Apple(malus)and pear(Pyrus)are economically important fruit crops well known for their unique textures,f lavours,and nutritional *** genera are characterised by a distinct pattern of secondary metabolites,which directly affect not only resistance to certain diseases,but also have significant impacts on the f lavour and nutritional value of the *** identical chromosome numbers,similar genome size,and their recent divergence date,together with DNA markers have shown that apple and pear genomes are highly *** study utilized comparative genomic approaches,including simple sequence repeats,high resolution single nucleotide polymorphism melting analysis,and single nucleotide polymorphism chip analysis to identify genetic differences among hybrids of malus and Pyrus,and F2 *** research has demonstrated and validated that these three marker types,along with metabolomics analysis are very powerful tools to detect and confirm hybridity of progeny derived from crosses between apple and pear in both cross ***,this work analysed the genus-specific metabolite patterns and the resistance to fire blight(Erwinia amylovora)in *** findings of this work will enhance and accelerate the breeding of novel tree fruit crops that benefit producers and consumers,by enabling marker assisted selection of desired traits introgressed between pear and apple.

Optimal Coordination of Transportable Power Sources and Repair Crews for Service Restoration of Distribution Networks Considering Uncertainty of Traffic Congestion

This paper proposes a new method for service restoration of distribution network with the support of transportable power sources(TPSs)and repair crews(RCs).Firstly,a coupling model of distribution networks and vehicle routing of TPSs and RCs is proposed,where the TPSs serve as emergency power supply sources,and the RCs are used to repair the faulted *** the uncertainty of traffic congestion,the probability distribution of the travel time spent on each road is derived based on the Nesterov user equilibrium model,and a two-stage stochastic program is formulated to determine the optimal routings of TPSs and *** efficiently solve the proposed stochastic mixed-integer linear program(mILP),a two-phase scenario reduction method is then developed to scale down the problem size,and an adaptive progressive hedging algorithm is used for an efficient *** effectiveness of the proposed methods and algorithms has been illustrated in a modified IEEE 33-bus system.

减轻组织的机械性压力在治愈糖尿病相关的足溃疡所需的多种干预措施中最为重要。本文是2023年国际糖尿病足工作组(IWgDF)发布的减压治疗促进糖尿病相关的足溃疡愈合的循证指南,也是对2019年IWgDF指南的更新。我们遵循推荐、评估、发展和评价分级(gRADE)方法学,以患者-干预-比较-结局(patient-intervention-control-outcome,PICO)模式设计临床问题和重要结果,进行系统评价和meta分析,制定评判表汇总,为每个问题编写推荐和理由。每项推荐都是基于系统综述中发现的证据,在无证据情况下则采用专家意见,以及对判断项目的gRADE等级总结进行仔细权衡,包括可预期和不可预期的影响、证据的确定性、患者价值、所需资源、成本效益、公平性、可行性和可接受性。为了治愈糖尿病患者神经性前足底或中足底溃疡,要使用不可拆卸的齐膝高减压装置作为首选减压干预措施。如果患者存在对不可拆卸减压装置的禁忌证或不能耐受,考虑使用可拆卸齐膝(或踝)高减压装置作为减压干预措施的第二选择。如果无可用的减压装置,考虑使用合适的鞋具结合毡制泡沫作为减压干预措施的第三选择。如果这种非手术减压治疗不能治愈前足底溃疡,可以考虑跟腱延长术、跖骨头切除术、关节置换术或跖骨截骨术。为了治疗继发于屈趾畸形的神经性足底或小趾远端溃疡,可行趾屈肌腱切开术。为了促进后足、非足底或并发感染或缺血的溃疡的愈合,提出了进一步的推荐。所有推荐都已在减压临床路径中进行了总结,以帮助促进本指南在临床实践中的实施。这些减压推荐将帮助医务人员为糖尿病相关的足溃疡患者提供最佳的治疗和预后,降低患者感染、住院和截肢的风险。

Dry milling followed by ultrasonic irradiation in the presence of small amounts of aqueous NaOH, was used to synthesise ZnAl-layered double hydroxide （LDH）. The synthetic conditions were optimised and the Zn（OH）2, ZnO, and AI（OH）3 contaminants were removed by rinsing with aqueous NH3 solution from the sample prepared in the optimum conditions. Thus, phase-pure ZnAl-layered double hydroxide was obtained with high crystallinity. All materials produced during the syntheses were characterised by X- ray diffractometry, and a rose-like morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy in the phase-pure sample. By changing the initial Zn/Al ratio, it was revealed that an LDH with low zinc content was always formed, probably through substitution of some of the Zn2. ions by AI3. ions in the gibbsite lattice.

20世纪60年代新西兰的Don mc Kenzie博士从果农***配置的杂交后代中选出了世界级的苹果品种‘嘎拉’。随后,新西兰植物与食品研究所于80年代初期开始了持续专业的苹果育种研究,先后培育出了一系列优良的世界性品种。苹果育种技术也从常规育种进入了分子育种时代,一跃成为世界苹果育种强国,吸引了世界众多果树科研单位和育种者争相学习其先进技术和科研成果。为了进一步提升中国苹果育种水平,缩小与苹果育种强国的差距,作者系统的介绍了新西兰的苹果品种和砧木选育的发展历程、选育方法,特别是生物技术在新品种选育中的应用,并对比分析目前中国苹果品种及砧木选育的方法,提出中国苹果育种方法的改进建议,希望对中国的苹果育种工作有所启发。

Assessment of SARS-CoV-2 airborne infection transmission risk in public buses

综述美国苹果砧木的育种历史和现状,简介美国选育的苹果砧木特性,以期为我国苹果砧木的选育提供参考。美国从1968年开始苹果砧木育种,早期进行了资源的广泛评价和筛选,随后根据美国具体气候条件,将育种目标主要定为矮化和半矮化、抗火疫病、抗颈腐病、抗苹果绵蚜、抗重茬、早产丰产等,杂交后代进行深入、多层次的评价和筛选,最终成功选育出目前商业化和科研应用较广泛、已申请专利的14个苹果砧木品种,包括1个极矮化砧木、5个矮化砧木、8个半矮化砧木。主要特性:树体本身为小灌木,抗火疫病和苹果绵蚜,耐颈腐病和重茬,易繁殖;嫁接品种后致矮、早实丰产。可见,美国在矮化砧木选育之前的评价筛选及选育后的鉴定方面都具有系统的手段和方法,为苹果砧木选育的重要部分,可以作为我国苹果砧木育种的参考。
