Sperm identification and selection is an essential task when processing human testicular samples for in vitro *** and identifying sperm cell(s)in human testicular biopsy samples is labor intensive and time *** developed a new computer-aided sperm analysis(CASA)system,which utilizes deep learning for near human-level performance on testicular sperm extraction(TESE),trained on a custom *** system automates the identification of sperm in testicular biopsy samples.A dataset of 702 de-identified images from testicular biopsy samples of 30 patients was *** image was normalized and passed through glare filters and diffraction *** data were split 80%,10%,and 10%into training,validation,and test sets,***,a deep object detection network,composed of a feature extraction network and object detection network,was trained on this *** model was benchmarked against embryologists’performance on the detection *** deep learning CASA system achieved a mean average precision(mAP)of 0.741,with an average recall(AR)of 0.376 on our *** proposed method can work in real time;its speed is effectively limited only by the imaging speed of the *** results indicate that deep learning-based technologies can improve the efficiency of finding sperm in testicular biopsy samples.

Lanthanum doped nickel-cobalt nano ferrites with chemical formula Ni_(0.5)Co_(0.5)LaxFe_(2-x)O_(4)(x=0.05,0,10,0.15 and 0,20) were prepared using a simple sol-gel auto combustion *** basic structural properties were determined by X-ray diffraction method and the formation of single phased spinel ferrite was *** crystalline size decreased from 25 to 11 nm and lattice parameter a increases with increase of La *** surface morphology of these ferrites was observed by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and agglomerated irregular grains are observed with increase of the rare earth element La ***-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX) result confirms the presence of the required *** Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) spectrum indicates the formation of the spinel ferrite structure with M-O *** direct band measurements from ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(Uv-vis) spectroscopy indicate that the direct band gap decreases from 1.39 to 1.19 ev for x=0.05 to x=0.15,then increases to 1.28 ev for x=*** room temperature magnetic properties of these ferrites were studied by a vibrating sample magnetometer(vSM).The enhanced saturation magnetization of 49.73 emu/g is observed for x=0.10 and then saturation magnetizations are gradually decreased for x=0.15 and x=*** the remanent magnetization and coercivity also follow the same trend.

The early Archean oceans were marked by significant redox changes which have subsequently shaped the Earth’s *** chemical sediments of banded Iron and Manganese formations provide important geochemical proxies for these historical shifts in the redox conditions and to trace the ancient sedimentation patterns and *** this study,we investigate the proto-ore of the Archean Mn-formations of the Sandur,Chitradurga and Shimoga greenstone belts of Dharwar Craton of southern Peninsular India,which is geochemically characterised as quartz arenites,Mn-arenites,Fe-arenites,Mn-argillites and *** geochemical systematics suggest their deposition in shallow to deeper shelf in the Archean *** detrital zircon U-Pb systematics of Mn arenites and argillites indicate their maximum depositional age of 3230±52 Ma representing the oldest onset of sedimentation during the Paleo-Mesoarchean timeframe in the Chitradurga Group of Dharwar *** detrital influx proxies suggest variations in sedimentation rates associated with the Archean transgressive-regressive cycles and fluctuating hydrodynamic conditions,together reflecting an increasing trend in the contributions of recycled sediment from Sandur to Chitradurga and Shimoga greenstone *** available detrital zircon ages of the Mn arenites and argillites from these greenstone belts indicate a~600 Ma prolonged period of Mn deposition for which high-T hydrothermal fluids from Archean mid-oceanic ridges supplied the *** trace element compositions of the concordant detrital zircons suggest 3.3-3.1 Ga Dharwar basement TTG/granitoid source which is corroborated by the zircon crystallization temperatures of 690-820℃.The source-normalisedα-dose rates of the detrital zircons signify greater degrees of sediment transport and multi-cycle nature which correspond to the earliest episode of crustal growth in the Indian sub-continent associated with the Mesoarchean Ur supercontinent.T

Background: Duodenoscope-related multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO) infections raise concerns. Disposable duodenoscopes have been recently introduced in the market and approved by regulatory agencies with the aim to reduce the risk of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) associated infections. The aim of this study was to evaluate the outcome of procedures performed with single-use duodenoscopes in patients with clinical indications to single-operator cholangiopancreatoscopy. Methods: This is a multicenter international, retrospective study combining all patients who underwent complex biliopancreatic interventions using the combination of a single-use duodenoscope and a single-use cholangioscope. The primary outcome was technical success defined as ERCP completion for the intended clinical indication. Secondary outcomes were procedural duration, rate of cross-over to reusable duodenoscope, operator-reported satisfaction score(1 to 10) on performance rating of the single-use duodenoscope, and adverse event(AE) rate. Results: A total of 66 patients(26, 39.4% female) were included in the study. ERCP was categorized according to ASGE ERCP grading system as 47(71.2%) grade 3 and 19(28.8%) grade 4. The technical success rate was 98.5%(65/66). Procedural duration was 64(interquartile range 15-189) min, cross-over rate to reusable duodenoscope was 1/66(1.5%). The satisfaction score of the single-use duodenoscope classified by the operators was 8.6 ± 1.3 points. Four patients(6.1%) experienced AEs not directly related to the single-use duodenoscope, namely 2 post-ERCP pancreatitis(PEP), 1 cholangitis and 1 ***: Single-use duodenoscope is effective, reliable and safe even in technically challenging procedures with a non-inferiority to reusable duodenoscope, making these devices a viable alternative to standard reusable equipment.

