In 1937, P. Dirac proposed the Large Number Hypothesis and Hypothesis of Variable Gravitational Constant [1], and later added notion of Continuous Creation of Matter in the World [2]. Developed Hypersphere World-Universe Model (WUM) follows these ideas, albeit introducing different mechanism of Matter creation. Most direct observational evidence of validity of WUM are: 1) Microwave Background Radiation and Intergalactic Plasma speak in favor of existence of Medium;2) Laniakea supercluster with binding mass ~10sup>17sup>Msub>⊙sub> is home to Milky Way (MW) galaxy and ~10sup>5sup> other nearby galaxies, which did not start their movement from Initial singularity (see Figure 1);3) MW is gravitationally bounded with Virgo supercluster (VsC) and has Orbital Angular Momentum calculated based on distance of 65 Mly from VsC and orbital speed of ~400 km·ssup>-1sup>, which far exceeds rotational angular momentum of MW;4) Mass-to-light ratio of VsC is ~300 times larger than that of solar ratio. similar ratios are obtained for other superclusters (see Figure 2). These ratios are main arguments in favor of the presence of tremendous amounts of Dark Matter (DM) in the World. JWsT discoveries confirm the most important predictions of WUM in 2018: 1) Absolute Age of World is 14.22 Gyr;2) Dark Epoch (spanning for Laniakea supercluster (LsC) from the Beginning of World for 0.45 Gyr) when only DM Macroobjects (MOs) form and evolve;3) Luminous Epoch (ever since, 13.77 Gyr for LsC) when Luminous MOs (superclusters, galaxies, extrasolar systems, etc.) emerge;4) Transition from Dark Epoch to Luminous Epoch is due to Explosive Rotational Fission of Overspinning (surface speed at equator exceeding escape velocity) DM supercluster’s Cores and self-annihilation of DM Particles (DMPs);5) MOs of World form from top (superclusters) down to Galaxies and Extrasolar systems in parallel around different Cores made up of different DMPs;6) 3D Finite Boundless World presents a Patchwor

Hypersphere World-Universe Model (WUM) is an alternative to the prevailing Big Bang Model (BBM). WUM and BBM are principally different Models: 1) Instead of the Initial singularity with the infinite energy density and the extremely rapid expansion of the space (Inflation) in BBM;in WUM, there was a Fluctuation (4D Nucleus of the World with an extrapolated radius equals to a basic unit of size a) in the Eternal Universe with a finite extrapolated energy density (four orders of magnitude less than the nuclear density) and a finite expansion of the Nucleus in its fourth spatial dimension with speed c that is the gravitodynamic constant;2) Instead of the Infinite Homogeneous and Isotropic Universe around the Initial singularity in BBM;in WUM, the 3D Finite Boundless World (the Hypersphere of the 4D Nucleus) presents a Patchwork Quilt of different Luminous superclusters (≳10sup>3sup>), which emerged in various places of the World at different Cosmological times. The Medium of the World is Homogeneous and Isotropic. The distribution of Macroobjects in the World is spatially Inhomogeneous and Anisotropic and temporally Non-simultaneous. The Absolute Age of the entire World (determined by the parameters of the Medium) is 14.22 Gyr.

Temporal and spatial variations of air pollution across China from 2015 to 2018

This study investigated concentrations of PM_(2.5),PM_(10),sO_(2),NO_(2),CO and O_(3),and air quality index(AQI)values across 368 cities in China's Mainland during 2015–*** study further examined relationships of air pollution status with local industrial capacities and vehicle *** correlations were found between industrial capacities(coal,pig iron,crude steel and rolled steel)and air pollution *** statistical and significant reductions of PM_(2.5),PM_(10),sO_(2),NO_(2),CO and AQI values were observed in response to various laws and regulations in industrial sectors,both particle and gaseous pollutants still had annual average concentrations above recommended *** order to further reduce air pollution,more efforts can be done to control traffic emissions caused by minicars and heavy trucks,which was revealed after investigating 16 vehicle *** was also consistent with the apparent air quality improvement during the COVID-19 lockdown period in China in 2020,despite industrial operations being still active at full capacities.

The retinoblastoma gene product(pRb)is a chromatin-associated protein that can either suppress or promote activity of key regulators of tissue-specific *** found that twelve weeks after transfection of the exogenous active(ΔB/X andΔр34)or inactive(Δs/N)forms of RB into the 10T1/2 mesenchymal stem cells and clonal selection not a single cell line did contain exogenous RB,despite being G-418 ***,the consequences of the transient production of exogenous RB had different effects on the cell ***ΔB/X andΔр34 cells transfected with active form of RB showed elevated levels of inducible adipocyte differentiation(AD).On the contrary,theΔs/N cells transfected with inactive RB mutant were insensitive to induction of AD associated with abolishing of expression of the PPARγ***,the PPARγ2 promoter in undifferentiatedΔs/N cells was hypermethylated,but all except−60 position CpG became mostly demethylated after cells exposure to *** conclude that while transient expression of inactive exogenous RB induces long term epigenetic alterations that prevent adipogenesis,production of active exogenous RBs results in an AD-promoting epigenetic *** results indicate that pRb is involved in the establishment of hereditary epigenetic memory at least by creating a methylation pattern of PPARγ2.

