Under na.iga.ion within ice cha.nel, possibilities for ma.euvering a.e reduced; therefore, da.ger of collision of ships exists. The ice floes between vessels hulls a.d outside a.e the ma.or fa.tors defining va.ues a.d direction of side force a.d ya.ing moment tha. a.ise on their hulls during divergence. Ice loa.s on the ship hull exceed considera.ly the loa.s ca.sed by wa.er flow a.ound hull. Ba.KGROUND： In recent yea.s, a. a.a.tive endopla.mic reticulum （ER） stress response ha. been a.tively investiga.ed. The ER membra.e, isola.ed from the inta.t a.d regenera.ing liver, ma. be a. a.propria.e model for investiga.ing the a.socia.ion between structura. a.d functiona. cha.a.teristics of ER in vivo a.d their corresponding beha.iora. cha.a.teristics in vitro. The ra.e of lipid synthesis a.d tha. of intra.ellula. lipid excha.ge between the ER a.d cytosol were investiga.ed in the inta.t a.d regenera.ing liver （13 h a.ter pa.tia. hepa.ectomy）. Pa.ticula.ly, membra.e cha.a.teristics, surfa.e potentia., a.d glucose 6- phospha.a.e （G6Pa.e） a.tivity were investiga.ed, a.ong with the degra.a.ion ra.e of G6Pa.e in vitro, which wa. estima.ed by the loss of G6Pa.e a.tivity, forma.ion of lipid peroxides, a.d size of excreted membra.e vesicles. METHODS： The ra.e of lipid synthesis wa. determined by mea.uring the intensity of ra.ioa.tive precursor （C^14-sodium a.eta.e） in different fra.tions of lipids （phospholipids, non-esterified fa.ty a.ids, a.d tria.ylglycerides） a.ter 30 min exposure. The ra.e of lipid meta.olism wa. a.sessed by mea.uring the qua.tity oflipids with ra.ioa.tive la.els emerging in the cytosol of hepa.ocytes （CPM）. Viscosity a.d surfa.e potentia. were determined by fluorescent probes. RESULTS： It wa. observed tha. a.ter 13 h of pa.tia. hepa.ectomy, the ra.e of lipid synthesis in the ER of hepa.ocytes in the regenera.ing liver wa. 3 times lower tha. tha. in ER ofhepa.ocytes in the inta.t liver, wherein the ra.e of incorpora.ion of newly synthesized lipids in cytosol wa. severa. times higher in the regenera.ing liver. Increa.e in the ra.e of excha.ge of neutra. lipids in cells of the regenera.ing liver wa. a.compa.ied by lipid reconstruction in the ER, cha.ging the structura. a.d functiona. cha.a.teristics of the membra.e. Results of simula.ions of strea.ers propa.a.ing a.ong the a.mospheric-pressure helium pla.ma.jets ejected from a.thin tube into a.bient a.r a.e presented. The computa.iona. model includes the equa.ions governing the helium-a.r mixture composition a.ong a.d a.ross the jet, a. well a. the equa.ions, describing strea.er propa.a.ion in the mixture, for the electric field a.d the cha.ged species densities. Strea.er velocity a.d spa.ia.-tempora. profiles of pla.ma.pa.a.eters a.e obta.ned for va.ious va.ues of the helium flow ra.e. It is shown, in a.reement with a.a.la.le experimenta. da.a. tha. the electric field va.ues in the hea.s of strea.ers increa.e nea.ly linea.ly with the dista.ce from the tube exit a.d tha. the slope of this dependence decrea.es with the growth of the helium flow ra.e.

It is shown tha. both the qua.tities S a.d k a.e determined by the energies Eorb of the specific virtua. (for S) a.d occupied (for k) molecula. orbita.s of these n-a.ka.es. The obta.ned regression equa.ions confirm the theoretica.ly found dependences of S a.d k on the a.solute va.ue of Eorb. This fa.t demonstra.es tha. the electronic structure pa.ticula.ities of the studied n-a.ka.es pla. a.crucia. role in both their a.ove-mentioned physicochemica. properties.

The composition of the exha.st ga.es a.d chemica. rea.tions initia.ed by the discha.ge were a.a.yzed. The discha.ge frequency ha. a.crucia. impa.t on the device＇s performa.ce a.d ga. trea.ment. The volta.es a.plied to the discha.ge ga. could a.ter the chemica. rea.tions occurring in the trea.ed ga.es, which were indica.ed by the NO to NO2 ra.io. The opera.ion of the system wa. studied a. frequencies ra.ging from 400 Hz to 16 kHz.
