Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) incorporated with nanocrystalline TiO2 powder (PEDOT:PSS+nc-TiO2) films were prepared by spin-coating technique. SEM surface morphology, UV-Vis spectra and NH3 gas sensing of were studied. Results showed that the PEDOT:PSS+nc-TiO2 film with a content of 9.0 wt% of TiO2 is most suitable for both the hole transport layer and the NH3 sensing. The responding time of the sensor made from this composite film reached a value as fast as 20 s. The rapid responsiveness to NH3 gas was attributed to the efficient movement of holes as the major charge carriers in PEDOT:PSS+nc-TiO2 composite films. Useful applications in organic electronic devices like light emitting diodes and gas thin film sensors can be envisaged.

Recent trends in environmental management of water resource have enlarged the demand for predicting techniques that can provide reliable, efficient and accurate water quality. In this case study, the authors applied the Artificial Neural Networks （ANN） to estimate the water quality index on the Dong Nai River flowing through Dong Nai and Binh Duong provinces. The information and data including 10 water quality parameters of the Dong Nai River at 23 monitoring stations were collected during the recorded time period from 2010 to 2014 to build water quality prediction models. The results of the study demonstrated that the Water Quality Index （WQI） forecasted with GRNN was very significant and had high correlation coefficient （R2 = 0.974 and p = 0.0） compared to the real values of the WQI. Moreover, the ANN models provided better predicted values than the multiple regression models did.

Stem cells are commonly classified based on the developmental stage from which they are isolated, although this has been a source of debate amongst stem cell scientists. A common approach classifies stem cells into three different groupings: Embryonic Stem Cells (ESCs), Umbilical Cord Stem Cells (UCBSCs) and Adult Stem Cells (ASCs), which include stem cells from bone marrow (BM), fat tissue (FT), engineered induced pluripotent (IP) and peripheral blood (PB). By definition stem cells are progenitor cells capable of self-renewal and differentiation hypothetically “ab infinitum” into more specialized cells and tissue. The main intent of this study was to determine and characterize the different sub-groups of stem cells present within the human PB-SCs that may represent a valid opportunity in the field of clinical regenerative medicine. Stem cells in the isolated mononucleated cells were characterized using a multidisciplinary approach that was based on morphology, the expression of stem cell markers by flowcytometry and fluorescence analysis, RT-PCR and the capacity to self-renew or proliferate and differentiate into specialized cells. This approach was used to identify the expression of hematopoietic, mesenchymal, embryonic and neural stem cell markers. Both isolated adherent and suspension mononucleated cells were able to maintain their stem cell properties during in-vitro culture by holding their capacity for proliferation and differentiation into osteoblast cells, respectively, when exposed to the appropriate induction medium.

【目的】探讨3种不同药物处理方式对台湾棘带吸虫引起的鲤鱼幼鱼急性鱼鳃传染病(开放性鳃病)的防治效果。【方法】在试验初期,将1620条鲤鱼幼鱼(70日龄)鱼鳃自然感染台湾棘带吸虫,随后分成4组,分别采用CuSO4、福尔马林和吡喹酮不同方式处理6周,与对照(自然喂食、不使用任何化学药剂)比较防治鲤鱼幼鱼急性鳃传染病的效果。【结果】感染台湾棘带吸虫的幼鱼生长缓慢,其身长和体重增长均较慢。施药后,幼鱼台湾棘带吸虫后期囊幼虫感染强度减少。在每千克饲料中分别添加50和75mg吡喹酮喂食幼鱼5d,可以杀死鱼鳃中所有的台湾棘带吸虫后期囊幼虫,且鱼鳃恢复正常;而使用25mg吡喹酮,仅有35%的后期囊幼虫死亡。所有不同浓度CuSO4处理(0.3、0.4和0.5mg/kg冲洗浸泡24h及以3.0、4.0和5.0mg/kg冲洗浸泡10m)和福尔马林处理(20、25和30mg/kg冲洗浸泡及200、250和300mg/kg短时间冲洗浸泡)均不能杀死台湾棘带吸虫后期囊幼虫。【结论】经普通化学药剂CuSO4或福尔马林冲洗浸泡,不能防治由台湾棘带吸虫后期囊幼虫引起的鲤鱼开放性鳃病,但50～75mg吡喹酮/kg饲料可以在5d内治疗该病。

钢筋混凝土结构是公路桥梁最常采用的结构形式之一,由于材料性能的不断裂化和后期维修养护的不及时,大量钢筋混凝土桥梁出现了不同程度,各种各样的病害,严重危及着桥梁结构的安全。而桥梁下部结构,特别是桥墩的病害对整个桥梁安全的影响至关重要。世界各国学者针对桥墩的病害处理和加固开展了广泛的研究,提出了大量的加固处理方法,这些方法基于不同角度和不同材料,起到了提高桥墩承载力和耐久性的目的。然而,下部结构的加固处理的研究并没得到良好的解决,依然吸引着众多学者在此领域持续开展研究。PUFA复合材料是近年来新开发的一种环保型复合材料,具有强度高,质量轻,与混凝土主动粘合以及耐久性好等诸多优点,逐渐被研究应用于桥梁加固领域。本论文的主要内容就是针对圆柱形钢筋混凝土桥墩的常见病害,使用新型复合材料PUFA进行加固,通过试验和数值仿真计算,研究新型复合材料PUFA对圆柱形钢筋混凝土桥墩的加固的实际效果。论文设计了PUFA加固钢筋混凝土桥墩的试验试件,开展了相应的静力荷载试验,采集了相关数据并进行了相应分析。同时采用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS数值仿真分析了试验过程,数值仿真结果与试验结果吻合良好。试验和数值仿真结果表明,PUFA材料可以显著提高钢筋混凝土桥墩的承载力和变形能力,并且试验中,PUFA与混凝土结合良好,未出现界面剥离现象。论文最后基于试验结果,推导了PUFA材料加固桥墩承载力的设计公式以及设计方法。论文研究成果可为工程应用提供参考。

