Aggregation-induced emission(AIE)is a unique phenomenon whereby aggregation of molecules induces fluorescence emission as opposed to the more commonly known aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ).AIE has the potential to be utilized in the large-scale production of AIE-active polymeric materials because of their wide range of practical applications such as stimuli-responsive sensors,biological imaging agents,and drug delivery *** is evident from the increasing number of publications over the years since AIE was first *** addition,the evergrowing interest in this field has led many researchers around the world to develop new and creative methods in the design of monomers,initiators and crosslinkers,with the goal of broadening the scope and utility of AIE *** of the most promising approaches to the design and synthesis of AIE polymers is the use of the reversible-deactivation radical polymerization(RDRP)techniques,which enabled the production of well-controlled AIE materials that are often difficult to achieve by other *** this review,a summary of some recent works that utilize RDRP for AIE polymer design and synthesis is presented,including(i)the design of AIE-related monomers,initiators/crosslinkers;the achievements in preparation of AIE polymers using(ii)reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)technique;(iii)atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)technique;(iv)other techniques such as Cu(0)-RDRP technique and nitroxide-mediated polymerization(NMP)technique;(v)the possible applications of these AIE polymers,and finally(vi)a summary/perspective and the future direction of AIE polymers.

Multi-fidelity Data Fusion(MDF)frameworks have emerged as a prominent approach to producing economical but accurate surrogate models for aerodynamic data modeling by integrating data with different fidelity ***,most existing MDF frameworks assume a uniform data structure between sampling data sources;thus,producing an accurate solution at the required level,for cases of non-uniform data structures is *** address this challenge,an Adaptive Multi-fidelity Data Fusion(AMDF)framework is proposed to produce a composite surrogate model which can efficiently model multi-fidelity data featuring non-uniform ***,the design space of the input data with non-uniform data structures is decomposed into subdomains containing simplified ***,different MDF frameworks and a rule-based selection process are adopted to construct multiple local models for the subdomain *** the other hand,the Enhanced Local Fidelity Modeling(ELFM)method is proposed to combine the generated local models into a unique and continuous global ***,the resulting model inherits the features of local models and approximates a complete database for the whole design *** validation of the proposed framework is performed to demonstrate its approximation capabilities in(A)four multi-dimensional analytical problems and(B)a practical engineering case study of constructing an F16C fighter aircraft’s aerodynamic *** comparisons of the generated models using the proposed AMDF framework and conventional MDF approaches using a single global modeling algorithm are performed to reveal the adaptability of the proposed approach for fusing multi-fidelity data featuring non-uniform ***,the results indicated that the proposed framework outperforms the state-of-the-art MDF approach in the cases of non-uniform data.

We construct a non-renormalizable gauge B-L model based on Q_(4)×Z_(4)×Z_(2) symmetry that successfully explains the cobimaximal lepton mixing *** active neutrino masses and both neutrino mass hierarchies are produced via the type-I seesaw mechanism at the *** model is predictive;hence,it reproduces the cobimaximal lepton mixing scheme,and the reactor neutrino mixing angle θ_(13) and the solar neutrino mixing angle θ_(12) can obtain best-fit values from recent experimental *** model also predicts the effective neut-rino mass parameters of mβ∈(8.80,9.05)mev and〈m_(ee)〉∈(3.65,3.95)mev for normal ordering(NO)and mβ ∈(49.16,49.2 l)mev and(mce)∈(48.59,48.67)mev for inverted ordering(IO),which are highly consistent with recent experimental constraints.

This study deals a robust approach to improve vehicle handling manoeuvres and path tracking performance for front steering system of Sport Utility vehicles （SUvs）. The approach used the dynamic sliding mode control based on an integral sliding surface to enhance the robustness of the proposed controller and vehicle handling performance. In this paper, the controller is designed to be insensitive and robust to system uncertainties and disturbances. Its stability analyse based on Lyapunov theory is introduced to ensure the stability of this close-loop control. The results show the effectiveness of the proposed AFS system in yaw stability for SUv via the co-simulation of Matlab/Simulink and CarSim under double lane change procedure and various road surface conditions.

This study demonstrates the influence of the Ag^(+)/PO_(4)^(3-)ratio in precursor solution on the crystal structural formation,morphology,physical properties,and photocatalytic performance of a Ag_(3)PO_(4)photocatalyst that is fabricated,using a facile precipitation method,from AgNO_(3)and Na2HPO_(4)·12H_(2)*** material characterizations were carried out using x-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy(EDX),Brunauer–Emmett–Teller(BET)surface area,Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)absorption,Raman scattering,x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),Uv-vis absorption,and photoluminescence(PL).The results show that Ag_(3)PO_(4)crystallizes better when the excess PO_(4)^(3-)content increases,and the lattice parameters decrease slightly,while the crystal diameter and the particle size *** change is also observed in the Raman scattering and FTIR spectra with the increase in the vibration frequency of the[PO_(4)]*** compression of the[PO_(4)]unit was also confirmed in the XPS spectra with the shift of P 2p peaks toward higher binding *** photocatalytic results showed that the samples synthesized from excess PO_(4)^(3-)solution exhibited higher photocatalytic performance compared to the sample with a Ag^(+)/PO_(4)^(3-)ratio of 3:1.A sample prepared from the precursor solution with a Ag^(+)/PO_(4)^(3-)ratio of 3:1.5 was optimal for RhB decomposition under both visible light and natural sunlight,completely decomposing 10 ppm RhB after 15 minutes of xenon lamp irradiation and after 60 minutes under solar light *** is attributed to the high crystallinity,small particle size and low electron–hole recombination rate of the sample.

A multiscalar and nonrenormalizable B-L extension of the standard model(SM)with S_(4)symmetry which successfully explains the recently observed neutrino oscillation data is *** tiny neutrino masses and their hierarchies are generated via the type-I seesaw *** model reproduces the recent experiments of neutrino mixing angles and Dirac CP violating phase in which the atmospheric angle(θ_(23))and the reactor angle(θ_(13))get the best-fit values while the solar angle(θ_(12))and Dirac CP violating phase(δ)are in 3σrange of the best-fit value for the normal hierarchy(NH).For the inverted hierarchy(IH),θ13 gets the best-ft value andθ_(23)together withδare in the lσrange,whileθ12 is in 3δrange of the best-fit *** effective neutrino masses are pre-dicted to be(m_(ee))=6.81 mev for the NH and(m_(ee))=48.48 mev for the IH,in good agreement with the most re-cent experimental data.

While engineers put lots of effort,resources,and time in building insect scale micro aerial vehicles(MAvs)that fly like insects,insects themselves are the real masters of *** if we would use living insect as platform for MAv instead?Here,we reported a flight control via electrical stimulation of a flight musde of an insect-computer hybrid robot,which is the interface of a mountable wireless backpack controller and a living *** beetle uses indirect flight muscles to drive wing flapping and three major direct flight muscles(basalar,subalar,and third axilliary(3Ax)muscles)to control the kinematics of the wings for flight *** turning control was already achieved by stimulating basalar and 3Ax muscles,electrical stimu lation of subalar musdes resulted in braking and elevation control in *** also demonstrated around 20 degrees of contralateral yaw and roll by stimulating individual subalar *** both subalar muscles lead to an increase of 20 degrees in pitch and decelerate the flight by 1.5 m/s2 as well as an induce in elevation of 2m/s.
