In order to conduct electrical studies on organic thin film transistors, top-contact devices are fabricated by growing polycrystalline films of freshly synthesized pentacene over Si/SiO2 substrates with two different channel widths under identical conditions. Reasonable field effect mobilities in order of 10^-2-10^-3 cm^2v^-1s^-1 are obtained in these devices. An elaborative electrical characterization of all the devices is undertaken to study the variance in output saturation current, field effect mobility, and leakage current with aging under ambient conditions. As compared to the devices with longer channel width, the devices with shorter channel width exhibit better electrical performance initially. However, the former devices sustain the moderate performance much longer than the latter ones.

series of data samples was collected with the Belle Ⅱ detector at the SuperKEKB collider from March 2019 to June *** determine the integrated luminosities of these data samples using three distinct methodologies involving Bhabha(e^(+)e^(-)→e^(+)e^(-)(ny),digamma(e^(+)e^(-)→γγ(nγ),and dimuon(e^(+)e^(-)→μ^(+)μ^(-)(nγ)*** total integrated luminosity obtained with Bhabha,digamma,and dimuon events is(426.88±0.03±2.61)fb^(-1),(429.28±0.03±2.62)fb^(-1),and(423.99±0.04±3.83)fb^(-1),where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are *** resulting total integrated luminosity obtained from the combination of the three methods is(427.87±2.01)fb^(-1).

Esophageal cancer is an aggressive malignancy associated with dismal treatment outcomes. Presence of two distinct histopathological types distinguishes it from other gastrointestinal tract malignancies. Surgery is the cornerstone of treatment in locally advanced esophageal cancer(T2 or greater or node positive); however, a high rate of disease recurrence(systemic and loco-regional) and poor survival justifies a continued search for optimal therapy. various combinations of multimodality treatment(preoperative/perioperative, or postoperative; radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or chemoradiotherapy) are being explored to lower disease recurrence and improve survival. Preoperative therapy followed by surgery is presently considered the standard of care in resectable locally advanced esophageal cancer as postoperative treatment may not be feasible for all the patients due to the morbidity of esophagectomy and prolonged recovery time limiting the tolerance of patient. There are wide variations in the preoperative therapy practiced across the centres depending upon the institutional practices, availability of facilities and personal experiences. There is paucity of literature to standardize the preoperative therapy. Broadly, chemoradiotherapy is the preferred neo-adjuvant modality in western countries whereas chemotherapy alone is considered optimal in the far East. The present review highlights the significant studies to assist in opting for the best evidence based preoperative therapy(radiotherapy, chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy) for locally advanced esophageal cancer.

“Serum tumor markers expression(CA19-9,CA242,and CEA)and its clinical implications in type 2 diabetes mellitus”authored by Meng and Shi presents an observational case-control study investigating the correlation between tumor markers and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).The study explores the diagnostic accuracy of tumor markers,particularly cancer antigen 19-9(CA19-9),CA242,and carcinoembryonic antigen,in poorly controlled T2DM patients with hemoglobin A1c levels exceeding 9%,employing receiver operating characteristic curve *** study offers valuable insights into the potential utility of tumor markers in clinical practice,caution is advised regarding routine tumor marker testing due to challenges such as limited availability and ***,the study overlooks potential confounding factors like smoking and alcohol *** in CA19-9 and CA242 expression underscore the complex interplay between tumor markers and systemic diseases,warranting further investigation into their diagnostic and prognostic *** Meng and Shi represent a significant contribution to the field,more extensive research is needed to fully elucidate the role of tumor markers in diabetes management and beyond.

Occurrence of faults in Network on Chip(NoC) is inevitable as the feature size is con-tinuously decreasing and processing elements are increasing in *** can be revocable if it is *** fault may occur inside router,or in the core or in communication *** of transient faults are overflow of buffers in router,clock skew,cross talk,etc..Revocation of transient faults can be done by retransmission of faulty packets using oblivious or adaptive routing *** faults causes non-functionality of segment and mainly occurs during fabrication *** reliability increases with the efficient routing algorithms,which can handle the maximum faults without deadlock in *** transient faults are temporary and can be easily revoked using re-transmission of packet,permanent faults require efficient routing to route the packet by bypassing the nonfunctional ***,our focus is on the analysis of adaptive minimal path fault tolerant routing to handle the permanent *** analysis between partial adaptive fault tolerance routing West-First,North-Last,Negative-First,Odd Even,and Minimal path Fault Tolerant routing(MinFT) algorithms with the nodes and links failure is performed using NoC Interconnect RoutinG and Application Modeling simulator(NIRGAM) for the 2D Mesh *** suggests that MinFT ensures data transmission under worst conditions as compared to other adaptive routing algorithms.

From April to July 2018,a data sample at the peak energy of the T(4 S) resonance was collected with the Belle Ⅱ detector at the SuperKEKB electron-positron *** is the first data sample of the Belle Ⅱ *** Bhabha and digamma events,we measure the integrated luminosity of the data sample to be(496.3±0.3±3.0) pb-1,where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is *** work provides a basis for future luminosity measurements at Belle Ⅱ.