Preparation and Characterization of La_0.67–xLi_3xTiO₃ Solid-State Electrolyte Used for Electrochromic Mirrors

With the aim of producing all-solid-state electrochromic mirrors, La0.67–xLi3xTiO3 (LLTO) and the WO3 were prepared by electron beam deposition. The LLTO (with x = 0.11) powder was synthesized by thermally ball-grinding method and the Li+ ionic conductivity of the LLTO ceramic targets was found to be of ca. 3.25 × 10–3 S/cm. Using LLTO targets for e-beam evaporation, 300 nm-thick films with the Li+ ionic conductivity of 5.50 × 10–5 S/cm were deposited. Combining LLTO films with WO3/ITO and LiMn2O4 layers, all-solid-state electrochromic mirrors with a laminar structure of Al/LiMn2O4/LLTO/WO3/ITO were prepared. The reversible reflectance of the mirrors was well controlled by applying polarized potentials onto the ITO electrode. The obtained results suggest useful applications for electrochromic windows working as a smart reflectance mirror that can be used for auto rear-view mirrors.

AIMTo develop a novel Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) CagA antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) suitable for detecting serum anti-CagA antibodies with high *** East Asian-type CagA protein was purified and immobilized for ELISA. Serum samples from 217 Vietnamese individuals (110 H. pylori-infected and 107 uninfected individuals) were applied. Conventional ELISA from Western-type CagA and our East Asian-type CagA ELISA were evaluated by comparing 38 subjects with the Western-type genotype and 72 subjects with the East Asian-type cagA genotype. Histological scores of the gastric mucosa were determined using the updated Sydney System to examine the relationship with anti-CagA antibody *** 70-100 kDa fragments were immobilized on the ELISA plate. In ROC analysis, the area under the curve of our East Asian-type CagA ELISA was comparable to that of conventional CagA ELISA. The sensitivity of the two ELISAs differed depending on the cagA genotype. The sensitivity of East Asian-type CagA ELISA was higher for subjects infected with East Asian-type cagA H. pylori (P < 0.001), and the sensitivity of the conventional CagA ELISA tended to be higher for subjects infected with Western cagA H. pylori (P = 0.056). The titer of anti-CagA antibody tended to correlate with monocyte infiltration scores (r = 0.25, P = 0.058) and was inversely correlated with H. pylori density (r = -0.26, P = 0.043).CONCLUSIONThe novel ELISA is useful to detect anti-CagA antibodies in East Asian countries, and the titer may be a marker for predicting chronic gastritis.

An updraft gasifier was employed to treat 3 kg of dried rice husk per batch with different types of gasifying agents such as air,steam/air,and air with dolomite catalyst addition at various operating *** H2 content,low heating value,and H2/CO ratio in syngas were compared to determine the most effective solution to enhance the H2 production from rice husk *** presence of dolomite in air gasification produced the highest H2 content in the product gas,up to 15.4 mol%,followed by 7.08 and 3.6 mol%when steam/air and air standalone were used as gasifying agents,*** higher low heating value of syngas 5.1 MJ/Nm3 was observed in catalytic air gasification compared to 3.6 MJ/Nm3 when steam was *** optimal operation condition was reported at an airflow rate of 3 m3/h and a catalyst mixing ratio of 15%.

Objective:To evaluate the impact of prolonged post-thaw embryos culture on pregnancy outcome during frozen embryo transfer ***:This prospective cohort study evaluated 324 thaw transfer cycles with 819 embryos from 269 patients at the Center for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility of Hue University Hospital in *** frozen embryo transfer cycles were divided into two groups at the time of thawing:the short culture group(2-hour post-thaw culture)and the overnight culture group(overnight culture for 18 h)before the embryo was transferred into the *** rates of embryo intact,grade A embryo at frozen and transfer time and continuing cleavage were *** clinical outcomes including serum beta-human chorionic gonadotropin,clinical pregnancy and implantation rate were evaluated after 14 days,4 weeks,6 weeks,respectively,after embryo ***:Human chorionic gonadotropin positive occurred in 39.5%of patients in the short culture group compared to 25.9%in the overnight culture group with risk difference(RD)=13.6%,relative risk(RR)=1.343,95%confidence interval(CI)1.085-1.663,Pvanced age(≥35 years)and women who received 3 embryos,pregnancy outcomes were found to be significantly(P<0.05)higher in the short culture than in the overnight culture ***:The prolonged post-thaw culture period does not increase pregnancy outcome in comparison with the short culture.
