This paper deals with H_(∞) control problem for nonlinear conformable fractional order systems. The authors first derive new sufficient condition for exponential stability of nonlinear conformable fractional order systems based on Lyapunov-like function method for conformable fractional order systems and linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) approach. Then, by introducing a new concepts of H_(∞) control problem for nonlinear conformable fractional order systems, the authors study H_(∞) performance analysis and H_(∞) state feedback controller design problems for the considered systems. In terms of LMIs, a sufficient condition is proposed to ensure the nonlinear conformable fractional order systems are not only exponentially stable, but also satisfy H_(∞) performance γ. An explicit expression for state feedback controllers is also designed to make the closed-loop system is exponentially stable with H_∞performance γ. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed results.

This paper discusses the influence of environmental factors and of normal material aging on the eigenfrequencies of concrete bridges based on monitoring data registered during 4 years of a specific bridge. It is a new composite steel-concrete bridge built in 2006 in Luxembourg. The measurements are analyzed and compared to literature data. The final objective is the use of real monitored eigenfrequencies for structural health monitoring and damage detection based on identification of stiffness losses in practical applications. Therefore, it is very important to identify and compensate for outdoor influences namely temperature, excitation force level and normal aging effects, like creep and shrinkage of concrete and their impact on material properties. The present paper aims at describing these effects in order to separate them from damage effects. It is shown that temperature change rates and temperature gradients within the bridge have an influence on the eigenfrequencies. Hence the key idea for assessment from the full database is to select only measurements with small temperature differences and slow temperature change rates.

Evaluation of Interaction between Surface Water and Groundwater in the South of hanoi City by Stable Isotope Technique

The δ18O and δ2H stable isotope techniques for studying properties of groundwater and surface help us to understand more clearly about the distribution and movement of groundwater in the South of hanoi area. There were 68 water samples from the studying area and analyzed by a Liquid Water Isotope Analyzer (LWIA-24D). The stable isotope values of the groundwater from Pleistocene aquifers were range from -3.21‰ to -9.55‰ δ18O and -35.32‰ to -67.44‰ δ2H;rainwater from -8.18‰ to -4.13‰ δ18O and -61.19‰ to -17.93‰ δ2H;Red river water from -7.51‰ to -5.29‰ δ18O and -51.60‰ to -38.99‰ δ2H. Based on stable isotope characteristics, the results show that there was a relationship between surface water and groundwater in the South of hanoi city. It is that groundwater recharges for river water in the dry season with 74%, and in the rainfall season groundwater is recharged from river with 87%.

The Da River Basin is an international basin where available access to hydrological data is limited;it has a total basin area of 52,900 km2, about 50% of the area in which it is located, vietnam. The Da River is the primary source of water for agriculture in 25 provinces and cities, and the primary source of drinking water for more than 30 million people in both urban and rural areas. It has huge economic and historical value. However, flood forecasting for the Da River basin has not been adequately addressed yet because of the challenge of the inconsistency, scarcity, poor spatial representation, as well as difficult access and incompleteness of the availability of ground observed rainfall data. In this research, the IFAS model has been utilized to assess the benefits of using satellite-based precipitation products to create flood forecasting for the whole research area. The results showed that the Integrated Flood Analysis System (IFAS) model was able to integrate the satellite-based precipitation products for simulating the flood event in the Da River basin. Also, the 3B42RT algorithm showed a definite improvement in reproducing the flood peak and low flow very well in the research area. These results could be used to enhance the effectiveness of flood management strategy in the basin.

The use of electrical energy for heating and cooling systems to control the temperature in greenhouses will lead to high production and product *** solve this problem,shallow geothermal energy as a local source of energy could be *** this study,a measurement model,the distribution profiles of temperature,and a preliminary assessment of the geothermal potential in the shallow zone at depths of 0.1 m to 3.6 m in Shouguang City,Shandong Province,eastern China were *** measurement results showed that the annual average temperature at depths of 0.1–3.6 m ranged from 13.1℃ to 17.6℃.Preliminary assessment results of the geothermal potential showed that the daily average temperature difference between the air and at depths of 1.5–3.6 m was mainly from 10℃ to 25℃ during the winter months and between-15℃ and-5℃ during the summer ***,the heating systems could operate during January,February,November,and *** May,June,and July,the cooling systems could be ***,the measurement model gave good stability results,and it could be used in combination with the monitoring of the groundwater table,a survey of the thermal conductivity of the soil,climate change studies,which helps reduce unnecessary time and costs.

In this paper,by combining the inertial technique and the gradient descent method with Polyak's stepsizes,we propose a novel inertial self-adaptive gradient algorithm to solve the split feasi-bility problem in Hilbert spaces and prove some strong and weak convergence theorems of our method under standard *** examine the performance of our method on the sparse recovery prob-lem beside an example in an infinite dimensional Hilbert space with synthetic data and give some numerical results to show the potential applicability of the proposed method and comparisons with related methods emphasize it further.
