Several treatment options corresponding to the grade of keratoconus have been *** are ultra-violet corneal crosslinking and intracorneal ring segments for mild to moderate keratoconus,and penetrating keratoplasty or deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty for the more advanced cases of *** layer transplantation was developed as a procedure for patients with advanced,progressive *** technique consists of transplanting an isolated donor Bowman layer into a mid-stromal pocket of a keratoconic cornea resulting in corneal flattening and stabilization against further ***,it aims at corneal stabilization in eyes with advanced keratoconus,and enabling continued contact lens wear for normal visual *** being a sutureless procedure and using an acellular graft,it potentially avoids commonly known suture and graftrelated complications of penetrating or deep anterior lamellar *** treatment seems to be a promising option in the management of advanced keratoconus in order to postpone or prevent a more invasive corneal surgery,while minimizing the risk of complications and allowing less stringent surveillance and less intensive medical therapy.

问题与目标本文要阐述的一个主要论点是,认知、权势和话语之间的联系应该以这三个概念的社会性来构建。从权势概念本质上具有的社会或政治属性来说,这一点显而易见。就请用和话语而言亦是如此。但是,对认知我们尚需一个更具社会性的研究方法。认知的过程与心理表象并不是个人“纯粹”的思维现象,它有其重要的社会特性。这一点却被认知心理学家所忽视。

Water Pollution and Environmental Governance of the Tai and Chao Lake Basins in China in an International Perspective

The Tai and Chao Lake basins are currently facing a serious water pollution crisis associated with the absence of an effective environmental governance system. The water pollution and the water governance system of the two basins will be compared. The reasons for water pollution in both basins are similar, namely the weak current water environmental governance system cannot deal with the consequences of the rapidly growing economy. China’s water governance system is a complicated combination of basin management with both departmental management and regional management. There is an absence of legal support and sound coordination mechanisms, resulting in fragmented management practices in the existing water environmental governance system. A comparison is made for the Tai and Chao Lake basins and Canada, France, the United Kingdom and the United States. Based on China’s present central-local governance structure and departmental system, an integrated reform of basin level and water environmental governance in China should learn from international experiences. The reforms could consist of improved governance structures, rebuilding authoritative and powerful agencies for basin management, strengthening the organizational structure of the basin administrations, improving legislation and regulatory systems for basin management and enhancing public participation mechanisms.

BACKGROUND Current literature shows no clear answer on the question how to manage the capsule after hip *** patient reported outcome measures there seems to be no difference between capsular repair or unrepaired *** To evaluate and compare the integrity of the hip capsule measured on a magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scan after capsular repair or unrepaired *** A case series study was performed;a random sample of patients included in a trial comparing capsular repair vs unrepaired capsulotomy had a postoperative MRI *** presence of a capsular defect and gap size were independently evaluated on *** A total of 28 patients(29 hips)were *** demographics were comparable between treatment *** were 2 capsular defects in the capsular repair group and 7 capsular defects in the unrepaired capsulotomy group(P=0.13).In the group of patients with a defect,median gap sizes at the acetabular side were 5.9 mm(range:2.7-9.0)in the repaired and 8.0 mm(range:4.5-18.0)in the unrepaired group(P=0.462).At the muscular side gap sizes were 6.6 mm(range:4.1-9.0)in the repaired group and 11.5 mm(range:3.0-18.0)in the unrepaired group(P=0.857).The calculated Odds ratio(OR)for having a capsular defect with an increasing lateral center-edge(CE)angle was 1.12(P=0.06).The OR for having a capsular defect is lower in the group of patients that underwent a labral repair with an OR of 0.1(P=0.05).CONCLUSION There is no significant difference in capsular defects between capsular repair or unrepaired *** clinical characteristics our case series shows that a larger CE angle increases the likelihood of a capsular defect and the presence of a labral repair decreases the likelihood of a capsular defect.

