This paper presents a comprehensive techno-economic and environmental impact analysis of electric two-wheeler batteries in *** technical comparison reveals that sodium-ion(Na-ion)and lithium-ion(Li-ion)batteries outperform lead-acid batteries in various parameters,with Na-ion and Li-ion batteries exhibiting higher energy densities,higher power densities,longer cycle lives,faster charge rates,better compactness,lighter weight and lower self-discharge *** economic comparison,Na-ion batteries were found to be~12-14%more expensive than Li-ion ***,the longer lifespans and higher energy densities of Na-ion and Li-ion batteries can offset their higher costs through improved performance and long-term ***-acid batteries have the highest environmental impact,while Li-ion batteries demonstrate better environmental performance and potential for ***-ion batteries offer promising environmental advantages with their abundance,lower cost and lower toxic and hazardous material *** recycling processes can further enhance the environmental benefits of Na-ion ***,this research examines the potential of Na-ion batteries as a cheaper alternative to Li-ion batteries,considering India’s abundant sodium resources in regions such as Rajasthan,Chhattisgarh,Jharkhand and others.

The effects of drag imposed by extrinsic ionic species and point defects on the grain boundary motion of ionic polycrystalline ceramics were quantified for the generality of electrical,chemical,or structural driving *** the absence of,or for small driving forces,the extended electrochemical grain boundary remains pinned and symmetrically distributed about the structural *** the grain boundary begins to move,charged defects accumulate unsymmetrically about the structural grain boundary *** the critical driving force for motion,grain boundaries progressively shed individual ionic species,from heavier to lighter,until they display no interfacial electrostatic charge and zero schottky *** p-n junction moving grain boundaries that induce a finite electrostatic potential difference across entire grains are identified for high velocity *** developed theory is demonstrated for Fe-doped srTiO_(3).The increase in average Fe concentration and grain boundary crystallographic misorientation enhances grain boundary core segregation and results in thick space charge layers,which leads to a stronger drag force that reduces the velocity of the *** developed theory sets the stage to assess the effects of externally applied fields such as temperature,electromagnetic fields,and chemical stimuli to control the grain growth for developing textured,oriented microstructures desirable for a wide range of applications.

The microstructural mechanisms leading to onset of the flash sintering are demonstrated experimentally and theoretically for Yttria stabilized Zirconia,*** regimes leading to flash event are identified:(1)Radiation-dominated regime,where the oven controls the heating of the sintered sample,and a small subset of particle-particle contacts and surfaces of the green body define percolative paths for the charge to flow along and across the interfaces;(2)Transition regime,where charge transport is suppressed across particle contact misorientations and deflects to surficial and small angle particle contact *** a result,internal Joule heating takes over externally-driven radiation ***,(3)Percolative regime,where the concentration of oxygen vacancies drastically increases at particle contacts,surfaces,and triple junctions,and enables charge to flow through multiple paths,generating large amounts of Joule heating,resulting in the onset of a flash *** validated theory sets the stage to rationalize the microstructural evolution and charge transport on a ceramic green body during flash sintering.

Importance: This post-marketing surveillance study was conducted to evaluate real-world information about the efficacy and safety of oral Tinefconsup>?sup> tablets (sphaeranthus indicus based) in plaque psoriasis patients. Materials and Methods: Patients aged at least 18 years and older with clinical diagnosis of plaque psoriasis, were enrolled in this open label, non-comparative, multicenter trial. All eligible subjects received four 700 mg Tinefconsup>?sup> tablets/day for 12 weeks. The primary outcome measure was percent change in Psoriasis Area severity Index (PAsI) score from baseline to week 12. The secondary outcome measures were Physician Global Assessment (PGA), Nail Psoriasis severity Index (NAPsI), Psoriatic Arthritis Evaluation and Gene Expression Profiling and Immunohistochemistry. Results: After completion of Tinefconsup>?sup> treatment at 12 weeks, more than half of subjects (52%) achieved PAsI 50 response;PAsI 75 response was attained in 68 (23%) subjects and PAsI 90 response in 22 (7%) subjects. Five subjects with severe psoriasis achieved PAsI 90 without receiving any concomitant medication. Reduction in severity as assessed by PGA was observed in more than half of patients with moderate disease. Histopathological evaluation revealed that epidermal thickness was considerably reduced in 66% of subjects. The expression of inflammatory marker s100A9 protein was(meaningfully reduced in 60% patients with non-significant reduction of Keratin 10 protein expression. Gene expression analysis showed increase down regulation of sERPINB4;PI3 and KRT16 genes after a 12-week treatment period in subjects with higher PAsI scores. Conclusion: Oral Tinefconsup>?sup> tablets showed good efficacy and had a favorable safety profile in plaque psoriasis patients.
