Blood pressure and stature in Helicobacter pylori positive and negative persons

To evaluate vital signs and body indices in Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) positive and negative persons. A total of 22 centres entered the study. They were spread over the whole country, corresponding well to the geographical distribution of the Czech population. A total of 1818 subjects (aged 5-98 years) took part in the study, randomly selected out of 38147 subjects. H. pylori infection was investigated by means of a 13C-urea breath test. Data on height, weight, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were collected at the clinics of general practitioners. The overall prevalence of H. pylori infection was 30.4% (402/1321) in adults (≥ 18 year-old) and 5.2% (26/497) in children and adolescents (≤ 17 year-old). Once adjusted for age and gender, only a difference in body mass index remained statistically significant with H. pylori positive adults showing an increase of 0.6 kg/m2 in body mass index. Once adjusted for age and gender, we found a difference in height between H. pylori positive and H. pylori negative children and adolescents. On further adjustment for place of residence, this difference became statistically significant, with H. pylori positive children and adolescents being on average 3.5 cm shorter. H. pylori positive adults were significantly older compared to H. pylori negative subjects. Once adjusted for age and gender, H. pylori infection had no impact on body weight, body mass index and vital signs either in adults or children and adolescents. Chronic H. pylori infection appeared to be associated with short stature in children. H. pylori infection did not influence blood pressure, body weight and body mass index either in adults or children and adolescents.

Background:Alterations in the expression of human kallikrein-related peptidases(KLKs)have been described in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).We elucidated the suitability of KLK6,KLK8 and KLK10 to distinguish AD from NC and explored associations with established AD ***:KLK levels in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF),as determined by ELISA,were compared between 32 AD patients stratified to A/T/(N)system with evidence for amyloid pathology and of 23 normal controls with normal AD *** between KLK levels and clinical severity,CSF and positron emission tomography(PET)based AD biomarkers were tested ***:Levels of KLK6 and KLK10 were significantly increased in ***6 differed significantly between AD A+/T+/N+and AD A+/T−/N+or NC with an AUC of *** pTau and tTau levels were significantly associated with KLK6 in ***:KLK6 deserves further investigations as a potential biomarker of Tau pathology in AD.

The resonance interaction of weak gravitation radiation (WGR) from agarose hydrogel with the gravitation radiation (GR) caused by celestial bodies (Sun, Jupiter, Uranus, Mercury and Moon) has been investigated by the Zubow gravitation mass spectroscopy (ZGMS). The absorption of WGR by the Sun was found to change at the moment when the Sun appears in the slide plane of gravitation proton resonance (SPGPR, plane going through the Earth rotating axis and the sample place on the Earth surface). There were analyzed the signals of the gravitation Sun (GS), Mercury and Moon. GS contains signals of the corona, nucleus and sub-nucleus. Here the nature of the last one is near to the matter of “naked” protons in hydrogen bonds (HB) of the sensor with which it interacts. The proton model as analogous to the black hole has been proved ex-perimentally. The sub-nucleus was concluded to be of quarks’ nature but the nucleus of neutrons’ one. The GR velocity in the sun system has been determined experimentally additionally, the influence of gas giants (GG) on it. At the moment of Sun and GG opposition the GR velocity was 2 - 8 times higher than that one of the light. GG reduced the GR velocity in the direction of the Sun. The role of the Earth as a gravitation mir-ror has been supported. Six gravitation resonator signals from Moon gravitation shots (gravitation laser) were analyzed. The GR of planets was observed to influence the energy of water cluster ensembles.

It was investigated how react molecular clusters in water, starch, bio-matrices, polymers and in quartz on gravitation radiation from planets. Gravitation radiation (GR) was found to influence the proton jumping in hydrogen bonds that stabilize the cluster structure. There was given a method calculating parameters of GR as well as a mechanism of its resonance interaction with weak GR from molecular matter (WGR). WGR has been defined as the result of proton dissolving in vacuum connected with its simultaneous condensation in the nearest free space. Both dissolving and condensation proceed with super light velocity. The gravitation wave length has been determined experimentally and it depends on the planet masses (between Earth and Sun λ ≥ 62 km, between Earth and Milky Way center λ ≥ 330 km). GR has been characterized with super light velocity. After analyzing the Sun influence on water two forms of protons were found: in a condensed and dissolved state. A new model for the atomic nucleus has been suggested according to which the protons in the nucleus oscillate between condensed and dissolved state, where in the case of isotopes this state is partially destroyed. The models for H2 and Be shall be given. Electron orbitals in atoms and molecules were found to be caused by a stationary front of shock waves from condensing protons.

