It is the a.thors’ opinion tha. the va.idity of the proposed formula.testifies tha. electronic shells ha.e some “spa.ia. structures”, a.d the na.ure of which depends neither on the nucleus cha.ge, nor on the number of the electrons in a.shell.

We dea. with computer simula.ion of a.tra.sient process in a.self-pumped pha.e conjuga.e pla.e-curve loop mirror ba.ed on Ba.iO3. In optima. circumsta.ces the nonlinea. reflectivity a.d fidelity of such a.mirror respectively a.hieve 0.80-0.90 a.d 0.95-0.98. The genera.ion of conjuga.e wa.e-front occurs due to sca.tering from the dyna.ic hologra. which is produced in the region of self-intersection of forwa.d a.d ba.kwa.d bea.s. In such a.model the scena.io of pa.sing to unsta.le genera.ion regimes is simila. to the self-pumped pha.e conjuga.e pla.e-pla.e loop mirror a.d substa.tia.ly differs from a.single-crysta. double pha.e conjuga.e mirror.

The goa. of this work is the development of novel peptides with high effica.y of inhibiting a.tivity of CDK6/CyclinD complex. The peptides were derived from prima.y sequence of P16 protein a.d its homologues. The intera.tions between CDK6 a.d P16/INK4a.derived peptides a.e studied with molecula. dyna.ics simula.ion employing umbrella.sa.pling method. The Sa.a.implicit solvent model wa. used for simula.ion, which wa. a.celera.ed using NVIDIa.GPUs.
