A glycine–nitrate self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS)was developed to produce composite MgO-Gd_(2)O_(3) *** X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)analysis confirmed the SHS-product consists of cubic MgO and Gd_(2)O_(3) phases with nanometer crystallite size and retains this structure after annealing at temperatures up to 1200℃.Near full dense high IR-transparent composite ceramics were fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS)at 1140℃and 60 *** in-line transmittance of 1 mm thick MgO-Gd_(2)O_(3) ceramics exceeded 70%in the range of 4–5 mm and reached a maximum of 77%at a wavelength of 5.3 *** measured microhardness HV0.5 of the MgO-Gd2O3 ceramics is 9.5±0.4 GPa,while the fracture toughness(KIC)amounted to 2.0±0.5МPa·m1/*** characteristics demonstrate that obtained composite MgO-Gd_(2)O_(3) ceramic is a promising material for protective infra-red(IR)windows.

Renal cell carcinoma(RCC),the most prevalent type of kidney cancer,is a significant cause of cancer morbidity and mortality *** tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKls),in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICls),are among the first-line treatment options for patients with advanced *** therapies target the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor(VEGFR)tyrosine kinase pathway and other kinases crucial to cancer proliferation,survival,and *** have yielded substantial improvements in progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)for patients with advanced ***,nearly all patients eventually progress on these drugs as resistance *** review provides an overview of TKl resistance in RCC and explores different mechanisms of resistance,including upregulation of alternative proangiogenic pathways,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),decreased intracellular drug concentrations due to efflux pumps and lysosomal sequestration,alterations in the tumor microenvironment including bone marrow-derived cells(BMDCs)and tumor-associated fibroblasts(TAFs),and genetic factors such as single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs).A comprehensive understanding of these mechanisms opens the door to the development of innovative therapeutic approaches that can effectively overcome TKl resistance,thereby improving outcomes for patients with advanced RCC.

由于种群数量的急剧下降和分布区缩小,黄颊麦鸡(Vanellus gregarius)近期被 IUCN 提升为极危物种。该物种至今在中国唯一一个发表的记录是1998年见到的迷鸟。我们查阅了一个德国鸟类考察队1876年的报告和历史文献。该报告认为黄颊麦鸡在19世纪下半叶在中国西部的新疆为繁殖鸟。根据当地专家推测,该物种已在新疆绝灭。本文建议开展调查以阐明其现状。

The Aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR)ligands exhibiting modulating activity represents a new class of anticancer agents that can be directed towards several *** have examined AhR expression in human colon cancer and adjacent non-tumor *** expression level was about 2-7 times higher in tumor tissue samples than in the adjacent non-tumor samples(in 82%of all the samples).We were unable to find any increase of ABCG2 expression on the level of the transcription,while the expression of MDR2 was increased in half of the tumors compared to the levels of expression in normal adjacent *** have used FICZ as a potent high affinity ligand of the AhR to calibrate the reporter cell line HEK293TAhR-luc as a potent high affinity ligand of the *** concentration of xenobiotic response element(XRE)ligands is higher,than in the blood of healthy people in 86%of the *** proposed test system will allow the use of the AhR ligand level as an additional diagnostic marker in the treatment of colon cancer.

在开花期完全摘除穗一侧的小穗(处理穗),以测试新老春小麦品种对源库调控的不同反应,并提出了穗的生产潜力(处理穗的两倍产量)和其余一半穗的潜在蛋白质含量的概念。在系统选择中,现代品种的潜在产量和实际产量的改进是由于提高了茎叶重和叶面积持续期(L_(ado)),特别是在不利的灌浆环境条件下,叶面积持续期与实际籽粒产量的比率就会提高。已经确定,在新品种中,潜在的和实际的蛋白质含量有一致降低的倾向,而每株蛋白质总量则有增加的趋势。在老品种中,根对植株总呼吸作用的贡献较大。尽管产量不断改良,但维持呼吸作用与总呼吸作用的比率,以及在整个生育期中以产量为基础的呼吸损失却保持不变。在老品种中,以籽粒氮为基础的真呼吸碳损失(总呼吸减维持呼吸)较少,在其他品种之间没有一致的差异。

Gliomas are solid brain tumors composed of tumor cells and recruited heterogenic stromal *** study of the interactions between the perivascular niche and its surrounding cells is of great value in unraveling mechanisms of drug resistance in malignant *** this study,we isolated the stromal diploid cell population from oligodendroglioma and a mixed population of tumor aneuploid and stromal diploid cells from astrocytoma *** stromal cells expressed neural stem/progenitor and mesenchymal markers showing the same discordant phenotype that is typical for glioma ***,some of the stromal cells expressed *** the first time,we demonstrated that this type of stromal cells had the typical myofibroblastic phenotype as theα-SMA+cells formedα-SMA fibers and exhibited the specific function to deposit extracellular matrix(ECM)proteins at least in *** analysis showed diffuse or focalα-SMA staining in the cytoplasm of the astrocytoma-derived,A172,T98G,and U251MG glioma *** could suggest thatα-SMA may be one of the main molecules,bearing protective *** mechanisms and consequences ofα-SMA disruptions in gliomas are discussed.
