Online incremental learning is one of the emerging research interests among the researchers in the recent *** sentiment classification through the online incremental learning faces many challenges due to the limitations in the memory and the computing resources available for processing the online *** work has introduced an online incremental learning algorithm for classifying the train *** sentiments available in the reviews provided for the public services are necessary for improving the quality of the *** work proposes the online kernel optimizationbased support vector machine(OKO-SvM)classifier for the sentiment classification of the train *** paper is the extension of the previous work kernel optimizationbased support vector machine(KO-SvM).The OKO-SvM classifier uses the proposed fuzzy bound for modifying the weight for each incoming review database for the particular time *** simulation uses the standard train review and the movie review database for the *** the simulation results,it is evident that the proposed model has achieved a better performance with the values of 84.42%,93.86%,and 74.56%regarding the accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity while classifying the train review database.

BACKGROUND Pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)is a technically complex operation,with a re-latively high risk for *** ability to rescue patients from post-PD complications is as a recognized quality *** protocols were instituted at our low volume facility in the year *** To document the rate of rescue from post-PD complications with tailored protocols in place as a measure of *** A retrospective audit was performed to collect data from patients who experienced major post-PD complications at a low volume pancreatic surgery unit in Trinidad and Tobago between January 1,2013 and June 30,***-dardized definitions from the International Study Group of Pancreatic Surgery were used to define post-PD complications,and the modified Clavien-Dindo classification was used to classify post-PD *** Over the study period,113 patients at a mean age of 57.5 years(standard deviation[SD]±9.23;range:30-90;median:56)underwent PDs at this *** complications were recorded in 33(29.2%)patients at a mean age of 53.8 years(SD:±7.9).Twenty-nine(87.9%)patients who experienced major morbidity were salvaged after aggre-ssive treatment of their ***(3.5%)died from bleeding pseudoaneurysm(1),septic shock secondary to a bile leak(1),anastomotic leak(1),and myocardial infarction(1).There was a significantly greater salvage rate in patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists scores≤2(93.3%vs 25%;P=0.0024).CONCLUSION This paper adds to the growing body of evidence that volume alone should not be used as a marker of quality for patients requiring *** low volumes at our facility,we demonstrated that 87.9%of patients were rescued from major *** attributed this to several factors including development of rescue protocols,the competence of the pancreatic surgery teams and continuous,and adaptive learning by the entire institution,cul-minating in the development of tailored peri-pancreatectomy protoc

The spectroscopic properties of lithium borate glasses as a function of Nd3＋ ions concentration were *** absorption spectra of these glasses showed a number of absorption bands in ultra violet and visible *** absorption edge was found to shift towards the longer wavelength（red shift） with increase in *** spectra revealed three major bands at 902, 1063 and 1334 nm which was due to 4F3/2→4I9/2, 11/2 ＆13/2 transitions of Nd3＋ *** intensity was maximum for 1 mol.% Nd2O3 and further increase in Nd2O3 resulted in luminescence *** luminescence quenching behavior at higher concentration of Nd2O3 was attributed to the Nd3＋-Nd3＋ interaction in the glass *** absorption and emission property of these glasses suggested that these glasses could be useful for 1.06 μm infrared laser applications.

The alkylation of toluene with methanol for the selective formation of p-xylene was systematically studied. very few studies have been reported on the use of superacids such as heteropolyacids on cheap supports, such as clay. This article deals with the use of different heteropoly acids （HPAs）, viz, Dodeca-Tungstophosphoric acid [***2O] （TPA）, Dodeca-Molyhdo phosphoric acid ammonium salt hydrate [H12Mo12N3O40P＋aq] （DMAA）, Dodeca-Molyhdo Phosphoric acid （PMA） on clay （MontmoriUonite, K-10） and as such plain clay. This comparative study reveals that 20%PMA/Clay shows 62% toluene conversion and 100% selectivity toward p-xylene.

AIM： To identify multi-detector computed tomography （MDCT） features most predictive of serous cystadenomas （SCAs）, correlating with histopathology, and to study the impact of cyst size and MDCT technique on reader performance. METHODS： The MDCT scans of 164 patients with surgically verified pancreatic cystic lesions were reviewed by two readers to study the predictive value of various morphological features for establishing a diagnosis of SCAs. Accuracy in lesion characterization and reader confidence were correlated with lesion size （≤3 cm or 〉≥3 cm） and scanning protocols （dedicated vs routine）. RESULTS： 28/164 cysts （mean size, 39 mm; range, 8-92 mm） were diagnosed as SCA on pathology. The MDCT features predictive of diagnosis of SCA were microcystic appearance （22/28, 78.6%）, surface Iobulations （25/28, 89.3%） and central scar （9/28, 32.4%）. Stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that only microcystic appearance was significant for CT diagnosis of SCA （P = 0.0001）. The sensitivity, specificity and PPv of central scar and of combined microcystic appearance and Iobulations were 32.4%/100%/100% and 68%/100%/100%, respectively. The reader confidence was higher for lesions 〉 3 cm （P = 0.02） and for MDCT scans performed using thin collimation （1.25-2.5 mm） compared to routine 5 mm collimation exams （P 〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Central scar on MDCT is diagnostic of SCA but is seen in only one third of SCAs. Microcystic morphology is the most significant CT feature in diagnosis of SCA. A combination of microcystic appearance and surface Iobulations offers accuracy comparable to central scar with higher sensitivity.

2D position sensitive, single-sided Si stripixel detector was selected as the one of the two main components of the Si vertex tracker (Si SvX) in the upgraded PHENIX detector at RHIC (relativistic heavy ion collider) in Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). This is the first large scale application of the novel Si stripixel detector in a real large experiment after many years of research and development at BNL. The first and second prototype fabrication runs of the SvX stripixel detectors were carried out successfully in BNL’s Si detector development and processing Lab. The processing of these stripixel detectors is similar to that for the standard single-sided strip detectors: one-sided processing, single implant for the pixel (strip) electrodes, etc. The only additional processing step is the double metal process, a technology that is simple and well matured by many Si detector processing industries and labs, including BNL. The laser and beam tests on those prototype detectors show the 2D position sensitivity and good position resolution in both X and U coordinates (about 25 μm for 80 μm pitch). For the mass production of 400 sensors needed for the Si SvX, the processing technology has been successfully transferred to the industrial: Hamamatsu Photonics (HPK). HPK has produced a pre-production run of stripixel sensors with the full PHENIX SvX specification on 150 mm diameter wafers. The laser tests on these pre-production wafers show good signal to noise ratio (about 20∶1).