Current system focuses on design&construction of a multistage reciprocating evaporative cooling test *** packings that are used will undergo the reciprocating action,powered by the cam follower mechanism maintained at an actual rotation *** dry bulb temperature&humidity values are varied to replicate the varying climatic conditions,and the output parameters such as cooling load,evaporation rate(ER),humidification efficiency(HE),coefficient of performance(COP)are *** results showed that as inlet humidity raises,the performance of system *** the rise in the camshaft speed or packing velocity,there is an upsurge in the performance until a cam speed of 10 r/min or packing velocity of 0.083 m/s and with further increases in the value,overall performance *** system gave a maximum COP,ER,and HE equal to 3.80,73.87%,and 0.53 g/kg respectively.A rise in the inlet air temperature yielded a maximum change in dry bulb temperature of 8.2℃.Overall,results indicated that evaporative cooling is more effective in arid climates than the cold and humid *** quality test is performed to measure CO_(2),Total volatile Organic Compound(TvOC),and Formaldehyde(HCHO),and it is found that humidified air entering the defined space is of excellent quality.

Efforts have been made to evaluate the influences of the addition of nanoparticles on the strength,durability and mineralogical changes of high strength concrete(HSC).Therefore,mixes were prepared for conventional concrete mix(CCM)of M80 ***,various mixes were prepared by replacing cementitious materials initially with 1%Nano-CaCO_(3)(NC),2%NC,3%NC in the CCM,and then 1%NC and Nano-SiO_(2)(NS)NS,2%NC and NS,3%NC and NS(NC and NS were in equal proportion)in the *** developed concretes were then evaluated for mechanical properties,permeation characteristics,and mineralogical *** the studies,it is found that the concrete at 2%NCS possesses superior mechanical and superior permeation characteristics of all the mixes.A clear variation in the mineralogical structure with the addition of nanoparticles has been observed.

Patients with cirrhosis have a state of“rebalanced hemostasis”where there is a simultaneous reduction in both qualitative and quantitative properties of procoagulants and anticoagulants,i.e.,platelets,fibrinogen,coagulation factors,protein C,S,and antithrombin and conversely,there is an increase in the levels of von Willebrand factor,endothelial factor vIII,tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA),and plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1(PAI-1)(1).Laboratory tests,such as INR,involving these coagulation proteins have been used for the prognostication of patients with cirrhosis/liver failure and have historically been part of several severity scores(2,3).Spontaneous bleeding due to clotting factor deficiencies is less frequent in the absence of mechanical trauma,while thrombosis is not uncommon and may merit anticoagulation therapy(4).However,the management of patients with cirrhosis with abnormalities in the hemostasis system is *** meet this unmet need,the European Association for the Study of the Liver(EASL)developed new guidelines for the prevention and management of bleeding and thrombosis in patients with cirrhosis(5).The bleeding here is referred to mucocutaneous and visceral bleeding events.

Mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) are subjected to attack detectionfor transmitting and creating new messages or existing message *** attacker on another node evaluates the forging activity in themessage directly or indirectly. Every node sends short packets in a MANETenvironment with its identifier, location on the map, and time through *** attackers on the network broadcast the warning message usingfaked coordinates, providing the appearance of a network collision. Similarly,MANET degrades the channel utilization performance. Performancehighly affects network performance through security algorithms. This paperdeveloped a trust management technique called Enhanced Beacon TrustManagement with Hybrid Optimization (EBTM-Hyopt) for efficient clusterhead selection and malicious node detection. It tries to build trust amongconnected nodes and may improve security by requiring every participatingnode to develop and distribute genuine, accurate, and trustworthy materialacross the network. Specifically, optimized cluster head election is done periodicallyto reduce and balance the energy consumption to improve the lifetimenetwork. The cluster head election optimization is based on hybridizingParticle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Gravitational Search OptimizationAlgorithm (GSOA) concepts to enable and ensure reliable routing. Simulationresults show that the proposed EBTM-HYOPT outperforms the state-of-thearttrust model in terms of 297.99 kbps of throughput, 46.34% of PDR, 13%of energy consumption, 165.6 kbps of packet loss, 67.49% of end-to-end delay,and 16.34% of packet length.

For the instability problem of density stratified shear flows in sea straits with variable cross sections, a new semielliptical instability region is found. Rurthermore, the instability of the bounded shear layer is studied in two cases：（i） the density which takes two different constant values in two layers and （ii） the density which takes three different constant values in three layers. In both cases, the dispersion relation is found to be a quartic equation in the complex phase velocity. It is found that there are two unstable modes in a range of the wave numbers in the first case, whereas there is only one unstable mode in the second case.
