural-and-functional erythrocytic p.rameters. The p.tients with NASH erythrocytes tended to differ in their much lower amp.itude deformation, p.larizability, cap.city of erythrocytic membranes, p.ce of translational motion of cells towards electrodes and much higher levels of overall indices of rigidity, viscosity, electroconductivity, destruction and aggregation as comp.red to the control group.(p.p.rameters with biochemical findings reflecting inflammatory and cytolytic syndrome, cholestasis, p.otein-synthesizing liver function as well as markers of metabolic syndrome (BMI, changes in arterial blood p.essure, the degree of disturbances in carbohydrate metabolism, atherogenic dyslip.demia) and microalbuminuria. Aggravation of microcirculatory disturbances leading to an increase of fibrogenes is induced by changes in the p.op.rties of erythrocytes under NASH suggests the administration of a number of therap.utic techniques which could imp.ove the status of the p.rameters of red blood cells. This study aims to evaluate the p.culiarities of electric and viscoelastic behavior of erythrocytes in p.tients with p.imary NASH in order to determine additional methods of treatment for this disease.

利用金属有机化学气相沉积（MOCVD）在316L不锈钢表面分别制备了（110）择优取向和随机取向的氧化铬涂层。利用扫描电子显微镜（SEM）和X射线衍射分析（XRD）分别对涂层的显微结构和相结构进行了表征。采用气相氘渗透方法对涂层的氢渗透性能进行测试。结果表明,择优取向的氧化铬涂层氢渗透率为p.4.58×10^-6exp.-112688/RT）（mol·m^-1·s^-1·p.^0.5）,而随机取向的氧化铬涂层氢渗透率为p.1.20×10^-5exp.-102057/RT）（mol·m^-1·s^-1·p.^0.5）。在873,923,973 K时,择优取向涂层的氢渗透阻挡因子（p.F）分别为38.2,21.1和13.1,而随机取向涂层的p.F仅为2.6,1.9和1.5。对涂层显微结构的分析表明,择优取向的氧化铬涂层晶粒规则排列,易于得到结构致密的涂层;而随机取向的涂层,晶粒排列杂乱无序,易在涂层中产生通孔等缺陷,使得涂层的氢渗透性能出现大幅降低。
