Dynamic regulation of the irrigation-nitrogen-biochar nexus for the synergy of yield,quality,carbon emission and resource use efficiency in tomato

Integrated water and fertilizer management is important for promoting sustainable development of facility agriculture,and biochar plays an important role in guaranteeing food production,as well as alleviating water shortages and the overuse of *** field experiment had twelve treatments and a control(CK)trial including two irrigation amounts(I1,100%ETm;I2,60%ETm;where ETm is the maximum evapotranspiration),two nitrogen applications(N1,360 kg ha^(−1);N2,120 kg ha^(−1))and three biochar application levels(b1,60 t ha^(−1);b_(2),30 t ha^(−1)and b3,0 t ha^(−1)).A multi-objective synergistic irrigation-nitrogen-biochar application system for improving tomato yield,quality,water and nitrogen use efficiency,and greenhouse emissions was developed by integrating the techniques of experimentation and ***,a coupled irrigation-nitrogen-biochar plot experiment was ***,tomato yield and fruit quality parameters were determined experimentally to establish the response relationships between irrigation-nitrogen-biochar dosage and yield,comprehensive quality of tomatoes(TCQ),irrigation water use efficiency(IWUE),partial factor productivity of nitrogen(PFPN),and net greenhouse gas emissions(NgE).Finally,a multi-objective dynamic optimization regulation model of irrigation-nitrogen-biochar resource allocation at different growth stages of tomato was constructed which was solved by the fuzzy programming *** results showed that the application of irrigation and nitrogen to biochar promoted increase in yield,IWUE and PFPN,while it had an inhibitory effect on *** addition,the optimal allocation amounts of water and fertilizer were different under different *** yield of the S1 scenario increased by 8.31%compared to the b_(1)I_(1)N_(2) treatment;TCQ of the S2 scenario increased by 5.14%compared to the b_(2)I_(2)N_(1) treatment;IWUE of the S3 scenario increased by 10.01%compared to the b1I2N2 treatment;PFPN of the S4 scenario increased by

Estrogen is imperative to mammalian reproductivity,metabolism,and ***,the hormone activating estrogen receptor(ERs)αcan cause major safety concerns due to the enrichment of ERαin female tissues and certain *** contrast,ERβis more broadly expressed in metabolic tissues and the ***,it is desirable to generate selective ERβagonist conjugates for maximizing the therapeutic effects of ERs while minimizing the risks of ERα***,we report the design and production of small molecule conjugates containing selective non-steroid ERβagonists gtx878 or *** of aged mice with our synthesized conjugates improved aging-associated declines in insulin sensitivity,visceral adipose integrity,skeletal muscle function,and skin health,with validation in *** further uncovered the benefits of ERβconjugates in the skin using two inducible skin injury mouse models,showing increased skin basal cell proliferation,epidermal thickness,and wound ***,our ERβ-selective agonist conjugates offer novel therapeutic potential to improve aging-associated conditions and aid in rejuvenating skin health.

In these days the traffic is expanding quickly and the activity conditions on Indian roads are exceedingly heterogeneous in nature because of variety of vehicles with various static and dynamic *** to unrestricted movements all fast and slow moving vehicles without any separation,the roads will face severe congestion and lower *** greater part of national and state highways in India are two lane undivided *** two lane highways achieve its greatest limit soon and require consistent up gradation to do this we need to estimate capacity of selected *** this present paper,attempts have been made to collect traffic volume for whole 7 days at national highways such as NH-206&*** tried to compute PCU values at selected stretches on highways by using those values attempts has been made to estimate capacity and to compare those values with the regression equation *** from the present study we got ADT at different section on highways,calculated PCU values as per Chandra’s method at various sections on highways and got marginal difference with the values recommended by *** is found that with the increase in lane width,speed and radius substantially caused increased in PCU *** we developed linear regression equations to estimate capacity and compared those values with the values as we got using Chandra’s *** most of the cases the error is observed to be less than 3%.The percentage error is in the range between 0.02 and 2.41 which is very *** from the study it has been observed that increase in lane width and radius at curves obviously increases the capacity their by increases both comfort and safety of the road users.

本研究采用高速火焰喷涂(HVOF)沉积技术,将碳化钒(VC)和铜镍铬(CuNiCr)复合涂层应用于SS316不锈钢上,以解决不锈钢在海洋环境中的腐蚀问题。在室温环境下,在3.5%氯化钠溶液中进行电化学腐蚀,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散光谱(EDS)对有涂层和未覆涂层样品的表面形貌进行检测。结果表明,涂层内由铜(Cu)、镍(Ni)和铬(Cr)组成的金属间黏合剂在氯化钠介质的影响下发生变质,从而导致出现衬底间的局部点蚀现象。有趣的是,在涂层配方中加入碳化钒(VC)显著地增强了表面的耐腐蚀性能,从而阻止了密闭腐蚀凹坑的出现。在不同类的涂层中,加入VC的效果最好,最小的腐蚀速率为72.38×10^(-3)mm/a,相比之下,SS316基底的腐蚀速率最快。

Among many factors known to alter the outcomes of T cell receptor(TCR)-induced proximal signaling,the role of human germline variants in dictating the individuality of the anti-tumor CD8 T cell response has remained challenging to ***,we describe a convenient strategy for molecular and functional characterization of phosphotyrosine-altering non-synonymous single nucleotide variations(pTyr-SNVs)that directly impact TCR-induced proximal phosphotyrosine motif-based signaling *** devise an experimental co-cultivation set-up comprising a C57bL/6 mouse-derived metastatic melanoma cell line engineered to constitutively present ovalbumin(OVA)antigens and retrovirally engineered syngeneic major histocompatibility complex(MHC)Class I restricted OVA TCR-transgenic CD8 T cells(OT-I).Using the synthetic version of pTyr-SNV rs1178800678-g/T-encoding integrin alpha 4(ITgA4)p.S1027I variant as a prototype,we show that under identical TCR stimulation conditions,genetically determined membrane-proximal immunoreceptor tyrosin activation motif(ITAM)results in increased tyrosine phosphorylation of 70 kDa zeta-chain-associated protein(ZAP70)and the levels of cytotoxic effector molecule granzyme b.g.Mb),which in turn result in enhanced cytotoxic activity against metastatic melanoma cell *** strategy paves the way for rapid molecular and functional characterization of anti-tumor immune response-linked germline pTyr-SNVs so as to improve our understanding of the genetic basis of individual-to-individual differences in anti-tumor CD8 T cell response.

The tephra layers in multiple sediment cores from the offshore region of the Mahanadi basin in the northern bay of bengal were investigated for possible volcanic sources. The glass shards from those tephra layers were studied for size distribution, texture, and elemental geochemistry to establish chronostratigraphic markers for regional and global Quaternary correlation. The textural features of fine-grained(silty) volcanic glasses suggest the distal source of these tephra deposits. Major element composition with elevated SiO_(2) contents ranging between75%–76% and dominance of K_(2)O(> 4.5%) over CaO(ggest ashes have originated from siliceous rhyolitic melts, similar to the petrographic composition of tephra from the Toba volcano. The bulk trace element compositions of the same glass shards were comparable with those reported in the youngest Toba tephra reported elsewhere. Likewise, the LREE-dominated chondrite normalized REE profiles of tephra from the Mahanadi basin closely resemble the characteristic REE patterns in Toba ash from other parts of the Indian Ocean and thus confirmed the contribution of the youngest Toba super-eruption for this ash layers.
