钝伤性前房出血118例回顾分析(英文)

目的:寻找因钝器损伤导致前房积血的原因、视力损伤等相关情况,并探讨治疗后的并发症及预后视力情况。方法:回顾性分析在马来亚大学医疗中心(马来西亚吉隆坡)治疗的因钝器损伤导致前房积血118例患者。从患者的病情记录获取患者的性别、年龄、种族、钝伤导致的积血原因、眼附属物、入院视力、相关眼科情况、并发症和视力结果等资料,并采用SPSS软件进行分析。结果:男性受累居多,占93.2%,有2/3患者(67.8%)年龄<30岁。运动相关的伤害(38.1%)是最常见的前房积血原因。66.9%的患者5d内前房出血消失。虹膜损伤非常普遍,包括括约肌撕裂,虹膜根部断离等,而并发玻璃体出血患者约占11.9%。住院期间,二次观察出血的患者为3.4%。在最后的随访中视力≥6/18的最佳矫正视力占85.4%。这些患者随访不到位导致继发性青光眼的发病率无法确定。中度角膜血染患者约占0.8%。结论:在马来西亚,运动相关的损伤是前房出血最常见的原因。适当和及时的治疗能使钝伤性前房积血患者具有良好的视力,且无严重并发症发生。

Here we demonstrate the fabrication, electrochemical performance and application of an asymmetric supercapacitor (AS) device constructed with ss-Ni(OH)(2)/MWCNTs as positive electrode and KOH activated honeycomb-like porous carbon (K-PC) derived from banana fibers as negative electrode. Initially, the electrochemical performance of hydrothermally synthesized ss-Ni(OH)(2)/MWCNTs nanocomposite and K-PC was studied in a three-electrode system using 1 M KOH. These materials exhibited a specific capacitance (Cs) of 1327 Fig and 324 F/g respectively at a scan rate of 10 mv/s. Further, the AS device i.e., ss-Ni(OH)(2)/MWCNTs// K-PC in 1 M KOH solution, demonstrated a Cs of 156 F/g at scan rate of 10 mv/s in a broad cell voltage of 0-2.2 v. The device demonstrated a good rate capability by maintaining a Cs of 59 F/g even at high current density (25 A/g). The device also offered high energy density of 63 Wh/kg with maximum power density of 5.2 kW/kg. The AS device exhibited excellent cycle life with 100% capacitance retention at 5000th cycle at a high current density of 25 A/g. Two AS devices connected in series were employed for powering a pair of LEDs of different colors and also a mini fan. The compositions Ce0.8-xSm0.2O2-δ(X=0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06) were prepared through the sol–gel route. The effect of Pr addition on the crystal structure, densification and thermal expansion of Ce0.8Sm0.2O2-δ was studied. The phase identification and morphology was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). X-ray diffraction analysis showed that all the samples exhibit a fluorite structure. The lattice parameters? were determined by X-ray powder diffraction. Lattice parameters and volume of the unit cell increases with Pr doping. Density of the all samples is more than 90% of theoretical density. The thermal expansion was measured using dilatometric technique in the temperature range 30–1000°C. It was observed that the thermal expansion increased linearly with increasing temperature for all the samples.

目的:报道应用新的B超检查参数(最大交叉截面积)测量评估随访患者的脉络膜转移肿瘤的大小。方法:报告1例脉络膜转移癌患者,在随访中应用B超测量其肿瘤的高、基底和最大交叉截面积。结果:一位62岁华人老年妇女,已知为肺非小细胞癌患者,表现为右眼无痛性视物模糊。被诊为双眼脉络膜转移癌(右眼进展期,左眼初期),双眼视力良好。首次化疗后右眼肿瘤明显减小,但最后一轮化疗结束后6wk即出现增长。患者又进行了放疗和另一轮的化疗后右眼肿瘤大小没有变化。左眼肿瘤大小在随后的2a内没有变化。双眼维持着最佳矫正视力(右6/9,左6/6)。对右眼肿瘤的大小进行了连续B超测量评估。结论:超声检测在随访中是可重复的,并与右眼肿瘤临床表现相符。我们建议在治疗阶段应用B超对脉络膜肿瘤的大小进展或转归进行定量评估。

La0.8Sr0.2MnO3-δ (LSM) perovskite was synthesized using different methods, such as solid state reaction, soft-chemical and sol-gel methods for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) for use as a cathode material. The pristine material was characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). X-ray diffraction results show that the pure phase of La0.8Sr0.2MnO3-δ (LSM) perovskite was formed at 1250oC. Scanning electron microscopy characterization shows that a highly porous material can be obtained using a soft-chemical method with different 3,3’,3”-nitrilotripropionic acid ( NTP) to metal-ion ratio R.

