Chronic inflammation results from excessive pro-inflammatory signaling and the failure to resolve the inflammatory *** mediators orchestrate both the initiation and resolution of *** from pro-inflammatory to pro-resolving lipid mediator biosynthesis is considered as efficient strategy to relieve chronic inflammation,though drug candidates exhibiting such features are *** from a library of vietnamese medical plant extracts,we identified isomers of the biflavanoid 8-methylsocotrin-4’-ol from Dracaena cambodiana,which limit inflammation by targeting 5-lipoxygenase and switching the lipid mediator profile from leukotrienes to specialized pro-resolving mediators(SPM).Elucidation of the absolute configurations of 8-methylsocotrin-4’-ol revealed the 2 S,γSisomer being most active,and molecular docking studies suggest that the compound binds to an allosteric site between the 5-lipoxygenase *** identified additional subordinate targets within lipid mediator biosynthesis,including microsomal prostaglandin E2 *** production is efficiently suppressed in activated human neutrophils,macrophages,and blood,while the induction of SPM biosynthesis is restricted to M2 *** shift from leukotrienes to SPM was also evident in mouse peritonitis in vivo and accompanied by a substantial decrease in immune cell *** summary,we disclose a promising drug candidate that combines potent 5-lipoxygenase inhibition with the favorable reprogramming of lipid mediator profiles.

Application Responsibility Accounting to Sustainable Development in vietnam Manufacturers： An Empirical Study

vietnamese enterprises continue to face serious difficulties due to the influence of fmancial crisis in the past years. One of efficent management tools at present in the process of decision-making in management, operation, and control of the administrator＇s business operations, strengthen development of vietnamese enterprises is Responsibility Accounting （RA）. However, responsibility accounting in general is a very new content in both theoretical and practice in viet Nam. Therefore, determining theoretical framework of responsibility accounting and the level of responsibility accounting application enables enterprise administrators to make a decision exactly, promptly and comprehensively as content of important argument. This research aims to identify the development of responsibility accounting, from four primary elements of initial accounting responsibilities （Don ＆ Marynne, 2005） developed into seven elements （Gharayba, Fatena, Debi, Ma＇Moon, ＆ Nasar, 2011） and developed into 43 scales matching seven elements （Hanini, 2013） and some new items in this paper. The research also identifies the level application of responsibility accounting according to seven elements of responsibility accounting is medium or high application level and has solutions to improve level of responsibility accounting application in vietnam＇s textile and garment enterprises. This is the scientific basis for vietnam enterprises in general and vietnam＇s textile and garment enterprises in particular have a successful application of responsibility accounting to improve performance. In this paper, SPSS （Statistical Product and Service Solutions） 22 was used to collect and analyse data by distributing 64 questionnaires on managers and head of departments from vietnamese textile and garment manufacturers.

ANALYSIS AND PREDICTION OF TROPICAL STORM PAKHAR AT NATIONAL CENTER FOR HYDRO-METEOROLOGICAL FORECASTING OF viet NAM

Tropical Storm Pakhar appeared as a low pressure system over the South China Sea on March 26, 2012. It then became a tropical storm a few days later on March 29, 2012. Pakhar was really an abnormal tropical storm activated over the South China Sea in March which seldom appeared at that time. The movement of Pakhar was not very complicated because it mainly moved under the steering lines of subtropical high pressure systems. However, its intensity was still a problem for many typhoon centers, especially when Pakhar experienced a rapid intensification within 12 hours at 00 Z on March 30. At that time NCHMF and JRTD(Japan) warned it as a tropical storm, while BABJ(China) and JTWC(US navy) warned as severe tropical storm and typhoon respectively. Pakhar decreased quickly when approached the onshore areas of viet Nam. At 08 Z on 1 April, upon analyzing the radar data at Nha Be station and the half-hourly observations along the coastline, NCHMF downgraded Pakhar into a tropical depression, while other typhoon centers maintained Pakhar’s intensity as a tropical storm untill 00 Z on 2 April.

BACKGROUND Human leukocyte antigen(HLA)class II molecules are cell surface receptor proteins found on antigen-presenting *** and mutations in the HLA gene can affect the immune system and the progression of hepatitis *** To study the relation between rs2856718 of HLA-DQ,rs3077,and rs9277535 of HLA-DP,hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related cirrhosis,and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).METHODS In this case-control study,the genotypes of these single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)were screened in 315 healthy controls,471 chronic hepatitis B patients,250 patients with HBV-related liver cirrhosis,and 251 patients with HCC using TaqMan real-time *** conducted Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and linkage disequilibrium tests on the genotype distributions of rs2856718,rs3077,and rs9277535 before hierarchical clustering analysis to build the complex interaction between the markers in each patient *** The physical distance separating these SNPs was 29816 kB with the disequilibrium(D’)values ranging from 0.07 to *** close linkage between rs3077 and rs9277535 was attributed to a distance of 21 *** D’value decreased from moderate in the healthy control group(D’=0.50,P<0.05)to weak in the hepatic disease group(D’<0.3,P<0.05).In a combination of the three variants rs2856718,rs3077,and rs9277535,the A allele decreased hepatic disease risk[A-A-A haplotype,risk ratio(RR)=0.44(0.14;1.37),P<0.05].The G allele had the opposite effect[G-A/G-G haplotype,RR=1.12(1.02;1.23),P<0.05].In liver cancer cases,the A-A-A/G haplotype increased the risk of HCC by 1.58(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Rs9277535 affects liver fibrosis progression due to HBV infection,while rs3077 is associated with a risk of HBVrelated *** link between rs2856718,rs3077,and rs9277535 and disease risk was determined using a multiclustering analysis.