Red-emitting Mn^(4+)-doped fluorides are a promising class of materials to improve the color rendering and luminous efficacy of white light-emitting diodes(w-LEDs).For w-LEDs,the luminescence quenching temperature is very important,but surprisingly no systematic research has been conducted to understand the mechanism for thermal quenching in Mn^(4+)-doped ***,concentration quenching of the Mn^(4+) luminescence can be an issue but detailed investigations are *** this work,we study thermal quenching and concentration quenching in Mn^(4+)-doped fluorides by measuring luminescence spectra and decay curves of K2TiF6:Mn^(4+) between 4 and 600 K and for Mn^(4+) concentrations from 0.01%to 15.7%.Temperature-dependent measurements on K2TiF6:Mn^(4+) and other Mn^(4+)-doped phosphors show that quenching occurs through thermally activated crossover between the ^(4)T_(2) excited state and ^(4)A_(2) ground *** quenching temperature can be optimized by designing host lattices in which Mn^(4+) has a high 4T2 state ***-dependent studies reveal that concentration quenching effects are limited in K_(2)TiF_(6):Mn^(4+)up to 5%Mn^(4+).This is important,as high Mn^(4+)concentrations are required for sufficient absorption of blue LED light in the parity-forbidden Mn^(4+)d–d *** even higher Mn^(4+) concentrations(>10%),the quantum efficiency decreases,mostly due to direct energy transfer to quenching sites(defects and impurity ions).Optimization of the synthesis to reduce quenchers is crucial for developing more efficient highly absorbing Mn^(4+) *** present systematic study provides detailed insights into temperature and concentration quenching of Mn^(4+) emission and can be used to realize superior narrow-band red Mn^(4+) phosphors for w-LEDs.

视频问答(QA)和视频片段定位是重要的、具有挑战性的问题,因为它们需要视觉和语言理解,反映了人们通过语言互动的真实世界。推动能够“理解”视觉和语言的系统的发展,将有助于开发实际应用程序,这些应用程序可以帮助收集来自不同来源的信息和答案,并为人工神经网络突破新的开创性和挑战性的问题奠定基石。这就是我们要深入研究这个挑战性问题的原因。我们注意到最近的一个趋势,即NLP开始转向联合迁移学习与大规模目的语言模型,如BERT、RoBERTa和ALBERT。这些新模型被用于视频问答和视频片段定位。但这些新模型对视频问答和视频片段定位的真正影响仍未得到充分研究。为了开发更好的视频问答和片段定位系统,我们提出了以下两个研究问题:1.通过使用新的最先进的预先训练的机器翻译模型,微调和提取词嵌入来改进文本输入的编码,是否总是使得基于视频的QA系统获得更好的性能?2.通过使用新的最先进的预先训练的机器翻译模型,微调和提取词嵌入来改进文本输入的编码,是否总能使得视频片段定位系统得到更好的性能?为了回答这两个研究问题,我们首先研究了最近关于视频回答、视频片段定位以及预训练的翻译模型的最新文献。在此基础上,我们提出建立一个实验,比较了不同词嵌入对视频问答和视频片段定位的影响。对于视频问答,我们以TVQA+的数据集和模型为出发点。对于视频片段定位,我们以TVR的数据集和模型为起点。对于词嵌入,我们提出微调算法,在提取新的词嵌入之前,对三个最近流行的预先训练的带掩码的机器翻译模型(BERT、RoBERTa和ALBERT),进行了 0、1、3和5轮的微调。在我们的研究中,ALBERT是三种机器翻译模型中最新的模型,而且与其他两种模型相比,在大多数NLP任务上取得了更好的效果。可以自然地预计到,ALBERT的词嵌入将为视频问答和视频片段定位带来最佳效果。事实证明,在视频问答中,ALBERT的表现最好,其次是基于BERT和RoBERTa的模型,他们分别获得了 66.35%、65.89%和65.55%的精度。在此任务中,三种机器翻译模型的词嵌入之间的差异较小的。然而,当涉及到视频片段定位时,RoBERTa的性能最好,其次是ALBERT和BERT。在VCMR、SVMR和VR任务中,在大多数度量评测下会出现这种情况。在VCMR任务中,当设置为R@1、IoU为0.7时,RoBERTa、ALBERT和BERT得到最好的性能分别为2.88、2.35和1.02。我们的RoBERTa词嵌入在VCMR(R@1,IoU=0.7)任务中获得了比TVR论文中报道的先进的性能高出9.92%。当回到我们最初的研究问题,我们可以得出结论,对于视频问答和视频片段定位,新的最先进的预先训练的机器翻译模型中的词嵌入会导致更好的性能。ALBERT或RoBERTa在视频问答或视频片段定位方面的性能优于BERT。然而,来自新的最先进的预先训练的机器翻译模型的词嵌入并不总是或简单地导致更好的性能,因为没有“通用万灵”的模型。在视频问答方面,ALBERT在三种机器翻译模型中表现最好。对于视频片段定位,RoBERTa在三种机器翻译模型中表现得最好。我们假设RoBERTa在视频片段定位方面的性能优于ALBERT,因为其语言数据几乎是ALBERT的两倍,而视频片段定位任务受益于更大的语言数据。通过实验研究,我们展示了词嵌入对视频问答和视频片段定位的重要性和影响,并在不同的TVR任务获得了新的最优结果。