In order to study the extraction and acceleration mechanism of the dual-stage grid,a three-dimensional model based on the Particle-In-Cell/Monte Carlo Collision(PIC/MCC)method is ***-stage grid ion thruster is a new type of electrostatic ion thruster,which can break through the limitations of traditional gridded ion thrusters,and greatly improve the specific *** high performance also makes the grid sensitive to operating *** this paper,the influence of grid parameters on xenon ion thruster’s performance in a wide range is systematically simulated,and the optimal operating condition is *** the over-focusing of the plume,and the transparency of the screen grid are improved,and the grid corrosion is reduced through simulation *** specific impulse under the given working conditions is 9877.24 s and the thrust is 7.28 *** on the simulation optimization,the limitation of the dual-stage grid is *** grid performs well under high voltage conditions(>3000 V)but not well under low voltage conditions(since argon is cheaper and more advantageous in future engineering applications,the plasma distribution and grid extraction ability under xenon and argon are analyzed and compared to study the flexibility of the dual-stage grid ion *** simulation results show that a set of optimal parameters is only applicable to the corresponding propellant,which needs to be optimized for different propellant types.

Using a newly developed experimental setup,the features and advantages of an autothermal single-casing atmospheric sub-bituminous coal fluidized bed air-blown gasifier,combining a combustion and gasification section,and mixing the dispersed phase(inert material,char)and heat exchange between them through an annular transfer device,have been *** increase the efficiency of the gasifier,an experimental-computational method was developed find the conditions for optimal operation,combining changing the annular flow's geometry and regulating the primary air for gasification.A simple and reliable multizone thermodynamic calculation model makes it possible to predict the composition of char and syngas in the gasification section with acceptable *** method confirmed that a two-section fluidized bed gasifier can provide efficient gasification of solid fuels and is suitable for use in small-scale cogeneration *** with a heating value of 3.6-4.5 MJ/m^(3)and CGE of 38.2%-42.3%was obtained in the experimental setup without optimizing the primary air flow *** optimization,the indicators increased to the heating value of syngas of 5.20-5.34 MJ/m^(3)and CGE of 42.5%-50.0%.With heat regeneration of 0.8,CGE increases to 70%.

In this paper,the abnormal experimental phenomenon on barrel erosion under extreme working conditions in the ultra-long life experiment(>10000 h)of ion thruster ion optics is studied by the Immersed-Finite-Element Particle-In-Cell Monte-Carlo-Collision(IFE-PIC-MCC)method and the grid erosion evaluation *** transport process of beam ions and Charge Exchange(CEX)ions in the grid system,and the characteristics and mechanisms of the aperture barrel erosion under extreme erosion conditions(*** cylindrical erosion and chamfer erosion)were systematically *** to the advantage of the IFE method for dealing with complex boundaries in structured mesh,the aperture barrel erosion morphology of the accelerator grid is reconstructed accurately based on the experimental *** results show that,with the evolution of working conditions,the mechanism of the aperture barrel erosion changes significantly,which relies heavily on the accelerator grid *** change of the accelerator grid aperture barrel morphology has a significant effect on the behavior of CEX ions,and only affects the local electric field distribution,but has no effect on the upstream plasma *** the erosion progresses,the erosion position moves downstream along the grid aperture axis direction,and the erosion range becomes *** of the erosion phase,the erosion rate of the CEX ions located downstream of the decelerator grid is the *** erosion rate is related to the mean incident energy and angle,and their variation is closely related to the position and trajectory of CEXions.

Efforts have been made on experimental research of a supercavitation device for desalination,which is named rotational supercavitating evaporator(RsCE).The RsCE is characterised by the simple construction and responsive capacity control,and only requires rough filtration of the source water for scaling-and fouling-free *** present study has been conducted for the water flow at temperature of around 22–30°C and atmospheric pressure as the first step for investigation of the performance characteristics of *** multiply factor extremal experiments conducted with the Box-Wilson’s method have revealed the salinity of the condensate,the temperature of steam inside the supercavity,and dependence of the shape of supercavity on the rate of steam extraction and rotation speed of *** shape of impeller and the expected supercavitating effects it generates have been confirmed by experimental results at the rotation speed of 5430 rpm(round per minute).The design of the steam extraction openings has been approved during the evacuation of *** experimental dependencies have been obtained in form of statistically valid regression equations,which can be used for engineering design of RsCE.