Contributions of Rotation,Expansion and Line Broadening to the Morphology and Kinematics of the Inner CSE of Oxygen-rich AGB Star R Hya

We use archival ALMA observations of the CO(2-1)and SiO(5-4)molecular line emissions of AGB star R Hya to illustrate the relative contributions of rotation,expansion and line broadening to the morphology and kinematics of the circumstellar envelope(CSE)within some~70 au(~0."5)from the centre of the *** give evidence for rotation and important line broadening to dominate the inner region,within~14 au(~100 mas)from the centre of the *** former is about an axis that projects a few degrees west of north and has a projected rotation velocity of a few km s^(-1).The latter occurs within some 7-14 au(50-100 mas)from the centre of the star,with the line width reaching two to three times its value outside this *** suggest that it is caused by shocks induced by stellar pulsations and convective cell *** show the importance of properly accounting for the observed line broadening when discussing rotation and evaluating the radial dependence of the rotation velocity.

Calibration of a neutron dose rate meter in various neutron standard fields

This paper presents the calibration of a neutron dose rate meter and the evaluation of its calibration factors(CFs)in several neutron standard fields(i.e.,two standard fields with bare sources of252Cf and241Am-Be,and five simulated workplace fields with241Am-Be moderated sources).The calibration in standard fields with bare sources was conducted by following the recommendations of the ISO 8529 *** measured total neutron ambient dose equivalent rates,denoted as H*(10)tot,were analyzed to obtain direct components,denoted as H*(10)dir,using a reduced fitting *** CF was then calculated as the ratio between the conventional true value of the neutron ambient dose equivalent rate in a free field,denoted as H*(10)FF,and the value of H*(10)*** contrast,in the simulated workplace neutron fields,the calibration of the neutron dose rate meter was conducted by following the ISO 12789 *** CF was calculated as the ratio between the values of H*(10)totmeasured by a standard instrument(i.e.,Bonner sphere spectrometer)and the neutron dose rate *** CF values were obtained in the range of 0.88–*** standard uncertainties(k=1)of the CFs were determined to be in the range of approximately 6.6–13.1%.

The spread of tuberculosis(TB),especially multidrug-resistant TB and extensively drug-resistant TB,has strongly motivated the research and development of new anti-TB *** strategies to facilitate drug combinations,including pharmacokinetics-guided dose optimization and toxicology studies of first-and second-line anti-TB drugs have also been introduced and *** chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)has arguably become the gold standard in the analysis of both endo-and exo-genous *** technique has been applied successfully not only for therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM)but also for pharmacometabolomics *** improves the effectiveness of treatment,reduces adverse drug reactions,and the likelihood of drug resistance development in TB patients by determining dosage regimens that produce concentrations within the therapeutic target *** on TDM,the dose would be optimized individually to achieve favorable *** is essential in generating and validating hypotheses regarding the metabolism of anti-TB drugs,aiding in the discovery of potential biomarkers for TB diagnostics,treatment monitoring,and outcome *** article highlighted the current progresses in TDM of anti-TB drugs based on LC-MS bioassay in the last two ***,we discussed the advantages and disadvantages of this technique in practical *** pressing need for non-invasive sampling approaches and stability studies of anti-TB drugs was ***,we provided perspectives on the prospects of combining LC-MS-based TDM and pharmacometabolomics with other advanced strategies(pharmacometrics,drug and vaccine developments,machine learning/artificial intelligence,among others)to encapsulate in an all-inclusive approach to improve treatment outcomes of TB patients.

Prevalence and Patterns of Divorce in vietnam： Tradition, Modernity, and Individualism

In vietnam, divorce traditionally was considered scandalous for women, so there was a strong pressure against divorce, especially for women. While divorce has long been culturally discouraged and limited, divorce has been rapidly increasing after the renovation policy in late 1980s with alternative causes, consequences, etc Modernization is a process of transforming ＂traditional＂ society to ＂modern＂ one, in order to achieve economic development and growth, to innovate politics and to enhance their social structure towards a political, social, and economic system similar to those of western developed countries. In the field of marriage, family, and kinship, modernization process experiences the maintenance of traditional values and the appearance of the new modern values. This paper aims to examine trend and correlates of divorce and to identify social and cultural factors influencing the divorce decision, using data of divorce profiles of one district court in 10 years （i.e., 2000-2009） with total divorce profiles analyzed are 2,033 cases, of which 499 divorce couples in a rural district and 1,534 divorced couples in an urban area.
