For the first tim., functioning of the planetary clim.te system.is considered in term. of the self-organization laws with account of positive and negative feedbacks. It is shown that the m.xim.m.risks in the developm.nt of positive feedbacks that can lead the clim.te system.to a planetary catastrophe, are associated with an unprecedented increase in the concentration of m.thane in the atm.sphere. Over the last 30 years, its concentration in the atm.sphere has increased by 2.5 tim.s and continues to grow exponentially. In this review, we show that today the principal source for increase of m.thane concentration in the atm.sphere is the self-accelerating decom.osition of m.thane hydrates in the cryosphere of the Northern Hem.sphere. In the history of the Earth, the em.ssions of m.thane into the atm.sphere due to m.ss decom.osition of m.thane hydrates led to clim.te-induced biosphere catastrophes. Paleo-reconstruction analysis of greenhouse gas concentrations in the atm.sphere and its tem.erature over the last 420,000 years has allowed us to conclude that the self-organizing planetary clim.te system.is currently in a state of dynam.c chaos (close to the bifurcation point). This m.ans that even a relatively weak im.act on it, also of anthropogenic characters, is able to affect the planetary clim.te system.to select its future developm.nt trajectory.

A coordinated physicom.them.tical m.del for the propagation of a soliton-like electrom.gnetic pulse in a heterogeneous m.dium.is developed in the presence of strong discontinuities in the electrom.gnetic field. The m.del is based on the reduction of m.xwell’s equations to the well-studied wave equation. When the electrom.gnetic pulse was specified, its am.litude m.dulation was taken into account, as was the nonstationary broadening of the spectral line. Conditions for m.tching the m.m.ntum.for the first initial boundary-value problem.are obtained. The tim. dispersion of the electrical induction is taken into account in term. of the function of signal conditioning which takes account of the broadening of its spectral line and integration over the continuous spectrum. With this approach, it is not necessary to neglect spatial derivatives, and also to use spatial nonlocal relations to take account of the effect of surface charge, surface current, and spatial dispersion of electrical induction at the interfaces of adjacent m.dia.

The first tim. for the territory of European Russia describes the cases of catching bats with signs of albinism. This article describes the detection of three species of bats with partial albinism.in European part of Russia. There are four anim.l units of Eptesicus serotinus turcom.nus that are stored in Penza State University. They were procured in Astrahan region in 1992 and in 1996. One m.re anim.l was found in Volgograd region in 2004. All these anim.ls have white spots of different size and shape on their abdom.nal part of body. In 2012 it was caught a young fem.le of Pipistrellus nathusii in Sam.rskaya Luka (Sam.ra region) and in 2013 the scientists found a m.ture fem.le of m.otis m.stacinus. Both anim.ls had a light-colored fur, red eyes and with alm.st white ears. m.reover, they had pale-pink noses and extrem.ties.

We present a new algorithm.for the fast expansion of rational num.ers into continued fractions. This algorithm.perm.ts to com.ute the com.lete set of integer Euler num.ers of the sophisticate tree graph m.nifolds, which we used to sim.late the coupling constant hierarchy for the universe with five fundam.ntal interactions. m.reover, we can explicitly com.ute the integer Laplacian block m.trix associated with any tree plum.ing graph. This m.trix coincides up to sign with the integer linking m.trix (the m.in topological invariant) of the graph m.nifold corresponding to the plum.ing graph. The need for a special algorithm.appeared during com.utations of these topological invariants of com.licated graph m.nifolds since there em.rged a set of special rational num.ers (fractions) with huge num.rators and denom.nators;for these rational num.ers, the ordinary m.thods of expansion in continued fraction becam. unusable.

AIm.o establish the role of nitric oxide (NO), ascorbic acid and tum.ur necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the pathogenesis of pseudoexfoliation glaucom. (XFG).m.THODSOur study included 120 patients who were referred for cataract surgery. All patients were divided into four groups according to clinical findings: XFG, early and late pseudoexfoliation syndrom. (XFS), and cataract (without pseudoexfoliation). Serum.and aqueous hum.ur levels of the ascorbic acid, NO and TNF-α were m.asured. The concentrations of the ascorbic acid and NO were m.asured by an appropriate spectrophotom.tric m.thod. Enzym.-linked im.unosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determ.ne TNF-α *** hum.ur concentration of ascorbic acid was significantly lower in patients with late XFS (0.61±0.11 m.ol/L) and XFG (0.48±0.15 m.ol/L) com.ared to patients with early XFS (0.9±0.15 m.ol/L) and cataract (1.16±0.22 m.ol/L), while there was no difference in serum.concentration in all exam.ned groups. Aqueous hum.ur concentration of NO was significantly higher in patients with XFG (77.7±11.4 µm.l/L) com.ared to patients with early XFS (50.27±9.34 µm.l/L) and cataract (49.77±7.1 µm.l/L), while serum.concentration was increased in the early stage of XFS (73.26±8.29 µm.l/L). Aqueous hum.ur level of proinflam.atory cytokine TNF-α was increased in patients with XFS (early 460.04±18.32 pg/m.; late 502.42±53.23 pg/m.) and XFG (510.34±43.07 pg/m.), while there was no difference in serum.level in all exam.ned groups of *** ascorbic acid and elevated NO and inflam.ation related cytokine TNF-α level in aqueous hum.ur of the patients with developed XFG suggest that oxidative stress induces local inflam.ation.

Background and Aim.: To evaluate the effect of intrapar-enchym.l transplantation of m.senchym.l bone m.rrow-derived stem.cells (Bm.Cs) in patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV)-related liver cirrhosis (LC). m.thods: m.nonuclear cells were isolated from.patient bone m.rrow and were passaged several tim.s in vitro in order to reach the required volum.. Attributes of the Bm.Cs were evaluated by the presence of the surface m.rkers CD105+, CD90+, and CD73+. Cells from.each passage were evaluated for sterility, and they were transplanted intraparenchym.lly into liver tissue. Clinical and laboratory data were evaluated and m.rphological studies of liver biopsy were perform.d prior to and 6 m.nths after transplantation. Results: On clinical evaluation, the general state of these patients was im.roved at 1 m.nth following transplantation of Bm.Cs. At 1 and 6 m.nths post-transplantation, jaundice was absent in four (67%) patients. After 6 m.nths, functional hepatic indices were im.roved, i.e. decrease of ALT and AST activity and bilirubin level. However, these decreases were not statistically different (P>0.05). Expression of CD34 and α-Sm. in liver biopsy sam.les were decreased at 6 m.nths after transplanta-tion, consistent with structural im.rovem.nts in m.tochondria and nuclear com.artm.nts. Conclusions: Intraparenchym.l transplantation of autologous Bm.Cs im.roved the functional condition of the liver, stim.lated reparative processes in hepatocytes, and decreased extracellular m.trix protein (Em.) count in hepatic tissues of patients with LC. It was well tolerated and was not associated with any com.lications both during and after Bm.C transplantation.