随着世界经济发展,天然气的作用也不断提高。近年来,天然气不但成为燃料形式之一,而且开始涉及到国家的政策、经济、安全、环境保护的问题。目前,天然气决定着社会发展的速度,决定着经济结构和经济发展方式。多年以来,中华人民共和国是俄罗斯联邦最重要的伙伴之一,因此俄国与中国的互利合作能成为俄罗斯联邦发展的保证。如今天然气合作是两国经济关系的有前途的方向。本文以俄罗斯联邦与中华人民共和国的天然气合作为研究对象,首先研究国际天然气市场的变化,分析当前国际及地区天然气地缘格局的变化情况,指出油气资源仍然是未来一段时间内全球主要的能源消费形式。然后,介绍了两国天然气工业与贸易的基本情况,其中分析了中国和俄罗斯天然气资源分布、生产和消费、出口和进口、运输和加工的基本情况。此外,分析了俄罗斯和中国天然气贸易伙伴及国外干线管道的发展,最后介绍了天然气合作历史,研究了中俄天然气合作的基础,就是确定了实现两国天然气合作的动力因素。其次,本文分析了中俄东线管道供气项目对俄罗斯石油与天然气化工发展的影响,此外研究了该项目对俄罗斯联邦地区燃气化的影响。揭露了中俄天然气合作存在的问题与风险,确定了两国天然气合作有前途的方向与分析了制约因素。最后,总结概括出一些相关的研究结论,对中俄天然气合作促进提供建议。

本文试图回答是什么引起了 2010年以后中国和欧盟之间关系上出现的挫折,以及之后在合作伙伴关系上发生的变化。这项研究首先从2010年的问题入手,讨论了中欧伙伴关系目前的挫折是什么,为什么近年来出现挫折。为了回答这个问题,研究深入回顾了现有文献,表明了中欧关系到2010年的基础是制度安排和欧盟对中国的规范性概念和伙伴关系。然而,2010年后,欧盟自由民族国家的危机以及大衰退使中欧关系发生了变化。研究的第二个问题是为什么中欧关系会出现挫败。为了找到答案,本文阅读了最近的相关文献并指出,在经济不对称的情况下,欧盟的自由民族国家危机极大地扭曲了中欧之间对中国有利的伙伴关系。最后一个问题是为什么欧盟反对中国对欧盟问题提出的倡议。中国与中东欧国家的“16+1”政治格局的案例研究,部分回答了这一问题。本文该部分内容主要阐述了为什么欧盟起初就对中国的倡议持有怀疑的态,同时在历史基础上提供了更多有关欧盟的言论。本章认为,中国进入欧盟的调控领域所引发的反应不是一个简单的区域竞争,而是思想上的竞争:欧盟在该地区扮演着整合并提供经济和政治机会的角色。此外,东欧在1989年之前对共产主义的相关经验,为中国进入该领域引起的“东方”与“西方”之间的竞争提供开放性的解释。

New results of two computer experiments on modeling of superthermal neutron-nuclear combustion of natural uranium for two different flux densities of external neutron source and duration of half a year each are presented. The simulation results demonstrate the dependence of the autowave combustion modes on the parameters of the external source.

The objective of our study was to investigate the association between the Arg16Gly polymorphism in the β2-АR gene and body mass index (BMI) in patients with bronchial asthma (BA) with regard to the age of onset. Materials and methods: 553 patients were examined. The control group consisted of 95 apparently healthy individuals. The patients were divided into 2 groups depending on the age of BA onset: 282 patients with late onset (Group I) and 271 patients with early onset (Group II). Arg16Gly polymorphism in the β2-АR gene (rs1042713) was determined using polymerase chain reaction- restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Statistical analysis of obtained results was performed using SPSS–17 program.