AIM:To analyse the changes in magnitude and orientation of astigmatism after suture removal(SR)in keratoplasty eyes as measured by refraction,tomography,and ***:Twenty-six eyes of 25 patients after optical keratoplasty requiring SR to reduce the astigmatism during the follow-up period were prospectively *** with poor quality topography scans or if there were no sutures in the steepest semi meridian were *** distance visual acuity(CDvA),manifest refraction,corneal tomography and aberrometr y were per formed on all patients before and after ***:The mean age of the patients was 40.8±14.4 *** keratoplasty was performed in 23 eyes(89%)and deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty was done in 3 eyes(11%).There was a statistically significant reduction in the magnitude of refractive,tomographic and aberrometry astigmatism after SR(Pve astigmatism(Pve astigmatism between 2 h and 2 mo after SR(P=0.55).vector calculations demonstrated a greater amount of undercorrection in the tomography group and the rotational error was more towards counterclockwise *** monocular log MAR CDvA improved from 0.57 D to 0.49 D after SR(P=0.002).CONCLUSION:The net reduction in the magnitude of astigmatism after SR is greater in the tomography and aberrometry *** one episode of SR,there is no difference in the aberration profile.

The variables affecting determination of ultra trace levels of uranium (vI) in aqueous samples by differential pulse cathodic stripping voltammetry were examined in detail using Hg-thin film modified carbon paste and multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) incorporated carbon paste electrode. Carbon paste electrode prepared in the laboratory was modified with Hg thin film and used as the working electrode. MWCNT was incorporated into the carbon paste for enhancement in sensitivity of the measurements. Electrochemical response for the uranium (vI) reduction peak was found to be well resolved on the thin mercury film modified carbon paste surface and also with the MWCNT modification. Characteristics of the adsorption preconcentration process were investigated using electrochemical impedance measurements. Electrochemical signals were observed to be enhanced on MWCNT modification of the carbon paste.

Outcome of complex tibial plateau fractures with Ilizarov external fixation with or without minimal internal fixation

Purpose: To evaluate the clinico-radiological outcome of complex tibial plateau fractures treated with Ilizarov external fixation with or without minimal internal fixation. Methods: This retrospective review was conducted on all the cases of Schatzker types v and vI tibial plateau fractures treated by Ilizarov external fixation between July 2006 and December 2015 with the minimum follow-up duration of one year. There were 30 patients: 24 males and 6 females, mean age 43.33 years, and mean follow-up 3.6 years. Three of them were open fractures;15 cases were Schatzkertype v fractures and the other 15 type vI. According to AO/OTA classification, there were 11 type C1, 12 C2 and 7 type C3 fractures. Outcome assessment was made with American Knee Society Score (AKSS) and Rasmussen's Radiological Score (RRS) at final follow-up. Results: Out of the 30 cases, mini-open reduction was performed in 7, bone graft in 4, minimal internal fixation in 10 and knee temporary immobilisation in 11 patients. Mean duration of external fixation was 11.8 weeks. All fractures united. Pin tract infections in 7 and common peroneal neuropathy in 2 patients were self-limiting. Two patients had axial misalignment of less than 10°. At final follow-up, the mean knee range of motion was 114.7, mean AKSS 81.5 and mean RRS 16.7. On statistical analysis, Schatzker type of fractures, use of minimal internal fixation and knee-spanning did not influence the final outcome. Conclusion: Ilizarov external fixator with or without minimal internal fixation provides acceptable outcome for complex tibial plateau fractures. Care must be taken to look for minor loss of alignment, especially in Type vI Schatzker fractures after removal of the fixator. However small sample size precludes firm conclusions.
