The objective of this study was to relate experimental pressure fluctuation behavior to the transition in mode of flow observed in fluidized dense phase pneumatic conveying of fly *** entropy and wavelet analysis were utilized to extract features of the flow *** db4 wavelet analysis of pulsating air pressure revealed that the flow mechanism of fly ash in a fluidized dense phase possessed non-steady characteristics associated with gradual aeration of dunes along the direction of *** of Shannon entropy values along the length of the pipeline were assessed to determine the location at which the flow converted from dense to dilute phase *** effects of conveying parameters and specific power consumption on Shannon entropy and variations of the local power consumption coefficient are discussed.

The manner by which eukaryotic genomes are packaged into nuclei while maintaining crucial nuclear functions remains one of the fundamental mysteries in biology. Over the last ten years, we have witnessed rapid advances in both microscopic and nucleic acid-based approaches to map genome architecture, and the application of these approaches to the dissection of higher- order chromosomal structures has yielded much new information. It is becoming increasingly clear, for example, that interphase chromosomes form stable, multilevel hierarchical structures. Among them, self-associating domains like so-called topologically associating domains （TADs） appear to be building blocks for large-scale genomic organization. This review describes features of these broadly-defined hierarchical structures, insights into the mechanisms underlying their formation, our current understanding of how interactions in the nuclear space are linked to gene regulation, and important future directions for the field.

The increasing demand for infrastructural facilities in hill areas needs efficient spatial planning at the local level through land suitability assessment,which is influenced by a number of factors. There has been little systematic empirical work for identification and evaluation of the factors affecting spatial planning decisions in hill areas. The present study focuses on identifying the critical factors for land suitability assessment at the local level in hill areas and determining their percentage influence, which has been done in two stages. In the first stage, the comprehensive list of 21 factors from the reported literature was prepared which was further condensed to the critical factors. In the second stage, the percentage influence of the critical factors was calculated by analyzing the experts’ opinions collected through a questionnaire survey. Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was used for the analysis of the questionnaire for weighting the critical factors. The slope was identified with the highest weight followed by aspect, surface runoff, elevation, and vegetation,whereas groundwater table, existing utilities,accessibility, soil type, and land use have comparatively less weights. The results of the study were used for the identification of locations for builtup facilities of an educational campus located in hill areas of Himachal Pradesh, India.

The notion of ideal convergence is a generalization of statistical convecgence which has been intensively investigated in last few years. For an admissible ideal ∮ C N × N, the aim of the present paper is to introduce the concepts of ∮-convergence and ：∮＊-convergence for double sequences on probabilistic normed spaces （PN spaces for short）. We give some relations related to these notions and find condition on the ideal ∮ for which both the notions coincide. We also define ∮-Cauchy and ：∮＊- Cauchy double sequences on PN spaces and show that ∮-convergent double sequences are ∮-Cauchy on these spaces. We establish example which shows that our method of convergence for double sequences on PN spaces is more general.

Content-centric Networking(CCN) is progressively flattering the substitutable approach to the Internet architecture through illuminating information(content) dissemination on the Internet with content *** emergent proportion of Internet circulation has expectant adjusting Content-centric architecture to enhance serve the user prerequisites of accessing *** recent years,one of the key aspects of CCN is ubiquitous in-network caching,which has been widely received great attention in research *** foremost shortcoming of in-network caching is that content producers have no awareness about where their content is put in *** routers in CCN have caching capabilities,therefore,each and every content router can cache the content item in its storage *** is problematic in the case in which a producer wishes to update or make the changes in its content *** this paper,we present an approach regarding how to address this issue with a scheme called efficient content update(ECU).Our proposed ECU scheme achieves content update via trifling packets that resemble contemporary CCN communication messages with the use of additional *** measure the performance of ECU scheme by means of simulations and make available a comprehensive exploration of its results.

Among many factors known to alter the outcomes of T cell receptor(TCR)-induced proximal signaling,the role of human germline variants in dictating the individuality of the anti-tumor CD8 T cell response has remained challenging to ***,we describe a convenient strategy for molecular and functional characterization of phosphotyrosine-altering non-synonymous single nucleotide variations(pTyr-SNVs)that directly impact TCR-induced proximal phosphotyrosine motif-based signaling *** devise an experimental co-cultivation set-up comprising a C57BL/6 mouse-derived metastatic melanoma cell line engineered to constitutively present ovalbumin(OVA)antigens and retrovirally engineered syngeneic major histocompatibility complex(MHC)Class I restricted OVA TCR-transgenic CD8 T cells(OT-I).Using the synthetic version of pTyr-SNV rs1178800678-G/T-encoding integrin alpha 4(ITGA4)p.S1027I variant as a prototype,we show that under identical TCR stimulation conditions,genetically determined membrane-proximal immunoreceptor tyrosin activation motif(ITAM)results in increased tyrosine phosphorylation of 70 kDa zeta-chain-associated protein(ZAP70)and the levels of cytotoxic effector molecule granzyme B(GZMB),which in turn result in enhanced cytotoxic activity against metastatic melanoma cell *** strategy paves the way for rapid molecular and functional characterization of anti-tumor immune response-linked germline pTyr-SNVs so as to improve our understanding of the genetic basis of individual-to-individual differences in anti-tumor CD8 T cell response.

Professor Junliang Chen, an outstanding editorial leader, will continue to serve as Editor in Chief, aided by three distinguished Associ-ate EICs： Prof. Zhisheng Niu who is an Editor of IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine and a Guest Editor oJ this issue, Prof. Weimin Hao who is a senior advisor of Ad- visory Committee in CIC with over 50 years experiences in telecommunications engineering, research and management, and Prof. Andrzej Jajszczyk, past Editor in Chief of IEEE Communications Magazine and ComSoc Director of Maga- zines. Professor Chen and the three Associate EICs will oversee a strong international editorial staff, growing with the publication as it becomes a leading magazine for infor- mation and communication technologies （ICT） professionals around the world, with authors from many countries but with special emphasis on technology created in China. This study deals with the development of drum brake liner for a multi-utility vehicle possessing a hydraulic brake system by varying 7 weight%of steel fiber and stainless steel fiber each,in friction composite *** developed friction composites were tested for physical,chemical,corrosion,mechanical,thermal properties,and tribological characteristics,under near-actual conditions using an inertia dynamometer as per industrial *** element analysis software(ANSYS)analysis was performed to show the thermal stress distribution of the developed friction composites at the maximum temperature rise due to heat generated during brake stops,and an extensive evaluation method was used to rank the *** study concludes that the brake factor of the stainless steel fiber-based friction composite produces stable performance in all conditions with a lower liner temperature rise of 340°C and lower thermal stress at 4.255294 ***,the steel fiber-based composites produced high performance at the beginning but deteriorated after a certain period due to higher levels of corrosion and a high temperature rise of 361°C resulting in a negative fade(-0.84%)and more thermal stress(5.619102 MPa).The primary plateau,secondary plateau,back transfer of drum wear debris,and the distribution of constituents on the worn surface of the developed composites in a resin matrix were identified and studied using a scanning electron microscope(SEM)equipped with energy-dispersive spectroscopy.
