采用恒电流法在具有不同Ni^2+/Co^2+比(摩尔比)的硫酸盐电解液中制备镍钴(Ni-Co)合金粉末。利用扫描电镜(SEm)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、原子发射光谱仪(AES)和基于SQUID的磁力仪检测粉末的形态、相结构、化学成分和磁学性能。当Ni^2+/Co^2+比从0.25增加到4.0时,颗粒形貌从菜花状和树枝状转变为珊瑚状和海绵状。Ni-Co粉末的XRD分析表明,Ni/Co比降低(Co含量增加)导致结构变化:Ni^2+/Co^2+比为4.0、1.5和0.67时,粉末为面心立方(FCC)结构;Ni/Co比为0.25时,粉末为面心立方(FCC)和六方密堆(HCP)相的混合物。增加电解液中Ni含量导致电解机理发生变化:当电解液中Ni含量低于40%(质量分数)时为不规则共沉积;Ni含量为40%~60%(质量分数)时接近平衡共沉积,Ni含量高于60%(质量分数)时则为异常共沉积。所有获得的Ni-Co合金样品均为软磁材料,其磁性参数显示出直接的成分依赖性,因为矫顽力和饱和磁化强度几乎都随Co含量线性增大。

The Ti-45Nb (mass%) alloy’s corrosive and biocompatible response in simulated physiological conditions was investigated before and after its additional high-pressure torsion (HPT) and laser irradiation processing. The grain size reduction from 2.76 µm to ~ 200 nm and the appearance of laser-induced morphologically altered and highly oxidized surface led to the significant improvement of alloy corrosion resistance and cell–implant interaction. moreover, an additional increase of the laser pulse energy from 5 to 15 mJ during the alloy irradiation in the air led to an increase in the surface oxygen content from 13.64 to 23.89% accompanied by an increase of excellent cell viability from 127.18 to 134.42%. As a result of the controlled alloy microstructural and surface modifications, the formation of protective bi-modal mixed Ti- and Nb-oxide external scale was enabled. The presence of this surface oxide scale enhanced the alloy’s resistance to corrosion deterioration and simultaneously boosted cell viability and proliferation.

A method of synthesizing Ni-based catalysts supported on α-Al2O3-based foams was developed. The foams were impregnated with aqueous solutions of metal chlorides under an air atmosphere using an aerosol route. Separate procedures involved calcination to form oxides and drying to obtain chlorides on the foam surface. The synthesized samples were subsequently reduced with hydrogen. With respect to the Ni/Al2O3 catalysts, the chloride reduction route enabled the formation ofa Ni coating without agglomerates or cracks. Further research included catalyst modification by the addition of Pd, Cu, and Fe. The influences of the additives on the degree of reduction and on the low-temperature reduction effectiveness （533 and 633 K） were examined and compared for the catalysts obtained from oxides and chlorides. Greater degrees of reduction were achieved with chlorides, whereas Pd was the most effective modifier among those investigated. The reduction process was nearly complete at 533 K in the sample that contained 0.1wt% Pd. A lower reduction temperature was utilized, and the calcination step was avoided, which may enhance the economical and technological aspects of the developed catalyst production method.

研究不同析氢条件下恒电位电解法制备铜粉的过程。采用扫描电镜(SEm)、X射线衍射(XRD)、粒度分布(PSD)和比表面积测定(SSA)对铜粉进行表征。根据电解过程析氢量的大小,形成树枝状和菜花状两种类型的颗粒。当析氢量大到足以对近电极层中的流体动力学条件产生强烈影响时,形成菜花状颗粒,否则形成树枝状颗粒。虽然颗粒的宏观结构差异很大,但他们的微观结构却相似,也就是说,这两种颗粒在微观层面上都是由近似球形的Cu颗粒小团聚体组成;球状形貌的存在是造成两种颗粒中Cu晶粒随机取向的原因。菜花样颗粒的比表面积是树枝状颗粒的3倍以上,其粒径则比树枝状颗粒的小很多。由此可见,强析氢条件对于铜粉制备是有益的。

Phosphorus overenrichment of shallow ponds prevailing in wetlands leads to their eutrophication causing the collapse of those vulnerable *** potential of phosphorus accumulation by periphyton developed on artificial substrata has been investigated in two shallow ponds(Bara?ka and?iroki Rit)in northwest Serbia and compared to the same ability of plankton and *** periphyton substrate carrier has been submerged from may to *** continuously(CS)and monthly developed(mS)periphyton were *** component of all investigated communities has been qualitatively *** accumulation of only 14.7 mg TP/m^(2) was recorded in three-month exposed periphyton *** exposed from July to August reached maximal 12.7 mg TP/m^(2).Plankton community that was characterized by more diverse and abundantly developed algal component was more effective in phosphorus accumulation(0.7 mg/g dry weight)in comparison with dominantly inorganic and diatom-dominated periphyton in Bara?*** conditions caused by recent revitalization(dredging organic matter and mud from pond basin—redigging)as well as rapid desiccation of?iroki Rit disabled making an unambiguous conclusion about the efficiency of phosphorus accumulation among different communities,but suggested slight potential of phosphorus harvesting by metaphyton in this *** to the shorter exposure time that brings the reduced risk of unpredictable changes in the ecosystem,as well as the considerable amount of accumulated phosphorus,large-scale application of one-month exposed periphyton developed on artificial substrates would be more advisable for phosphorus harvesting in nutrient affected shallow ponds.

We present Parameter Quantification Network(PQ-Net),a regression deep convolutional neural network providing quantitative analysis of powder X-ray diffraction patterns from multi-phase *** network is tested against simulated and experimental datasets of increasing complexity with the last one being an X-ray diffraction computed tomography dataset of a multi-phase Ni-Pd/CeO_(2)-ZrO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) catalytic material system consisting of ca.20,000 diffraction *** is shown that the network predicts accurate scale factor,lattice parameter and crystallite size maps for all phases,which are comparable to those obtained through full profile analysis using the Rietveld method,also providing a reliable uncertainty measure on the *** main advantage of PQNet is its ability to yield these results orders of magnitude faster showing its potential as a tool for real-time diffraction data analysis during in situ/operando experiments.
